Abstract
The invention relates to a maintenance-free supercooling type liquid storage dryer for an automobile air conditioner, belongs to the technical field of automobile air conditioner accessories, and particularly relates to a maintenance-free liquid storage dryer; the dryer comprises a cylinder body, wherein the surface of the cylinder body is provided with an inlet and an outlet, and the cylinder body is internally provided with a drying agent component, a filter screen component, an inlet/outlet filter screen component and a bottom cover; the bottom cover is welded with the inner wall of the cylinder, and the inlet and outlet filter screen assembly and the filter screen assembly are riveted with the inner wall of the cylinder; the inlet and outlet filter screen assembly comprises an inlet and outlet net rack riveted with the barrel, a first filter screen and a gasket are sequentially riveted on one side of the inlet and outlet net rack close to the outlet, and a first through hole is formed in the gasket; the filter screen assembly comprises a filter screen frame riveted with the barrel, a second through hole is formed in the bottom cover of the filter screen frame, and a second filter screen is arranged on one side of the bottom cover of the filter screen frame. Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile air conditioner accessories, and particularly relates to a maintenance-free liquid storage dryer.
Background
The traditional liquid storage device (as shown in the attached figure 1 in the specification) comprises a blocking cap 11 with a threaded structure, a filter screen 12 with a plastic structure is arranged on one side of the blocking cap 11, and a molecular sieve component 13 is arranged on one side of the filter screen 12 far away from the blocking cap 11; during installation, the cylinder body 1 is welded on the throttling pipe 14 of the cold plate, then the molecular sieve assembly 13 (desiccant bag) is arranged in the cylinder body 1, finally the plastic filter screen 12 and the threaded plugging cap 11 are installed, meanwhile, the plugging cap 11 is firstly sleeved in the O-shaped ring and is arranged in the cylinder body 1, and therefore the sealing effect is enhanced.

the inlet and outlet filter screen assembly comprises an inlet and outlet screen frame riveted with the barrel, the inlet and outlet screen frame is a hollow sleeve, a first filter screen and a gasket are sequentially riveted on one side of the inlet and outlet screen frame close to the outlet, and a plurality of first through holes are formed in the gasket;
the filter screen subassembly include with barrel riveted filter screen frame, filter screen frame is the drum structure of no top cap, be provided with a plurality of second through-holes on filter screen frame's the bottom, one side of filter screen frame bottom is connected with the second filter screen through cold welding.

Detailed Description
In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the invention, the following describes a maintenance-free supercooled liquid receiver-drier for an automobile air conditioner in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-14, the supercooling type liquid storage dryer for the maintenance-free vehicle air conditioner, which is disclosed by the invention, has an integral structure made of high-temperature-resistant material, and comprises a cylinder body 1, wherein an inlet 2 and an outlet 3 are arranged on the surface of the cylinder body 1, the cylinder body 1 is sequentially provided with a drying agent component 4, a filter screen component 5, an inlet and outlet filter screen component 5 and a bottom cover 7 from inside to outside, and the inlet and outlet filter screen component 5 is arranged between the inlet 2 and the outlet 3;
the inlet and outlet filter screen assembly 5 comprises an inlet and outlet screen frame 601 riveted with the barrel 1, the inlet and outlet screen frame 601 is a hollow sleeve, a first filter screen 602 and a gasket 603 are sequentially riveted on one side of the inlet and outlet screen frame 601 close to the outlet 3, and a plurality of first through holes 604 are formed in the gasket 603;
In this embodiment, the inner wall of the cylinder 1 is provided with an annular protrusion, and the outer surfaces of the inlet/outlet net rack 601 and the filter screen rack 501 are provided with annular grooves matched with the annular protrusion.
In the present embodiment, the inlet/outlet filter assembly 5 and the filter assembly 5 divide the interior of the cylinder 1 into a first liquid storage area 8, a second liquid storage area 9 and a drying area 10, and the desiccant assembly 4 is disposed in the drying area 10.
In this embodiment, a gasket 603 and a first filter 602 are sequentially riveted to the inlet/outlet net frame 601, and the gasket 603 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 604.
In this embodiment, the surface of the bottom cover 7 is provided with a brazing coating, the brazing coating is heated to be melted, and the cylinder 1 is sealed after cooling.
In the embodiment, compared with the traditional structure, the material of the super-cooling liquid storage dryer is less in use, the outer wall of the super-cooling liquid storage dryer is much thinner than that of the existing structure, and the material is saved and the cost is reduced due to the high price of aluminum; in addition, the existing structure has more parts and more complex processing, particularly the processing of the thread plugging cap has a plurality of working procedures, and the device in the invention is just a bottom cover 7 which is welded.
In this embodiment, the second through holes 503 and the first through holes 604 are circumferentially distributed.
In the present embodiment, a positioning pipe 15 is provided in the outlet 3, and the positioning pipe 15 is attached to and positioned by an abutment.
The working principle is as follows:
when in manufacturing, the bottom cover 7, the filter screen assembly at the inlet and the outlet 3 and the filter screen assembly are directly welded in a furnace, so that the cost is greatly saved; the traditional structure is a screw thread blocking cap structure seal, and an internal drying bag and a filter screen can be disassembled and replaced; the super-cooling liquid storage dryer has the advantages that the service life is considered in the design process, a new structure product can be continuously used for more than five years, and internal parts do not need to be replaced;
when the device is installed, firstly, the supercooling type liquid storage dryer is welded with a cold plate, and then the installation work is completed; the product is simpler to install and use by customers, and only the product needs to be directly welded with a condenser to form an assembly, so that the processes of installing a drying bag and plugging a cap after the original condenser is welded are saved;
when the condenser works, liquid refrigerant enters the supercooling type liquid storage dryer through the inlet 2; one side of the liquid refrigerant is filtered by the filtering component of the inlet and outlet 3, so that impurities are left in the cylinder 1, the other side of the liquid refrigerant is filtered and dried by the filter screen component 5 and the drying agent component 4, moisture in the liquid is fully absorbed, and the refrigerant meeting the requirements enters the other side of the cold plate through the outlet 3 according to the requirements of a refrigeration system, so that the normal work of the system is ensured; the product has filtering, storing and drying effects.

The maintenance-free supercooling type liquid storage dryer for the automobile air conditioner is characterized by comprising a cylinder body (1), wherein an inlet (2) and an outlet (3) are formed in the surface of the cylinder body (1), a drying agent component (4), a filter screen component (5), an inlet and outlet filter screen component (5) and a bottom cover (7) are sequentially arranged on the cylinder body (1) from inside to outside, and the inlet and outlet filter screen component (5) is arranged between the inlet (2) and the outlet (3);
the bottom cover (7) is welded with the inner wall of the cylinder body (1), and the inlet and outlet filter screen assembly (5) and the filter screen assembly (5) are riveted with the inner wall of the cylinder body (1);
the inlet and outlet filter screen assembly (5) comprises an inlet and outlet screen frame (601) riveted with the barrel (1), the inlet and outlet screen frame (601) is a hollow sleeve, a first filter screen (602) and a gasket (603) are sequentially riveted on one side, close to the outlet (3), of the inlet and outlet screen frame (601), and a plurality of first through holes (604) are formed in the gasket (603);
