An automatic device for riveting a machine shell and a gear box is characterized by comprising an automatic device body (1) for riveting the machine shell and the gear box, a first connecting frame (3), a motor (5), a speed reducer (6), a reciprocating screw rod (11), a slide rod (16), a disinfectant tank (18), a disinfectant pump (20) and a first infusion hose (23), wherein support legs (2) are respectively arranged on the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the bottom end of the automatic device body (1) for riveting the machine shell and the gear box, connecting columns (4) are respectively arranged on the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the bottom end of the first connecting frame (3), the bottom end of the motor (5) is connected with the left side of the top end of the first connecting frame (3), the right output end of the motor (5) is connected with the left input end of the speed reducer (6), the bottom end of the speed reducer (6) is connected with the top end of the first connecting frame (3, the bottom output end of the speed reducer (6) is provided with a rotating rod (7), the rotating rod (7) penetrates through the first connecting frame (3) from top to bottom, the bottom end of the rotating rod (7) is provided with a first bevel gear (8), the bottom end of the first connecting frame (3) is symmetrically provided with two groups of second connecting frames (9), the two groups of second connecting frames (9) are respectively provided with a bearing (10), the left part and the right part of the reciprocating lead screw (11) are respectively fixed with the inner ring of the two groups of bearings (10), the left end of the reciprocating lead screw (11) is provided with a second bevel gear (12), the second bevel gear (12) is meshed with the first bevel gear (8), the reciprocating lead screw (11) is provided with a first sliding block (13) in a sliding manner, the first sliding block (13) is provided with an installing frame, the installing frame is provided with a spraying pipe (14), the bottom end of the spraying pipe, the left end and the right end of a sliding rod (16) are respectively connected with two groups of second connecting frames (9), a second sliding block (17) is arranged on the sliding rod (16) in a sliding manner, the bottom end of the second sliding block (17) is connected with the top end of a first sliding block (13), the bottom end of a disinfectant tank (18) is connected with the right side of the top end of a first connecting frame (3), a cavity is arranged inside the disinfectant tank (18), a liquid inlet pipe (19) is arranged on the right side of the top end of the cavity in a communicating manner, the bottom end of a disinfectant pump (20) is connected with the top end of the first connecting frame (3), a first infusion pipe (21) is arranged on the right input end of the disinfectant pump (20) in a communicating manner, the input end of the first infusion pipe (21) penetrates through the lower side of the left end of the disinfectant tank (18) and extends into the cavity of the disinfectant tank (18), the left output end of the disinfectant pump (20) is provided with a second infusion pipe (22), and the output end, the input end of the first transfusion hose (23) is communicated with the output end of the second transfusion tube (22), and the output end of the first transfusion hose (23) is communicated with the input end of the spray pipe (14).

The automatic equipment for riveting the machine shell and the gear box according to claim 1, wherein two sets of drying devices are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the bottom end of the first connecting frame (3), each drying device comprises a third connecting frame (24), a first connecting seat (25), a second connecting seat (29), a first threaded rod (30), a threaded pipe (31), a second threaded rod (32) and a third connecting seat (33), the top end of the third connecting frame (24) is connected with the bottom end of the first connecting frame (3), the left end of the first connecting seat (25) is connected with the right end of the third connecting frame (24), a connecting arm (26) is rotatably arranged on the first connecting seat (25), a fan (27) is arranged at the right end of the connecting arm (26), an air injection hopper (28) is communicated with the right output end of the fan (27), the top end of the second connecting seat (29) is connected with the bottom end of the connecting arm (26), the top and the second connecting seat (29) rotatable coupling of first threaded rod (30), the first region of screwed pipe (31) inside is provided with first threaded rod (30) assorted screw thread, the bottom of first threaded rod (30) is inserted and spiral shell dress to the top of screwed pipe (31) inside, the second region of screwed pipe (31) inside is provided with second threaded rod (32) assorted screw thread, the bottom and the third connecting seat (33) rotatable coupling of second threaded rod (32), the left end of third connecting seat (33) is connected with the right-hand member downside of third link (24).

The automatic device for riveting the machine shell and the gear box is characterized in that a third liquid conveying pipe (34) is arranged on the right side of the bottom end of the cavity of the disinfectant box (18) in a communicating mode, a valve (35) is arranged on the third liquid conveying pipe (34), a second liquid conveying hose (36) is arranged on the bottom output end of the third liquid conveying pipe (34) in a communicating mode, and a spray gun (37) is arranged on the output end of the second liquid conveying hose (36) in a communicating mode.

The automated equipment for rivetting machine cases and gear boxes according to claim 3, characterized in that the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the bottom end of the rack (38) are provided with casters (39), and the top end of the rack (38) is provided with a bracket (40).

An automated apparatus for staking cabinets and gearboxes according to claim 4, wherein a first gasket seal (41) is provided at the junction of the chamber of the sanitizer tank (18) and the first infusion line (21), and a second gasket seal (42) is provided at the junction of the chamber of the sanitizer tank (18) and the third infusion line (34).
6. An automated apparatus for rivetting machine casings and gear boxes according to claim 5, characterised in that the right end of the chamber of the disinfectant tank (18) is provided with a transparent scale plate (43).
7. An automated apparatus for rivetting machine casings and gearboxes according to claim 6, further comprising four sets of feet (44), wherein the four sets of feet (44) are mounted on the bottom ends of the four sets of attachment posts (4), respectively.
8. An automated apparatus for staking cabinets and gearboxes according to claim 7 wherein handles (45) are provided on both sets of threaded tubes (31).
