Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, according to a first aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a pressure device life detection apparatus, in particular, an air conditioner pressure switch long-term life detection apparatus. Specifically, the pressure device life detection device, hereinafter simply referred to as a device, of the present invention includes a case 10, in which a device under test 14, a circuit control unit 18, a pressure source 22 and a detection unit are disposed in the case 10.
The device under test 14 may be a pressure device such as a pressure switch.
The pressure source 22 is connected to the to-be-detected element 14 and is configured to control on/off of the to-be-detected element 14, and the pressure source 22 may be a pressure pump or a booster pump, and controls on/off of air pressure of the to-be-detected element 14 by starting and stopping the pressure pump or the booster pump.
The circuit control unit 18 is electrically connected to the pressure source 22 and the device under test 14, respectively. The to-be-tested piece 14 is connected with the circuit control unit 18 through the connection unit 25, the circuit control unit 18 can adjust input parameters applied to the to-be-tested piece 14, and the circuit control unit 18 can also control the start and stop of the pressure source 22 so as to control the on and off of the to-be-tested piece 14. Meanwhile, the on-off signal of the piece to be measured 14 is fed back to the circuit control unit 18 to record the on-off times of the piece to be measured 14.
The detection unit is respectively connected with the piece to be detected 14 and the circuit control unit 18, and the detection unit respectively monitors the operation information of each piece to be detected 14 in real time and feeds the operation information back to the circuit control unit 18.
