Specifically, after acquiring a video file in the incoming call information, the called terminal can identify the type of the video file, and can judge whether to play the received video file as the incoming call video in the video mode according to the identified type of the video file and by combining the intimacy degree and the current emotion type of the called user; in one example, an incoming call reminding strategy is preset in a called terminal, and the called terminal judges whether to play a received video file as an incoming call video in a video mode according to the incoming call reminding strategy; referring to table 7 below, an exemplary incoming call reminder strategy is shown.

It should be noted that the called end of this embodiment may integrate the two usage scenarios, and if the incoming call information includes a video file, determine whether to use the video file as the incoming call video in the video mode by using the incoming call reminding method in fig. 7 according to the intimacy level, the emotion type, and the type of the video file; if the incoming call information does not contain the video file, the incoming call reminding method in the figure 6 is adopted, and the type of the incoming call video in the video mode is determined according to the intimacy level and the emotion type.
Compared with the second embodiment, the embodiment provides a specific implementation mode for determining the incoming call reminding mode of the called terminal according to the intimacy level and the emotion type when the incoming call reminding mode is the video mode.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to an incoming call alert method, and is mainly different from the second embodiment in that: the behavior data comprises the current motion data and the current physical sign data of the called user, and a specific implementation mode for acquiring the emotion type of the called user according to the behavior data of the user recorded by the called terminal is provided.
A specific flow of the incoming call alert method according to this embodiment is shown in fig. 8.

For example, the current motion type of the called user is fast walking, ten sets of sign data of the fast walking motion type are obtained from historical motion data, then an average value is calculated to be used as reference sign data, and each set of sign data comprises sign data with preset duration. The vital sign data may include heart rate and body temperature, among others.
And a sub-step 7032 of determining the emotion type of the called user according to the current motion type, the current physical sign data and the reference physical sign data.
Specifically, the behavior data further includes current physical sign data of the called user, and the emotion type of the called user is determined by combining the current motion type of the called user, the current physical sign data and the acquired reference physical sign data under the current motion type.
Taking physical sign data, namely heart rate and body temperature as examples, firstly calculating a body temperature difference value delta T between the body temperature in the current physical sign data and the body temperature in the reference physical sign data, and a heart rate difference value delta H between the heart rate in the current physical sign data and the heart rate in the reference physical sign data, and then determining the emotion type of the called user according to the current exercise type when the body temperature difference value and the heart rate difference value meet the conditions. In one example, the called terminal may determine the emotion type of the called user according to the following table 9.

In conjunction with table 9 above, for example; for example, the current exercise type of the called user is fast walking, the heart rate in the current physical sign data is 105 times/minute, the body temperature is 37.1 ℃, the heart rate in the reference physical sign data is 80 times/minute, the body temperature is 36.5 ℃, the heart rate difference Δ H is 25, the body temperature difference Δ T is 0.6, and based on table 9, the emotion type of the called user can be determined to be excited. For example, the current exercise type of the called user is slow walking, the heart rate in the current physical sign data is 90 times/minute, the body temperature is 36.5 ℃, the heart rate in the reference physical sign data is 98 times/minute, the body temperature is 36.8 ℃, the heart rate difference value Δ H is calculated to be-8, the body temperature difference value Δ T is-0.3, and based on table 9, the emotion type of the called user can be determined to be low.
And step 704, determining the incoming call reminding mode of the called terminal according to the intimacy level and the emotion type. This step is substantially the same as step 204 in the second embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
Compared with the second embodiment, the embodiment provides a specific implementation manner for acquiring the emotion type of the called user according to the behavior data of the user recorded by the called terminal, wherein the behavior data comprises the current motion data and the current physical sign data of the called user.
A seventh embodiment of the present invention relates to an electronic device, such as a mobile phone or a tablet pc having a communication function. In this embodiment, an electronic device includes at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor;
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to execute the incoming call reminding method as in the first to sixth embodiments.
Where the memory and processor are connected by a bus, the bus may comprise any number of interconnected buses and bridges, the buses connecting together one or more of the various circuits of the processor and the memory. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor is transmitted over a wireless medium via an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor.
The processor is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And the memory may be used to store data used by the processor in performing operations.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.

Claims (11)

1. An incoming call reminding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to an incoming call of a calling terminal, and acquiring the incoming call information of the calling terminal;
obtaining the intimacy level between a calling terminal and a called terminal based on the incoming call information of the calling terminal;
and determining the incoming call reminding mode of the called terminal according to the intimacy degree.
2. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 1, wherein before determining the incoming call reminding mode of the called terminal according to the intimacy degree, the method further comprises:
acquiring the emotion type of the called user according to the behavior data of the user recorded by the called terminal;
the determining the incoming call reminding mode of the called terminal according to the intimacy degree comprises the following steps:
and determining the incoming call reminding mode of the called terminal according to the intimacy degree and the emotion type.
3. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the incoming call information comprises the number of the calling terminal;
the obtaining of the intimacy degree between the calling terminal and the called terminal based on the incoming call information of the calling terminal comprises:
determining the marking information of the calling terminal according to the number of the calling terminal and an address list preset in the called terminal;
and obtaining the intimacy degree between the calling end and the called end according to the corresponding relation between the marking information and the preset marking information and intimacy degree.
4. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 3, wherein the determining the label information of the calling terminal according to the number and the address book of the calling terminal comprises:
judging whether the number is in the address list or not;
if the number is in the address book, the grouping information of the address book to which the number belongs is used as the marking information; and if the number is not in the address list, using a stranger as the marking information.
5. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 4, wherein the incoming call information further comprises a home location of the number; before the step of taking a stranger as the mark information, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring historical position information of the called user recorded in the called terminal, and judging whether the attribution is matched with the historical position information; if the attribution is matched with the historical position information, the suspected cognition is used as the marking information; and if the attribution is not matched with the historical position information, the step of taking a stranger as the mark information is carried out.
6. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 2, wherein the incoming call reminding mode is a ring mode, and the determining the incoming call reminding mode of the called terminal according to the intimacy level and the emotion type comprises:
and determining the ring type and ring volume of the ring mode according to the intimacy level and the emotion type.
7. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 2, wherein the incoming call reminding mode is a video mode;
determining an incoming call reminding mode of the called terminal according to the intimacy degree and the emotion type, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
and determining the type of the incoming call video of the video mode according to the intimacy degree and the emotion type.
8. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 2, wherein the incoming call reminding mode is a video mode, and the incoming call information comprises a video file;
determining an incoming call reminding mode of the called terminal according to the intimacy degree and the emotion type, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
and determining whether the video file is used as the incoming call video of the video mode according to the intimacy degree, the emotion type and the type of the video file.
9. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 2, wherein the behavior data comprises a call record or a video record of the called user within a preset time period.

The incoming call reminding method according to claim 2, wherein the behavior data comprises current movement data and current physical sign data of the called user; the obtaining of the emotion type of the called user according to the behavior data of the user recorded by the called terminal includes:
determining the current motion type of the called user according to the current motion data of the called user, and acquiring reference sign data corresponding to the current motion type;
and determining the emotion type of the called user according to the current motion type, the current physical sign data and the reference physical sign data.
11. An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
