Abstract
The invention provides an application platform of an electronic certificate based on a block chain, which comprises the following steps: the application layer is used for interfacing with a user, and comprises the inquiry, opening and reimbursement of the electronic certificate; the development layer comprises interface management, intelligent contracts and consensus algorithms; a storage layer for storing various data and information; the safety layer comprises identity authentication and authority management and ensures the safety of the application platform; the infrastructure layer is an IaaS layer, is based on a network architecture of P2P, and is based on a block chain, and all nodes in the layer are accessed into the block chain through a P2P network. The electronic certificate application platform with the five-layer structure is built, functions of circulation, storage, account entry and the like of the electronic certificates can be realized through the platform, barriers among the platforms of the electronic certificates are opened, data information sharing is realized, an electronic certificate ecological chain is constructed, and popularization and application of the electronic certificates are promoted.

as shown in fig. 1, an application platform of an electronic certificate based on a block chain combines the electronic certificate with the block chain, builds an application platform of the electronic certificate based on the block chain, and gets through data flow between the platforms, and the main goals to be achieved include the following aspects:

On the basis of the block chain, all nodes are accessed into the block chain through a P2P network, and all services of an application platform are realized by adopting cloud computing;

The electronic certificates are all accessed into the system under the heading of state organs and become nodes of the block chain. the storage layer is mainly used for storing various data and information;

the infrastructure layer is an IaaS layer, and the main function is a network architecture based on P2P.
