Abstract
The application discloses a house purchasing method and device based on a block chain, wherein the method comprises the following steps: arranging intelligent contracts on each node of the block chain; the intelligent contract receives a service request message and first house purchasing information sent by the nodes on the block chain; the intelligent contract determines house purchasing process information corresponding to the first house purchasing information according to the service receiving request message; the intelligent contract executes a preset house purchasing process according to the first house purchasing information and the house purchasing process information to generate second house purchasing information, wherein the house purchasing process comprises information authentication and data processing; and the intelligent contract writes the house purchasing information and the corresponding second house purchasing information into the block. According to the method and the device, the data processing efficiency and the information authentication efficiency of each link of house purchasing can be improved, and house purchasing information can be traced.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of block chains, and discloses a block chain-based house purchasing information method and device.
Background
The house selecting and setting is a complicated, time-consuming and labor-consuming process, generally needs to go through the processes of qualification inspection, house selecting, signing, recording and the like, and relates to a large amount of data and information in the processes, including: deal data, point data, commission revenue, registration information of the user, certificate information of the house purchase, payment information, bank card information, etc.
At present, data generated in each link is mainly processed and relevant information is checked manually, however, information is asymmetric and manual processing efficiency is low, so that clients cannot trust companies, and disputes are caused.

arranging intelligent contracts on each node of the block chain;
the intelligent contract receives a service request message and first house purchasing information sent by a node on the block chain;
the intelligent contract determines house purchasing process information corresponding to the first house purchasing information according to the service request message;
the intelligent contract executes a preset house purchasing process according to the first house purchasing information and the house purchasing process information to generate second house purchasing information, wherein the house purchasing process comprises information authentication and data processing;
and the intelligent contract writes the first house purchasing information and the corresponding second house purchasing information into a block.
In one example, the intelligent contract receives identity information sent by a house-buying node in the block chain;
the intelligent contract converts the identity information into a hash value by using a preset hash function, and the hash value is used as the identifier of the house purchasing node;
and the intelligent contract writes the identification of the house purchasing node and the second house purchasing information into the same block.
In one example, the intelligent contract receives a house buying progress query message sent by the house buying node, and the house buying progress query message comprises: an identity of the house purchase node;
the intelligent contract determines a target block according to the identifier of the house purchasing node, wherein the target block is the block with the shortest creation time corresponding to the identifier of the house purchasing node;
and the intelligent contract acquires corresponding second house purchasing information from the target block according to the identification of the house purchasing node and returns the corresponding second house purchasing information.
In one example, the intelligent contract generates prompt information according to a result obtained by executing the current step of the house purchasing process and/or the next step to be executed;
and the intelligent contract writes the prompt information into a block and sends the prompt information to a corresponding house purchasing node.
In one example, the first house purchasing information includes: identity information of both the buyer and the seller of the house, house purchase price and agreement information achieved by both the buyer and the seller;
the intelligent contract initiates verification of the first house purchasing information in the block chain;

and the intelligent contract writes the electronic protocol into a block and sends the electronic protocol to a corresponding house purchasing node.

the data processing module is used for determining house purchasing process information corresponding to the first house purchasing information according to the service request message by using the intelligent contract; executing a preset house purchasing process according to the first house purchasing information and the house purchasing process information by using the intelligent contract to generate second house purchasing information, wherein the house purchasing process comprises information authentication and data processing;
and the recording module is used for writing the first house purchasing information and the corresponding second house purchasing information into a block by using the intelligent contract.

In one example, the data processing module is further configured to generate, by using the intelligent contract, a prompt message according to a result obtained by executing the current step of the house purchasing process and/or a next step to be executed; and writing the prompt information into a block, and sending the prompt information to a corresponding house purchasing node.
In one example, the data processing module is further configured to initiate verification of the first house purchase information in the blockchain using the smart contract; after the verification is passed, generating an electronic agreement according to the identity information of the house buyer and the house seller, the house purchasing price and agreement information achieved by the buyer and the seller; and writing the electronic protocol into the block and sending the electronic protocol to the corresponding house purchasing node.
The embodiment of the application provides a house purchasing method based on a block chain. Meanwhile, the unchangeable property of the intelligent contract is utilized, so that each process of house purchasing is automatically executed instead of manpower, and the occurrence of errors is reduced. Meanwhile, the intelligent contract writes the authentication result and the flow execution result of each step into the block, so that the user can conveniently inquire and the house purchasing information is transparent. Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can improve the data processing efficiency and the information authentication efficiency of each link of house purchasing.

The specific implementation method comprises the following steps: the intelligent contract generates prompt information according to the result obtained by the current step of the house purchasing process and/or the next step to be executed; and the intelligent contract writes the prompt information into the block and sends the prompt information to the corresponding house purchasing node. Therefore, the prompt information of each link of house purchasing can be traced. the data processing module 203 is further configured to convert the identity information into a hash value by using a preset hash function through an intelligent contract, and the hash value is used as an identifier of the house purchasing node;
the recording module 204 is further configured to write the identity of the room purchasing node and the second room purchasing information into the same block using the intelligent contract.
In this embodiment of the present application, the receiving module 202 is further configured to receive, by using the intelligent contract, a room buying progress query message sent from a room buying node, where the room buying progress query message includes: an identity of a house purchase node;
the data processing module 203 is further configured to determine a target block according to the identifier of the house-buying node by using an intelligent contract, where the target block is a block with the shortest creation time corresponding to the identifier of the house-buying node; and according to the identifier of the house purchasing node, acquiring corresponding second house purchasing information from the target block, and returning the corresponding second house purchasing information.
In this embodiment of the application, the data processing module 203 is further configured to generate a prompt message according to a result obtained by executing the current step of the house purchasing process and/or a next step to be executed by using an intelligent contract; and writing the prompt information into the block, and sending the prompt information to the corresponding house purchasing node.
In this embodiment of the present application, the data processing module 203 is further configured to initiate verification of the first house purchasing information in the blockchain by using an intelligent contract; after the verification is passed, generating an electronic agreement according to the identity information of the buyer and the seller of the house, the house purchasing price and agreement information reached by the buyer and the seller; and writing the electronic protocol into the block and sending the electronic protocol to the corresponding house purchasing node.

arranging intelligent contracts on each node of the block chain;
the intelligent contract receives a service request message and first house purchasing information sent by a node on the block chain;
the intelligent contract determines house purchasing process information corresponding to the first house purchasing information according to the service request message;
the intelligent contract executes a preset house purchasing process according to the first house purchasing information and the house purchasing process information to generate second house purchasing information, wherein the house purchasing process comprises information authentication and data processing;
and the intelligent contract writes the first house purchasing information and the corresponding second house purchasing information into a block.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the intelligent contract receives identity information sent by a house purchasing node in the block chain;
the intelligent contract converts the identity information into a hash value by using a preset hash function, and the hash value is used as the identifier of the house purchasing node;
