The mounting portion 12 is a substantially semi-cylindrical portion projecting downward from the lower surface of the abutment table portion 11, and the lower end thereof is covered with a bottom plate portion 13. The abutment table portion 11 is configured to have an outer dimension larger than an outer diameter of the mounting portion 12, and has an abutment surface 11a at a portion other than a rear edge around the mounting portion 12 on a lower surface of the abutment table portion 11. In addition, although not explicitly shown in the drawing, the same color as that of the commercial product is applied to the outer surface of the semi-commercial product sample 10.
As shown in fig. 6, the display stand 7 includes a base member 20 and a support plate 30. The base member 20 includes an upper surface plate portion 21, a front surface plate portion 22, and right and left side plate portions 23, and is integrally molded from a translucent resin material. Although not explicitly shown in the drawing, in order to diffuse and reflect the transmitted light, a process (crimping process) of providing many fine irregularities is applied to each of the upper surface plate portion 21, the front surface plate portion 22, and the left and right side plate portions 23 of the base member 20. The crimping process may be applied only to the outer surface side of the base member 20, only to the inner surface side, or to both the inner and outer surfaces.
The upper panel 21 is a flat plate-like portion having a front-rear width of the abutment base 11 on which the half commodity sample 10 can be mounted. As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the upper panel 21 is provided with a number of receiving holes 24 corresponding to the number of half-product samples 10 to be held, and hook pieces (holding means) 25 and through holes (holding means) 26 are provided at a plurality of positions. The receiving holes 24 are formed in a substantially circular shape having an inner diameter larger than the mounting portion 12 of the half commodity sample 10, and are arranged in parallel on a straight line at a pitch equal to or slightly larger than the left-right width of the abutment table portion 11. The hook piece 25 is provided at a portion on the upper surface of the upper panel portion 21 on the rear edge side, for holding the support plate 30 to the upper panel portion 21. More specifically, the hook piece 25 protrudes upward from the upper surface of the upper panel portion 21 and is bent at a substantially right angle rearward, and is provided at a position between the two housing holes 24 at both ends of the upper panel portion 21. Hook pieces 25 are additionally provided to the base member 20 constituting the upper 3-layer display stand 7 at two locations in the center. A gap slightly larger than the thickness of the support plate 30 is secured between the lower surface of the hook piece 25 and the upper surface of the upper surface plate portion 21. A locking projection 25a is provided below the extending end of the hook piece 25. The locking projection 25a is configured such that the plate thickness gradually increases as it goes forward. A locking surface 25b is provided at a front end portion of the locking projection 25a along the vertical direction. The gap between the most protruding portion of the locking projection 25a and the upper surface of the upper panel portion 21 is set to be smaller than the plate thickness of the support plate 30. The through holes 26 are rectangular openings penetrating the upper panel portion 21, and are provided at every other location of the storage holes 24.
Further, a locking piece 27 is provided at an opening peripheral edge portion of each housing hole 24 of the upper panel portion 21, and support table portions 28 are provided at both end portions. The locking piece 27 is a plate-like portion having a small width extending in the radial direction from the opening peripheral edge portion on the rear side toward the front side in the housing hole 24, and the tip end portion of the locking piece 27 is positioned forward beyond the center of the housing hole 24. The rear end of the locking piece 27 extends along the upper surface plate portion 21. The front end portion of the locking piece 27 extends downward gradually as it goes forward, and then is bent upward to be inclined upward gradually as it goes forward. As is clear from fig. 9, the locking piece 27 extends downward from the opening peripheral edge of the housing hole 24 and then bends forward without interfering with the insertion of the cylindrical commodity sample (not shown) into the housing hole 24. The support table portion 28 is a table-shaped portion projecting downward from the lower surface of the upper panel portion 21, and has a support surface 28a at the projecting end portion. The support surface 28a is a downward flat surface inclined so as to gradually fall downward as going forward, and is provided below the locking piece 27. A support table portion 28 is additionally provided at the central portion of the upper surface plate portion 21 of the base member 20 constituting the upper 3-stage display table 7.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, front panel 22 of base member 20 extends downward at a substantially right angle from the front edge of upper panel 21. The lower edge portion of the front surface plate portion 22 is bent forward and then further bent upward, and constitutes a housing groove (display mounting portion) 22a that opens upward on the front surface of the base member 20.
The side panel portion 23 is a portion extending downward from both side edge portions of the upper panel portion 21, and includes a wide portion 23a and a guide portion 23 b. The wide portion 23a is a flat plate-like portion having a larger downward extension than the downward extension of the front panel portion 22, and is provided at substantially right angles to the upper panel portion 21 and the front panel portion 22. On the other hand, the downward extension of the guide portion 23b is substantially the same as the downward extension of the front panel portion 22, and is provided so as to curve from the upper end of the wide portion 23a toward the front panel portion 22 at a portion of the upper panel portion 21 that is a front corner portion. As is clear from fig. 9, the guide portion 23b is configured such that the inner peripheral surface is located forward of the front surface of the front plate portion 22.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 6 and 10, the support plate 30 of the display stand 7 has an upper cover portion 31 and a rear cover portion 32, and is integrally formed of a metal plate such as iron. The upper cover 31 is a portion arranged to cover the upper surface of the upper panel portion 21 with respect to the base member 20, and is formed in a shape in which a plurality of table portions 31b are provided in parallel in front of the linearly formed rear edge plate portion 31 a. The table portion 31b has an outer diameter smaller than the abutment table portion 11 of the semi-commercial product sample 10, is formed in a flat plate shape of a circular ring having the mounting hole 33 at the center thereof, and is disposed such that the center of the mounting hole 33 has the same pitch as the housing hole 24. The mounting hole 33 is formed in a substantially circular shape having an inner diameter slightly larger than the mounting portion 12 of the half commodity sample 10 and smaller than the housing hole 24. Locking notches 34 are provided in inner peripheral portions of the mounting holes 33 facing each other. The locking notch 34 is a substantially rectangular notch formed on a virtual straight line connecting the centers of the plurality of mounting holes 33. As is clear from the drawing, the front edge portion of the upper lid portion 31 in which the plurality of table portions 31b are arranged in parallel is formed in a shape in which a plurality of arcs are arranged in parallel along the outer periphery of the table portion 31 b. A punching hole (holding mechanism) 35 having a substantially triangular shape is secured between the two adjacent table portions 31b and the rear edge plate portion 31 a. The punched hole 35 is formed in a size that allows the hook piece 25 provided on the upper surface plate portion 21 of the base member 20 to penetrate therethrough.
The upper lid portion 31 is provided with an engagement hole (holding mechanism) 36 and an engagement claw piece (holding mechanism) 37. The engagement hole 36 is a rectangular opening formed in the trailing edge plate portion 31a at a position corresponding to the punched hole 35. The engaging hole 36 is provided at a position corresponding to the hook piece 25 of the base member 20. The engaging claw piece 37 protrudes forward from a portion corresponding to the through-hole 26 of the base member 20 between the adjacent table portions 31 b. The engaging claw pieces 37 extend downward from the upper lid portion 31 and then are bent forward. A space corresponding to the plate thickness of the base member 20 is secured between the bent tip end portion of the engaging claw piece 37 and the upper lid portion 31. When the upper cover portion 31 covers the upper surface plate portion 21 of the base member 20, the engaging claw piece 37 can pass the bent tip end portion through the through-hole 26 and abut against the back surface of the upper surface plate portion 21.
The rear cover portion 32 of the support plate 30 is a portion disposed so as to cover the rear of the base member 20, extends downward from the rear edge of the upper cover portion 31, and then is bent so that the lower end edge portion gradually rises upward as going forward. The extension length of the rear cover portion 32 is substantially the same as the extension length of the front panel 22 of the base member 20. The rear cover portion 32 is provided with a locking claw 38. The locking claws 38 are used to lock the support plate 30 to the back panel 6 by passing through locking holes 6a provided in the back panel 6, and the locking claws 38 are provided at both ends of the rear cover 32.
In the base member 20 and the support plate 30 configured as described above, the hook piece 25 of the base member 20 is disposed in the punched hole 35 of the support plate 30, and the support plate 30 is slid forward with respect to the base member 20 in a state where the distal end portion of the engaging claw piece 37 is disposed in the through hole 26, so that both are integrated. That is, since the locking projection 25a of the hook piece 25 is positioned in the engagement hole 36, the state in which the rear edge plate portion 31a of the support plate 30 is sandwiched between the hook piece 25 and the upper panel portion 21 is maintained, and the state in which the distal end portion of the engagement claw piece 37 is engaged with the back surface of the base member 20 via the through-hole 26 is maintained, and therefore, the relative movement of the support plate 30 with respect to the base member 20 can be regulated. This makes up the display stand 7 in which the metal support plate 30 and the resin base member 20 are integrated.
When the display stand 7 is attached to the back panel 6, the locking claws 38 provided on the support plate 30 may be inserted into the locking holes 6a of the back panel 6. According to the above-described display stand 7 attached to the back plate 6 via the locking claws 38 of the support plate 30, even when an external force is inadvertently applied to the display stand 7 during maintenance or the like, the metal locking claws 38 are not damaged, and the display stand 7 is not detached from the back plate 6.
As shown in fig. 6, a light source 40, a low temperature display area (display member) 50, and a price display plate (display member) 60 are disposed on a base member 20 of the display stand 7. although not explicitly shown in the drawings, the light source 40 is configured as a rod by arranging a plurality of L ED in parallel in a straight line, and has mounting portions 41 at both end portions and a central portion. as shown in fig. 9, the light source 40 is mounted on a support table portion 28 by screwing screws onto the support table portion 28 in a state where the mounting portions 41 are brought into contact with a support surface 28a, and irradiates light obliquely upward from below the upper surface 21 toward the front in a case where the light is lit by the support surface 28a of the base member 20. the low temperature display area 50 is configured as a band-shaped light-transmitting resin material, and as shown in fig. 6, the low temperature display area 50 is formed as a band-shaped with a color tone for cooling (for example, blue) and a color tone for heating (for example, and as shown in fig. 6, the low temperature display area is formed as a color tone guide portion for cooling (for example, a price display by a front side of the light-transmitting resin material), and a front side of the display plate 20, and a price display plate 20 is formed by a front side of the front surface 20, and a front side of the price display plate 20, and a price display plate 20 is formed by a front side of the light-transmitting resin material, and a front side of the price display plate 20, and a price display panel 20, and a price display plate 20 is formed as a front side of a display panel 20, and a price display panel 20 is formed by a price display panel 20, and a price display panel 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the price display board 60 and the low temperature display area 50 provided on the display stand 7 are located above the push switch 5 provided on the resin panel 4. Therefore, the price and the cold/hot state of the product can be displayed externally to the corresponding push switch 5.
In the display stand 7 configured as described above, when the mounting portion 12 is inserted into the mounting hole 33 from the front side in a state where the bottom plate portion 13 is inserted between the locking piece 27 and the upper lid portion 31 of the support plate 30, the half-commodity sample 10 can be held on the upper surface of the display stand 7 in an upright posture. That is, since the mounting portion 12 is fitted in the mounting hole 33 and the commodity sample 10 is biased downward by the locking piece 27 abutting against the bottom plate portion 13, the abutting surface 11a of the abutting table portion 11 is pressed against the upper surface of the table portion 31 b. Therefore, even when an external force such as vibration is applied to the display chamber 3, the orientation of the half merchandise sample 10 is not changed unintentionally, and the half merchandise sample 10 can be held reliably.
Further, since the display stand 7 is separately configured with the base member 20 having the locking piece 27 and the support plate 30 having the mounting hole 33, the shape of the base member 20 and the shape of the support plate 30 can be simplified and the base member 20 and the support plate 30 can be easily manufactured.
The support plate 30 having the locking claw 38 is formed of metal, and the base member 20 is formed of a translucent resin material. Therefore, the display stand 7 and the half-product sample 10 can be efficiently illuminated with the light of the light source 40 transmitted therethrough while securing the attachment strength of the display stand 7 to the back panel 6, thereby improving the visibility. In this case, since the base member 20 through which the light of the light source 40 passes is subjected to the crimping process as described above, the user does not get an impression of excessive glare without the diffusely-reflected light reaching the user. Furthermore, the support plate 30 of the display stand 7 is covered and hidden by the half-merchandise sample 10. Therefore, the display stand 7 is hard to be seen from the outside, in other words, the half-merchandise sample 10 becomes more noticeable, and sales of merchandise can be promoted.
In the embodiment, all the display stands 7 hold the half-commodity sample 10, but as described above, the locking piece 27 of the display stand 7 extends downward from the opening peripheral edge portion of the receiving hole 24 and then bends forward, and therefore, the display stand 7 can hold a cylindrical commodity sample (not shown) in an intact state.
In the above-described embodiment, the price display panel 60, the low temperature display region 50, and the light source 40 are provided in the base member 20, but the price display panel 60, the low temperature display region 50, and the light source 40 are not necessarily provided in the base member 20, and for example, a part thereof may be provided in the resin panel 4 covering the front surface of the display room 3 together with the push switch 5.
The locking claw 38 for locking with the back panel 6 may be provided on the support plate 30, and the locking claw 38 may be provided on the base member 20.
Further, as the low temperature display region 50, a band-shaped low temperature display region formed in a ring shape is exemplified, and a low temperature display region formed in a flat plate shape may be applied similarly to the price display panel.
