From graphical user interfaces to various photo and cropping software, picture-related elements such as graphics, drawings, etc. are ubiquitous in electronic devices. In these picture applications, matching between the picture and different application scenes is often involved. For example, when an application icon is set on a desktop, the application icon needs to be matched with the desktop style, when various controls are set in an application interface, the controls need to be matched with the application interface style, when a sticker is added to an edited photo, the sticker style needs to be matched with the photo style, and the like.

a loading unit 31, configured to load the first picture into the display background; wherein the pattern in the first picture is made up of at least one patterning element; the patterning element comprises lines and/or a closed figure surrounded by the lines; the display context includes at least one of: a second picture, a desktop, an application interface;
an adjusting unit 32, configured to adjust element features of the patterning element in the first picture so as to match a pattern in the first picture with the display background, where the element features include color and/or patterning structure.
The application device of the picture provided by the embodiment of the invention can load the first picture into the display background and adjust the element characteristics of the composition element in the first picture so as to enable the pattern in the first picture to be matched with the display background. Because the composition element comprises lines and/or closed figures surrounded by the lines, and the element characteristics comprise colors and/or composition structures, each line in the first picture and/or the closed figures surrounded by the lines can be finely and flexibly adjusted, so that the pattern in the first picture can be better matched with the display backgrounds of the second picture, the desktop, the application interface and the like in which the pattern is positioned, and the user experience is effectively improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the picture application apparatus may further include:
an acquiring unit 33 for acquiring the patterning element before loading the first picture into the presentation background;
a generating unit 34 for generating the first picture using the patterning elements, wherein each of the patterning elements in the first picture is independently editable.
Optionally, the obtaining unit 33 may include at least one of:
the decomposition module is used for decomposing the picture content in the third picture according to different colors to obtain the composition element;
the abstract module is used for carrying out image recognition and abstraction on the picture content in the fourth picture to obtain the composition element;
the drawing generation module is used for generating the composition element according to a drawing drawn by a user;
and the program generating module is used for generating the composition element through a preset program language.
Optionally, the adjusting unit 32 may specifically include:
a mark generation module for generating a corresponding color indication mark for each of the patterning elements according to the color of the patterning element;
the instruction receiving module is used for receiving an operation instruction of the user for the color indication identifier, wherein the operation instruction is sent out by the user according to the display effect of the first picture in the display background;
and the color adjusting module adjusts the color of the corresponding composition element according to the operation instruction so as to enable the color of the pattern in the first picture to be matched with the display background.
Optionally, the color indicator is disposed on each corresponding patterning element, or is disposed collectively on the toning panel outside each of the patterning elements.
Optionally, the color adjustment module may include:
the first adjusting submodule is used for adjusting the first composition element from the first color to the second color according to an operation instruction of a user on the first mark in the color indication marks;
the query sub-module is used for querying at least one matching color corresponding to the second color in a pre-established color matching library;
an application sub-module for applying the companion color to at least one patterning element other than the first patterning element.
Optionally, the adjusting unit 32 may be specifically configured to: and acquiring background color matching information of the display background, and adjusting the color of the composition element according to the background color matching information so as to enable the color of the pattern in the first picture to be matched with the display background.
Optionally, the adjusting unit 32 may be specifically configured to: acquiring picture structure information of the display background; according to the picture structure information, carrying out composition transformation operation on the composition element so as to enable the composition structure of the pattern in the first picture to be matched with the display background, wherein the composition transformation operation comprises at least one of the following adjustment of the composition element: number, size, aspect ratio, location, orientation.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, which enables a picture to be more matched with an application scene, and effectively improves user experience.
As shown in fig. 5, an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present invention may include: the device comprises a shell 51, a processor 52, a memory 53, a circuit board 54 and a power circuit 55, wherein the circuit board 54 is arranged inside a space enclosed by the shell 51, and the processor 52 and the memory 53 are arranged on the circuit board 54; a power supply circuit 55 for supplying power to each circuit or device of the electronic apparatus; the memory 53 is used to store executable program code; the processor 52 reads the executable program code stored in the memory 53 to run a program corresponding to the executable program code, so as to execute the application method of the picture provided by any one of the foregoing embodiments.
For specific execution processes of the above steps by the processor 52 and further steps executed by the processor 52 by running the executable program code, reference may be made to the description of the foregoing embodiments, and details are not described herein again.
The above electronic devices exist in a variety of forms, including but not limited to:
(1) a mobile communication device: such devices are characterized by mobile communications capabilities and are primarily targeted at providing voice, data communications. Such terminals include: smart phones (e.g., iphones), multimedia phones, functional phones, and low-end phones, among others.
(2) Ultra mobile personal computer device: the equipment belongs to the category of personal computers, has calculation and processing functions and generally has the characteristic of mobile internet access. Such terminals include: PDA, MID, and UMPC devices, etc., such as ipads.
(3) A portable entertainment device: such devices can display and play multimedia content. This type of device comprises: audio, video players (e.g., ipods), handheld game consoles, electronic books, and smart toys and portable car navigation devices.
(4) A server: the device for providing the computing service comprises a processor, a hard disk, a memory, a system bus and the like, and the server is similar to a general computer architecture, but has higher requirements on processing capacity, stability, reliability, safety, expandability, manageability and the like because of the need of providing high-reliability service.
(5) And other electronic equipment with data interaction function.
Accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where one or more programs are stored, and the one or more programs can be executed by one or more processors to implement any one of the image application methods provided in the foregoing embodiments, so that corresponding technical effects can also be achieved, which have been described in detail above and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. An application method of a picture, comprising:
loading a first picture into a display background; wherein the pattern in the first picture is made up of at least one patterning element; the patterning element comprises lines and/or a closed figure surrounded by the lines; the display context includes at least one of: a second picture, a desktop, an application interface;
adjusting element features of the patterning elements in the first picture to match a pattern in the first picture with the display background, the element features including color and/or patterning structures.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said loading the first picture into the presentation background, the method further comprises:
acquiring the patterning element;
generating the first picture using the patterning elements, wherein each of the patterning elements in the first picture is independently editable.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said capturing the patterning element comprises at least one of:
decomposing the picture content in the third picture according to the difference of colors to obtain the composition element;
obtaining the composition element by carrying out image recognition and abstraction on picture content in a fourth picture;
generating the composition element according to a graph drawn by a user;
the patterning element is generated by a preset programming language.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein said adjusting element features of the patterning element in the first picture to match the pattern in the first picture to the presentation context comprises:
generating a corresponding color indicator for each of the patterning elements in dependence on the color of the patterning element;
receiving an operation instruction of a user for the color indication mark, wherein the operation instruction is sent out by the user according to the display effect of the first picture in the display background;
and adjusting the color of a corresponding composition element according to the operation instruction so as to enable the color of the pattern in the first picture to be matched with the display background.
5. A method according to claim 4, wherein the colour indicator is provided on each corresponding patterning element or centrally on a palette outside each patterning element.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein adjusting the color of the corresponding patterning element according to the operating instruction comprises:
adjusting the first composition element from a first color to a second color according to an operation instruction of a user on a first mark in the color indication marks;
inquiring at least one matching color corresponding to the second color in a pre-established color matching library;
applying the companion color to at least one patterning element other than the first patterning element.
7. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein said adjusting element features of the patterning element in the first picture to match the pattern in the first picture to the presentation context comprises:
and acquiring background color matching information of the display background, and adjusting the color of the composition element according to the background color matching information so as to enable the color of the pattern in the first picture to be matched with the display background.
8. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein said adjusting element features of the patterning element in the first picture to match the pattern in the first picture to the presentation context comprises:
acquiring picture structure information of the display background;
according to the picture structure information, carrying out composition transformation operation on the composition element so as to enable the composition structure of the pattern in the first picture to be matched with the display background, wherein the composition transformation operation comprises at least one of the following adjustment of the composition element: number, size, aspect ratio, location, orientation.
9. An apparatus for applying a picture, comprising:
the loading unit is used for loading the first picture into the display background; wherein the pattern in the first picture is made up of at least one patterning element; the patterning element comprises lines and/or a closed figure surrounded by the lines; the display context includes at least one of: a second picture, a desktop, an application interface;
an adjusting unit for adjusting element features of the patterning elements in the first picture to match the pattern in the first picture with the presentation background, the element features including color and/or patterning structure.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
an acquisition unit for acquiring the composition element before loading the first picture into the presentation background;
a generating unit to generate the first picture using the patterning elements, wherein each of the patterning elements in the first picture is independently editable.
