With the development of the economy and the popularization of education, the requirements of people on furniture are gradually changed, and efficient and environment-friendly furniture is pursued, wherein an electric water heater is also one of the furniture, and the traditional electric water heater comprises a sealed container, commonly called an inner container, and an electric heating pipe arranged in the container. the water outlet pipe is connected with the bottom of the inner container and penetrates through the bottom of the inner container to the inside of the inner container, so that fluid in the inner container is discharged out of the inner container through the water outlet pipe; and the outer wall of the water outlet pipe is sleeved with a layer of thick film heating sleeve so as to heat the fluid discharged from the inner container for the second time.
Optionally, the water outlet pipe further comprises a water outlet pipe joint, a flange and a thick film heating sleeve;
the water outlet pipe comprises a water inlet end and a water outlet end, the water outlet pipe joint and the flange are positioned at the water outlet end, and the water outlet pipe joint is positioned at the outermost side of the water outlet end;
the thick film heating sleeve comprises a thick film circuit in contact with the outer wall of the water outlet pipe.

the water outlet pipe 4 comprises a water inlet end 8 and a water outlet end 9, the joint 6 of the water outlet pipe 4 and the flange 7 are positioned at the water outlet end 9, and the joint 6 of the water outlet pipe 8 is positioned at the outermost side of the water outlet end 9;
the thick film heating jacket 5 comprises a thick film circuit 10 in contact with the outer wall of the water outlet pipe 4.
In this embodiment, the outer wall of the water inlet pipe 2 is sleeved with a layer of thick film heating sleeve 5, so that the fluid in the water inlet pipe enters the inner container 1 after being heated. When the user uses water, cold water gets into through the inlet tube, and the inlet tube can heat cold water through thick film heating sleeve 5, and then reduces the required time of hot water heating in the water heater inner bag.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the inner container 1 includes a first inner container 11 and a second inner container 12, the first inner container 11 and the second inner container 12 are connected to each other, the water inlet pipe 2 and the heating member 3 are disposed at the bottom of the first inner container 11, and the water outlet pipe 4 is disposed at the bottom of the second inner container 12.
Referring to fig. 4-6, there are shown schematic structural views of the joints of the inner container 1, the heating member 3, the water inlet pipe 2 and the water outlet pipe 4 of the present invention, a front view of one embodiment of the buffering member 13 of the present invention and a side view of one embodiment of the buffering member 13 of the present invention, respectively. In this embodiment, the connection between the water outlet pipe 2 and the inner container 1 may include a connection member 14, a fixing member 15, and a buffer member 13, where the fixing member 15 is in contact connection with the buffer member 13. The side of the fixing part 15 is provided with a fixing connecting hole, the periphery of the buffer part 13 is provided with a buffering connecting hole, the bottom of the inner container 1 can be provided with an inner container connecting hole, and the inner container connecting hole, the fixing connecting hole and the buffering connecting hole can be matched with each other for use. Referring to fig. 4 to 6, a buffer groove 17 is disposed around the via hole 16, centering on the via hole 16 of the buffer member 13, and the buffer groove 17 may be disposed around the via hole 16. The buffer tank 17 can reduce the vibration generated by the heater when the heating member 3 starts heating. Preferably, the buffer tank 17 may be evacuated to isolate the noise generated from the heater from the outside, thereby preventing the noise from affecting the user. Meanwhile, the buffer piece 13 and the fixing piece 15 can be firmly attached, and the noise generated by the heating component 3 during heating can be further reduced.

A water flow sensor can be arranged on the water inlet pipe 2, a temperature sensor can be arranged on the water outlet pipe 4, and both the water flow sensor and the temperature sensor can be connected with the controller 18 and controlled by the controller 18. In use, when water is flowing from the inlet conduit 2, the water flow sensor sends a signal to the controller 18 and the current water flow is displayed by the controller 18. In this embodiment, the electric water heater further comprises a thermostatic valve 19 for adjusting the temperature, and the thermostatic valve 19 is connected with the water inlet pipe 2 and the water outlet pipe 4 respectively.

Claims (10)
1. An electric water heater, comprising: the water heater comprises at least one inner container, a water inlet pipe, a heating part and a water outlet pipe;
the water inlet pipe is connected with the bottom of the inner container, so that fluid enters the inner container through the water inlet pipe;
the heating part is connected with the inner container so as to heat the fluid entering the inner container for the first time;
the water outlet pipe is connected with the bottom of the inner container and penetrates through the bottom of the inner container to the inside of the inner container, so that fluid in the inner container is discharged out of the inner container through the water outlet pipe; and the outer wall of the water outlet pipe is sleeved with a layer of thick film heating sleeve so as to heat the fluid discharged from the inner container for the second time.
2. The electric water heater according to claim 1, wherein the outlet pipe further comprises an outlet pipe joint, a flange, a thick film heating sleeve;
the water outlet pipe comprises a water inlet end and a water outlet end, the water outlet pipe joint and the flange are positioned at the water outlet end, and the water outlet pipe joint is positioned at the outermost side of the water outlet end;
the thick film heating sleeve comprises a thick film circuit in contact with the outer wall of the water outlet pipe.
3. The electric water heater according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a layer of thick film heating sleeve is sleeved on the outer wall of the water inlet pipe, so that the fluid in the water inlet pipe enters the inner container after being heated.
4. The electric water heater according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the inner container comprises a first inner container and a second inner container, the first inner container and the second inner container are connected with each other, the water inlet pipe and the heating component are arranged at the bottom of the first inner container, and the water outlet pipe is arranged at the bottom of the second inner container.
5. The electric water heater according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a connection hole is formed at a connection position of the water outlet pipe and the water inlet pipe with the inner container, a buffer groove is formed in the connection hole, and the buffer groove is centered on and surrounds the via hole.
6. The electric water heater according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the heating element is a thick film heater.
7. The electric water heater according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the length of the water outlet pipe in the inner cavity of the inner container is at least two thirds of the height of the inner cavity of the inner container.
8. The electric water heater according to claim 1 or 2, comprising a controller for turning on or off the heating element and thick film heating jacket, the controller being connected to the heating element and the thick film heating jacket of the outlet pipe outer wall, respectively.
9. The electric water heater according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a thermostatic valve for regulating temperature, the thermostatic valve being connected with the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, respectively.
10. The electric water heater according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a controllable sewage draining outlet is arranged at the connection position of the heating component and the inner container.
