The evaporator 2 and the cross-flow fan 7 are simultaneously arranged at the bottom of the display case, and particularly, the cross-flow fan 7 is arranged in the first air duct 5, so that the whole structure is more compact. The overall structure and the degree of bending of the bent evaporator 2 are matched with the structure of the bottom of the display cabinet, so that the windward area of the evaporator 2 can be maximized.
The conventional refrigerated showcase adopts a method of installing the axial flow fan 14 at the bottom to promote the air circulation, but due to the limitation of the bottom structure of the showcase and the characteristics of the axial flow fan 14, the conventional showcase is easy to have the problems of insufficient heat exchange between food and air in the showcase and between the air in the showcase and the evaporator 2, uneven heat exchange, high noise and high energy consumption. Compared with the conventional refrigerated display case, the novel display case is provided with the fan arranged in the first air duct 5 at the back of the display case, and the cross-flow fan 7 is adopted. The cross-flow fan 7 can improve the air flow speed and the air quantity of return air, so that the air heat exchange is more uniform, the temperature in the display cabinet is always in a uniform and stable state, and the storage and preservation effects are better. And the adoption of the cross-flow fan 7 avoids increasing the rotating speed of the fan to increase the air flow speed, can reduce the noise to a certain extent and saves energy. The cross-flow fan 7 penetrates through the first air duct 5 at the back of the display case and is parallel to the bent evaporator 2, so that return air cooled on the evaporator 2 is uniformly conveyed into the display case, and the display case is always in a stable and uniform temperature state.
The circulation mode of the novel display cabinet gas is as follows: when the return air with higher temperature enters from the return air inlet 4, the return air is fully cooled on the bending type evaporator 2 to become low-temperature air, then the cold air is respectively conveyed to the periphery of each shelf 9 in the cabinet through the vent holes (not shown in the attached drawing) and the first air outlet 6 under the action of the cross-flow fan 7, the cold air enters the air channel from the return air inlet 4 again after absorbing the heat of the food, and exchanges heat with the bending type evaporator 2 for cooling, and the circulation is carried out, so that the whole display cabinet is always in a low-temperature stable state, the food is refrigerated and preserved, and the preservation effect is improved.
The structure of the folding type evaporator 2 may also be a structure folded downward as shown in fig. 3 and 5. And the integral structure and the bending degree of the evaporator 2 are matched with the structure of the bottom of the display cabinet, so that the maximum windward area of the evaporator 2 can be selected optimally.
The invention can also change the cross flow fan 7 into the axial flow fan 14, the position of the axial flow fan 14 is the same as that of the cross flow fan 7, but the number of the axial flow fans 14 can be increased properly, so that the heat exchange of the return air is more uniform, and the temperature in the display cabinet is uniform and stable.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
