The list storage module 33 of the present invention is used for storing a plurality of sharing lists, each sharing list refers to a sharing list of a sharing user, and each sharing list at least includes identity information of one receiving user, such as at least one of a name, an account number, an email, a phone call, a universal unique identification code, an international mobile subscriber identification code, and a mobile network code of the receiving user, and can also be a unique number given by the information sharing system. The list management module 32 adds a new sharing list according to the first sharer identity information, the first sharing command and the sharing request, or accesses, modifies and deletes at least one sharing list stored in the list storage module 33. In this embodiment, the first sharer can access the sharing list in the list storage module 33 through the list management module 32 and share the sharing information to the receiver through the sharing list, so that the first sharer and the receiver can interact and communicate with each other, and the first sharer can also modify and delete at least one sharing list stored in the list storage module 33. In this embodiment, the list management module 32 is a non-associative database for establishing and storing tabular information, such as a shared list, and in other embodiments, a shared information list, such as a movie list, may also be stored. The sharing function of the present invention is at least one of approval, consent, recommendation, liking, sharing, leaving a message, search, play, pause, fast forward, playback, purchase, payment, transfer, location, voting, drawing a lottery, joining, and quitting.
The function providing module 35 generates a sharing function list according to the sharing attribute of the first sharer terminal 101, the sharing function list is stored in the list storage module 33, and the function providing module 35 can provide the sharing function list to the receiver terminal 201, so that the first sharer terminal 101 and the receiver terminal 201 can have the same sharing function. In other embodiments, the first sharer may also select and set a sharing function to be shared with the recipient through the first sharer terminal 101, where the first sharer terminal 101 and the recipient terminal 201 have a part of the same sharing function.
The server 3 comprises at least one function executing module 36 for executing the functions listed in the shared function list, wherein the function executing module 36 may be a video playing module for playing, pausing, fast forwarding and playing back the first shared information stored in the information storage module 34; the function executing module 36 may also be a payment module for purchasing, paying and transferring money; the function executing module 36 may also be a positioning module for issuing a positioning instruction to make the first sharer terminal 101 and/or the receiver terminal 201 send their positioning information to the server 3. In other embodiments, the server 3 may also execute collectively or alternately by a plurality of function execution modules 36 to provide services required by the sharer and the receiver.
The notification module 37 may generate a query notification of the shared information to at least one recipient terminal 201 according to the first shared information or the list of the shared information, for example, the notification module 37 may periodically query the shared information in the information storage module 34 and compare the query result with the previous query result, when the server 3 receives and stores the first shared information from the first sharer terminal 101, the shared information in the information storage module 34 may increase, the notification module 37 may generate a difference of the amount of the shared information by comparing the query result with the previous query result, and when the difference is positive, generate a query notification to at least one recipient terminal 201. The notification module 37 may also generate a query notification to at least one recipient terminal 201 through the updated shared information list. The receiver sends a request for inquiring the shared information through the receiver terminal 201, and the information storage module 34 provides the first shared information to the receiver terminal 201 according to the request for inquiring the shared information.
Referring to fig. 2, according to the method for processing the sharing list of the first sharer terminal 101, the receiver terminal 201 and the server 3 of the present invention, the first sharer can process the sharing list stored in the server 3 through the first sharer terminal 101 according to the requirement, wherein the requirement is the access, modification or deletion of the sharing list.
In step S201, the server 3 receives the first sharer identification information from the first sharer terminal 101. For example, the first sharer inputs the identification code and the password through the smart phone, or accesses the identification code and the password stored in the smart phone through a fingerprint recognition method, and the smart phone transmits the identification code and the password to the server 3.
In step S202, the server 3 verifies the first sharer identification information. For example, after the server 3 receives the identity code and the password of the first sharer from the smart phone, the authentication module 31 compares and verifies the identity code and the password of the first sharer with the identity information of the sharer stored in the authentication module 31, if the identity code and the password of the first sharer are consistent with each other, the first sharer is allowed to use the functions of the modules of the server 3 if the identity code and the password of the first sharer are judged to be passed, if at least one of the identity code and the password of the first sharer is inconsistent with each other, the server 3 is judged to be not passed, and the server 3 does not provide any module.
In step S203, the server 3 receives a sharing request from the recipient terminal 201. For example, when the receiver wants to view the shared information shared by the first sharer, or the receiver wants to become a tracker of the first sharer, the receiver may send a sharing request to the server 3 through a smart phone as the receiver terminal 201, that is, the sharing request may be a request for sharing specific information such as video, music, text, or a combination thereof, or a request for dynamic sharing by the first sharer.
In step S204, the server 3 adds a new sharing list or accesses, modifies, and deletes at least one sharing list according to the first sharer identity information, the first sharing command, and the sharing request. For example, the server 3 first receives the identity information of the first sharer from the smart phone of the first sharer to find out the corresponding sharing list, then receives the sharing request from the smart phone of the receiver, and then modifies and deletes the sharing list according to the first sharing instruction from the smart phone of the first sharer.
As shown in fig. 3, according to the sharing list processing method for the first sharer terminal 101, the receiver terminal 201, the second sharer terminal 102 and the server 3 of the present invention, in order for the first sharer to become a sharer for sharing information together with the second sharer, the method may add a new sharing list without changing the sharing list corresponding to the sharer, where the sharing list includes the identity information of the first sharer, the receiver and the second sharer.
Step S301 the server 3 receives first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal 101; step S302 the server 3 verifies the identity information of the first sharer, and step S201 and step S202 are synchronized with step S302 in step S301, which is not repeated herein.
In step S303, the server 3 receives a first sharing instruction from the receiver terminal 201, where the first sharing instruction includes at least one common sharing peer, where the common sharing peer includes the second sharer terminal 102. For example, when the first sharer sends the first sharing instruction through the smart phone, the second sharer terminal 102 of the second sharer is designated as the common sharing end of the first sharer, in this embodiment, the first sharing instruction is "join", and in other embodiments, the first sharing instruction may also be an instruction related to a sharing operation, such as merge, connect, reserve connect, and the like.
In step S304, the second sharer terminal 102 receives the first sharing instruction, and the second sharer terminal 102 issues an agreement sharing instruction. For example, the smart phone of the second sharer obtains the first sharing instruction from the server 3, and displays the icon of "join approval" on the display module 14, and after the second sharer clicks the icon of "join approval" through the input module 11 of the smart phone, the smart phone of the second sharer sends the instruction of sharing approval to the server 3.
In step S305, the server 3 obtains a first sharing list and a second sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the agreement sharing instruction, respectively, wherein the first sharing list includes the identity information of the recipient. The identity information of the receiver comprises an identity code and a password, wherein the identity code is at least one of an account number, an email, a telephone, a universal unique identification code, an international mobile subscriber identity and a mobile network code. In this embodiment, the first shared list includes the universal unique identifier, the international mobile subscriber identity or the mobile network code of the receiver terminal 201. In other embodiments, the first shared list may also include a recipient account, email, or phone of the recipient terminal 201.
In step S306, the server 3 adds a common share list according to the first share instruction and the agreement share instruction, where the common share list includes contents of the first share list and the second share list, that is, the common share list includes at least one of the account numbers of the first sharer terminal, the receiver terminal and the second sharer terminal, the e-mail, the telephone, the universal unique identifier, the international mobile subscriber identifier and the mobile network code. For example, after receiving the sharing agreement instruction from the smart phone of the second sharer, the server 3 indicates that the second sharer agrees to share the shared end with the first sharer, the list management module 32 adds a shared list according to the sharing agreement instruction and the first sharing instruction, the shared list includes the first sharer terminal 101 and the second sharer terminal 102 that share the shared end with each other, the shared list is stored in the list storage module 33, and at the same time, the list storage module 33 stores the first shared list of the first sharer terminal 101, the second shared list of the second sharer terminal 102, and the shared list that includes the first sharer terminal 101, the second sharer terminal 102, and the receiver terminal 201. The second sharer, which becomes the common sharing end, can receive the first sharing information of the first sharer, and can further input the second sharing information from the second sharer terminal 102, such as a smart phone, and share the second sharing information with the first sharer and the receiver through the server 3.
In this embodiment, since the list storage module 33 of the server 3 stores the sharing list of the first sharer, the sharing list of the second sharer, and the common sharing list, when the first sharer or the second sharer uploads the sharing information, the server 3 can send the sharing notification or the sharing information to the terminals of the recipient and the sharer in each list through the common sharing list, the sharing list of the first sharer, and the sharing list of the second sharer. For example, when the first sharer and the second sharer share the same sharing end, and the first sharer provides the video to the second sharer terminal 102 through the first sharer terminal 101 and the server 3, the server 3 will share the video at the second sharer terminal 102 to the receiver of the first sharer according to the common sharing list and the sharing list of the first sharer.
In other embodiments, if the first sharer wants to terminate the common sharing relationship with the second sharer, the first sharer may issue a sharing instruction to delete the sharer, and the server 3 deletes the common sharing list according to the sharing instruction, so that the first sharer terminal 101 and the second sharer terminal 102 are no longer common sharing terminals. In other embodiments, the first sharing instruction of the first sharer further includes a sharing deadline, the sharing deadline is a preset time or date, such as an hour, a day, a month or other specified date, and when the date of the server 3 exceeds the sharing deadline, the server 3 deletes the common sharing list.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of a method for processing a share list of a first sharer terminal, a receiver terminal, a second sharer terminal and a server according to the present invention, wherein the second share list is used for updating a second share list of a second sharer. As shown in fig. 4, the server 3 receives first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal 101 at step S401; step S402, the server 3 verifies the identity information of the first sharer, and step S401 and step S402 synchronize step S301 and step S302, which are not described herein again.
In step S403, the server 3 receives a first sharing command from the receiver terminal 201, where the first sharing command includes at least one common sharing peer, and the common sharing peer includes the second sharer terminal 102. For example, when the first sharer sends the first sharing instruction through the smart phone, the second sharer terminal 102 of the second sharer is designated as the common sharing end of the first sharer, in this embodiment, the first sharing instruction is "join", and in other embodiments, the first sharing instruction may also be an instruction related to the sharing operation, such as merge, connect, reserve connect, and the like.
In step S404, the server 3 obtains the sharing attributes of the first sharer terminal 101 and the second sharer terminal 102 according to the first sharing instruction, determines whether the sharing attributes are the same, and if so, sends the first sharing instruction to the second sharer terminal 102. For example, the server 3 obtains the sharing attribute of the first sharer from the authentication module 31 according to the first sharing instruction, and since the first sharing instruction includes the second sharer, the server 3 can obtain the sharing attribute of the second sharer from the authentication module 31 according to the first sharing instruction, wherein the sharing attribute of the first sharer is games and entertainment, and the sharing attribute of the second sharer is games and activities. The first sharer and the second sharer have a sharing attribute "game", and therefore, the server 3 determines that the first sharer and the second sharer have the sharing attribute in common, and issues a first sharing instruction to the second sharer terminal 102. In other embodiments, if the first sharer and the second sharer do not have the common sharing attribute, the server 3 does not issue the first sharing instruction to the second sharer terminal 102.
In step S405, the second sharer terminal 102 receives the first sharing instruction, and the second sharer terminal 102 issues an agreement sharing instruction. For example, the smart phone of the second sharer obtains the first sharing instruction from the server 3, and displays the icon of "join approval" on the display module 14, and after the second sharer clicks the icon of "join approval" through the input module 11 of the smart phone, the smart phone of the second sharer sends the instruction of sharing approval to the server 3.
In step S406, the server obtains a first sharing list and a second sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the sharing agreement instruction, respectively, where the first sharing list includes the recipient terminal.
In step S407, the server 3 merges the first sharing list into the second sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the agreement sharing instruction, and the merging refers to combining the contents of the first sharing list and the contents of the second sharing list. Before the step is executed, the content of the second sharing list does not comprise the first sharer terminal and the receiver terminal; after this step is completed, the content of the second sharing list is updated, and the content of the second sharing list includes the first sharer terminal, the receiver terminal and the second sharer terminal. For example, after receiving the sharing agreement instruction from the smartphone of the second sharer, the server 3 indicates that the second sharer agrees to share the shared end with the first sharer, and the list management module 32 merges the first sharing list into the second sharing list according to the sharing agreement instruction and the first sharing instruction, where the second sharing list includes the first sharer terminal 101, the receiver terminal 201, and the second sharer terminal 102 that share the shared end with each other. In other embodiments, for example, the first sharing list of the first sharer terminal 101 has information of 100 receiver terminals, the second sharing list of the second sharer terminal 102 has information of 200 receiver terminals, after step S407, the information amount of the receiver terminals in the second sharing list may be changed from 200 bits to 300 bits, for example, when there is duplicate receiver terminal information in the first sharing list and the second sharing list, the information of the receiver terminals in the second sharing list may be changed from 200 bits to 250 bits after step S407.
As shown in fig. 5, an information sharing method for a first sharer terminal 101, a receiver terminal 201, and a server 3 according to the present invention includes: step S501, the server 3 receives first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal 101; step S502, the server 3 verifies the identity information of the first sharer; step S503, the server 3 receives the first sharing instruction and the first sharing information from the first sharer terminal 101; step S504, the server 3 updates the shared information list according to the first shared information; step S505, the server 3 obtains a sharing list according to the identity information of the first sharer, wherein the sharing list includes the receiver terminal 201; step S506, the server 3 generates a sharing information inquiry notice to the receiver terminal according to the first sharing information, the first sharing instruction and the sharing list; step S507, the receiver terminal sends out a shared information inquiry request; and step S508, the server 3 provides the first shared information to the receiver terminal according to the shared information inquiry request.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing description, the information sharing system of the present invention can add, access, modify or delete a sharing list and corresponding sharing functions, and provide the same or different sharing functions and interfaces according to the identity of the system operator, such as the first sharer terminal 101, the receiver terminal 201 and the second sharer terminal 102.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. 1. An information sharing system is characterized by comprising a first sharer terminal, a receiver terminal and a server;
the first sharer terminal comprises an input module, a processing module, a communication module and a display module; the input module can receive first sharer identity information, a first sharing instruction and one of a sharing attribute and first sharing information;
the system comprises at least one receiver terminal, a sharing module and a display module, wherein the receiver terminal comprises an input module, a processing module, a communication module and a display module;
the server comprises an identity authentication module, a list management module, a list storage module, an information storage module, a function providing module, a function execution module and a notification module; the identity authentication module can receive and authenticate the identity information of the first sharer and store the sharing attribute; the list storage module can store a plurality of shared lists; the list management module can add a new sharing list according to the first sharer identity information, the first sharing instruction and the sharing request, or access, modify and delete at least one sharing list stored in the list storage module; the information storage module is capable of storing the first shared information; the function providing module can generate the sharing function list according to the sharing attribute and provide the sharing function list to the receiver terminal; the function execution module is capable of executing a sharing function corresponding to the shared manifest; the notification module generates a shared information query notification according to the first shared information and sends the shared information query notification to at least one receiver terminal, a receiver sends a shared information query request through the receiver terminal, and the information storage module provides the first shared information to the receiver terminal according to the shared information query request.
2. The information sharing system according to claim 1, wherein the information sharing system further comprises a second sharer terminal; the second sharer terminal comprises an input module, a processing module, a communication module and a display module; the input module is used for receiving second sharer identity information.
3. The information sharing system according to claim 2, wherein the input module of the second sharer terminal is configured to receive the sharing attribute, the second sharing instruction, and the second sharing information.
4. The information sharing system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the input module is further capable of receiving a shared function execution request.
5. The information sharing system of claim 1, wherein the manifest storage module further comprises a shared information manifest.
6. The information sharing system of claim 1, wherein the first sharer identification information comprises an identification code and a password, and the identification code is at least one of an account number, an email, a phone number, a universal unique identifier, an international mobile subscriber identifier, and a mobile network code.
7. The information sharing system of claim 1, wherein the sharing attribute is at least one selected from the group consisting of a person, an activity, a game, a sport, a shopping, an auction, a travel, a drama, an entertainment, a leisure life, a performance, and a news.
8. The information sharing system of claim 1, wherein the first sharing instruction is at least one of sharing, uploading, modifying a sharing manifest, and deleting the sharing manifest.
9. The information sharing system according to claim 1, wherein the first shared information is at least one selected from a group consisting of video, music, image, and text.
10. The information sharing system of claim 1, wherein the sharing function is at least one selected from the group consisting of approval, consent, recommendation, favorites, sharing, leaving a message, search, play, pause, fast forward, playback, purchase, payment, transfer, location, voting, draw, join, and withdraw.
11. A method for processing a shared list for a first sharer terminal, a receiver terminal and a server, the method comprising the steps of:
the server receiving first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal;
the server verifies the identity information of the first sharer;
the server receiving a sharing request from the recipient terminal;
and the server adds a sharing list newly according to the identity information of the first sharer and the sharing request, or accesses, modifies and deletes at least one sharing list.
12. A method for processing a shared list for a first sharer terminal, a receiver terminal, a second sharer terminal, and a server, the method comprising:
the server receiving first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal;
the server verifies the identity information of the first sharer;
the server receives a first sharing instruction from the first sharer terminal, wherein the first sharing instruction comprises at least one common sharing end, and the common sharing end comprises a second sharer terminal;
the second sharer terminal receives the first sharing instruction, and sends an instruction of agreeing to share;
the server respectively obtains a first sharing list and a second sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the sharing agreement instruction, wherein the first sharing list comprises the receiver terminal; and
and the server adds a common sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the agreement sharing instruction, wherein the common sharing list comprises the first sharing list and the second sharing list.
13. A method for processing a shared list for a first sharer terminal, a receiver terminal, a second sharer terminal, and a server, the method comprising:
the server receiving first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal;
the server verifies the identity information of the first sharer;
the server receives a first sharing instruction from the first sharer terminal, wherein the first sharing instruction comprises at least one common sharing end, and the common sharing end comprises the second sharer terminal;
the server obtains the sharing attributes of the first sharer terminal and the second sharer terminal according to the first sharing instruction, judges whether the sharing attributes are the same or not, and sends the first sharing instruction to the second sharer terminal if the sharing attributes are the same;
the second sharer terminal receives the first sharing instruction, and sends an instruction of agreeing to share;
the server respectively obtains a first sharing list and a second sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the sharing agreement instruction, wherein the first sharing list comprises the receiver terminal; and
the server merges the first sharing list into the second sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the agreement sharing instruction.
14. The method of claim 11, 12 or 13, further comprising generating a common share function according to the common share list.
15. The shared inventory processing method as recited in claim 14, wherein the common sharing function is at least one selected from the group consisting of approval, recommendation, favorites, sharing, leaving messages, seeking, playing, pausing, fast forwarding, playing, purchasing, paying, transferring, locating, voting, drawing a lottery, joining, and quitting.
16. The method as claimed in claim 11, 12 or 13, wherein the first sharer identification information includes an identification code and a password, and the identification code is at least one selected from an account number, an e-mail, a telephone, a universal unique identification code, an international mobile subscriber identification code and a mobile network code.
17. The shared inventory processing method as recited in claim 11, 12 or 13, wherein the shared attribute is at least one selected from the group consisting of individuals, activities, games, sports, shopping, auctions, travels, dramas, entertainment, leisure lives, performances, and news.
18. The method according to claim 11, 12 or 13, wherein the first sharing command is at least one selected from the group consisting of sharing, uploading, modifying and deleting the shared list.
19. An information sharing method for a first sharer terminal, a receiver terminal, and a server, the information sharing method comprising:
the server receiving the first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal;
the server verifies the identity information of the first sharer;
the server receives the first sharing instruction and the first sharing information from the first sharer terminal;
the server updates the shared information list according to the first shared information;
the server obtains the sharing list according to the identity information of the first sharer, wherein the sharing list comprises a receiver terminal;
the server generates a shared information query notification to the receiver terminal according to the first shared information, the first shared instruction and the shared list;
the receiver terminal sends out a shared information inquiry request; and
and the server provides the first shared information to the receiver terminal according to the shared information inquiry request.
20. The information sharing method of claim 19, wherein the sharing function is at least one selected from the group consisting of approval, recommendation, favorites, sharing, leaving a message, searching, playing, pausing, fast forwarding, playing, purchasing, paying, transferring, locating, voting, drawing a lottery, joining, and quitting.
21. A non-transitory machine-readable medium as used in any one of claims 1-20, having executable instructions to cause one or more processing units to perform a method for information sharing for the first sharer terminal, recipient terminal and server, comprising:
the server receiving the first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal;
the server verifies the identity information of the first sharer;
the server receiving the sharing request from the recipient terminal;
and the server adds a new sharing list according to the identity information of the first sharer, the first sharing instruction and the sharing request, or accesses, modifies and deletes at least one sharing list.
22. A non-transitory machine-readable medium as claimed in any one of claims 1-20, having executable instructions to cause one or more processing units to perform a method for information sharing between the first sharer terminal, recipient terminal, second sharer terminal and server, comprising:
the server receiving the first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal;
the server verifies the identity information of the first sharer;
the server receives the first sharing instruction from a receiver terminal, wherein the first sharing instruction comprises at least one common sharing end, and the common sharing end comprises the second sharer terminal;
the second sharer terminal receives the first sharing instruction, and sends a sharing agreement instruction;
the server respectively obtains a first sharing list and a second sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the sharing agreement instruction, wherein the first sharing list comprises a receiver terminal; and
and the server adds a common sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the sharing instruction, wherein the common sharing list comprises the contents of the first sharing list and the second sharing list.
23. A non-transitory machine-readable medium as claimed in any one of claims 1-20, having executable instructions to cause one or more processing units to perform a method for information sharing between the first sharer terminal, recipient terminal, second sharer terminal and server, comprising:
the server receiving the first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal;
the server verifies the identity information of the first sharer;
the server receives a first sharing instruction from the receiver terminal, wherein the first sharing instruction comprises at least one common sharing end, and the common sharing end comprises a second sharer terminal;
the server obtains the sharing attributes of a first sharer terminal and a second sharer terminal according to the first sharing instruction, judges whether the sharing attributes are the same or not, and if so, sends the first sharing instruction to the second sharer terminal;
the second sharer terminal receives the first sharing instruction, and sends a sharing agreement instruction;
the server respectively obtains a first sharing list and a second sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the sharing agreement instruction, wherein the first sharing list comprises the receiver terminal; and
and the server merges the first sharing list into the second sharing list according to the first sharing instruction and the agreement sharing instruction.
24. A non-transitory machine-readable medium as used in any one of claims 1-20, having executable instructions to cause one or more processing units to perform a method for information sharing for a first sharer terminal, a recipient terminal and a server, comprising:
the server receiving the first sharer identity information from the first sharer terminal;
the server verifies the identity information of the first sharer;
the server receives the first sharing instruction and first sharing information from the first sharer terminal;
the server updates a shared information list according to the first shared information;
the server obtains the sharing list according to the identity information of the first sharer, wherein the sharing list comprises a receiver terminal;
the server generates a shared information query notification to the receiver terminal according to the first shared information, the first shared instruction and the shared list;
the receiver terminal sends out a shared information inquiry request; and
and the server provides the first shared information to the receiver terminal according to the shared information inquiry request.
