According to the invention, a three-dimensional visual model is created based on the BIM technology, the 3D VR software is used for setting relevant parameters to convert the BIM information into VR information, the VR information is loaded to the special transmission software and is transmitted to the VR equipment through the wireless screen flying technology, and better social benefit and economic benefit are obtained.
