The specific working principle is as follows: when the filter screen 2 in the sewage pipeline 1 needs to be replaced, the rotating wheel 31 is rotated to drive the transmission belt 32 to rotate, then the filter screen 2 is driven to move through the plurality of transmission belts 32, when the transmission belt 32 drives the filter screen 2 to move, the first fixing frame 33 and the second fixing frame 36 move along with the transmission belt 32, meanwhile, one side of the first fixing frame 33 and one side of the second fixing frame 36 fix the old filter screen 2, it is ensured that the old filter screen 2 is pushed by one side of the first fixing frame 33 and one side of the second fixing frame 36 when moving, meanwhile, the new filter screen 2 slides to the position of the transmission belt 32 along the bottom of the storage box 41, then, the other side of the first fixing frame 33 and the second fixing frame 36 can contact with the new filter screen 2, and the new filter screen 2 is pulled through the first fixing frame 33 and the second fixing frame 36, so that the new filter screen 2 is driven to the position of the transmission belt 32, the new filter screen 2 moves along the direction of the transmission belt 32 under the pulling action of the first fixing frame 33 and the second fixing frame 36, and then the transmission belt 32 drives the new filter screen 2 to move into the sewage pipeline 1, so that the filter screen 2 completes the replacement operation; when the filter screen 2 needs to be cleaned, the first track 51 is started to drive the first moving block 52 to move, then the moving plate 53 drives the anti-blocking block 54 to move along the surface of the filter screen 2, meanwhile, the gear 57 and the rack 58 are in contact with each other, the gear 57 is driven by the rack 58 to rotate, and further drives the cam 59 to rotate, and in the rotating process of the cam 59, the upper end of the anti-blocking block 54 is pushed, the anti-blocking block 54 is driven to reciprocate up and down by matching with the first elastic piece 55, then the filter holes on the filter screen 2 are dredged by the up-and-down movement of the anti-blocking block 54, meanwhile, when the moving plate 53 is driven by the first track 51, the second track 50 is synchronously started to drive the second moving block 501 to move, and further drive the second supporting block 502 and the recycling box 503 to move together with the moving plate 53, so that the anti-blocking block 54 drops down and ejects the blocking objects on the filter screen 2 into the recycling box 503, then the recovery box 503 returns to the initial position with the jam, and the recovery shutter 504 is opened to remove the recovery box 503 from the second supporting block 502, so that the jam in the recovery box 503 can be conveniently taken out.
