The insulating layer 400 may be a foam insulating layer disposed outside the second heat exchanger 130; of course, the heat insulating layer 400 may also be a heat insulating coating disposed outside the second heat exchanger 130, wherein the material of the heat insulating coating is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the heating and water heating apparatus 100 has the outlet water temperature of the domestic water set by the user. The heating hot water apparatus 100 further includes a first temperature sensor, a first flow sensor, and a memory, wherein the first temperature sensor is disposed at the domestic water inlet 103 to detect the inlet water temperature of the domestic water; the first flow sensor is arranged at the domestic water inlet 103 or the domestic water outlet 104 to detect the flow rate of the domestic water; the memory stores the corresponding relation between the heat load and the inlet water temperature of the domestic water, the outlet water temperature of the domestic water set by the user and the water flow of the domestic water.
In this way, when the heating and water heating apparatus 100 needs to provide domestic hot water, the control unit of the heating and water heating apparatus 100 may call the corresponding relationship according to the inlet water temperature of the domestic water detected by the first temperature sensor, the water flow rate of the domestic water detected by the first flow sensor, and the outlet water temperature of the domestic water set by the user, calculate the heat load required to heat the inlet water temperature of the domestic water detected by the first temperature detection device to the outlet water temperature of the domestic water set by the user, and then control the diversion control device 140 to distribute the amount of water flowing out of the first flow channel 131 to the heating water outlet 102 and the amount of water flowing into the first heat exchanger 120; thereby preventing the domestic water from flowing out of the domestic water outlet 104The temperature of water is too high, avoids scalding the user, has improved user's use comfort. Further, the heating water heating apparatus 100 includes a second flow sensor, which is provided at the heating water inlet 101 or the heating water outlet 102, to detect the flow rate of the heating water. Since the heating water has different flow rates and the heating water has different heat loads per unit flow rate, the flow dividing control device 140 needs to distribute different amounts of water flowing into the first heat exchanger 120 from the first flow channel 131. Through setting up the second flow sensor, can accurately calculate the flow that needs distribute to in first heat exchanger 120 according to the flow of heating water to can accurately control the heating temperature of the water in the second circulation runner, prevent that the life hot water temperature that flows out from life water export 104 is too high and scald the user.
The heating water heating apparatus 100 includes a second temperature sensor provided at the domestic water outlet 104 to detect the temperature of water flowing out of the domestic water outlet 104. When the second temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the water flowing out of the domestic water reaches the domestic water outlet temperature set by the user, indicating that the water in the second circulation flow passage is heated, the diversion control device 140 may cause the entire water flowing out of the first flow passage 131 to flow to the heating water outlet 102. In addition, the heating water heating apparatus 100 includes a third temperature sensor provided at the heating water outlet 102 to detect the temperature of the heating water flowing out of the heating water outlet 102. Here, it should be noted that the temperature of the heating water flowing out of the heating water outlet 102 also reflects the temperature of the heating water flowing out of the first flow passage 131.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in order to ensure the stability of the heating water heater 100 in providing heating, the heating water heater 100 includes a first flow limiting device, and the first flow limiting device is disposed at the heating water inlet 101 or the heating water outlet 102. Also, in another embodiment, in order to ensure the stability of the domestic hot water supplied from the heating and hot water apparatus 100, the heating and hot water apparatus 100 includes a second flow restriction device provided at the domestic water inlet 103 or the domestic water outlet 104. It is to be understood that, in yet another embodiment, the heating hot water apparatus 100 includes a first flow restriction device provided at the heating water inlet 101 or the heating water outlet 102, and a second flow restriction device provided at the domestic water inlet 103 or the domestic water outlet 104; thus, it is possible to simultaneously ensure the stability of the heating water heater 100 in providing heating and the stability of the heating water heater 100 in providing domestic hot water. In particular, the first and second flow restricting devices may be water proportional valves, but are not limited thereto.
The present invention also provides a heating water heating system including a heating water heating apparatus 100, a domestic water pipe 300, and a heating water pipe 200. The domestic water pipeline 300 is communicated with the domestic water inlet 103 and the domestic water outlet 104, and the domestic water pipeline 300 and the second flow passage 112 form a domestic water circulation flow passage. The heating water pipeline 200 communicates the heating water inlet 101 and the heating water outlet 102, and the heating water pipeline 200, the first heat exchanger 120, and the first flow passage 111 form a heating water circulation flow passage. The specific structure of the heating water heating device 100 refers to the above embodiments, and since the heating system adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.

Claims (15)

1. A heating hot water device is provided with a heating water inlet, a heating water outlet, a domestic water inlet and a domestic water outlet; it is characterized in that the heating water heating device comprises:
the first heat exchanger is communicated with the heating water inlet and the heating water outlet;
the second heat exchanger is provided with a first flow passage and a second flow passage, the inlet of the first flow passage is communicated with the outlet of the first heat exchanger, the outlet of the first flow passage is respectively communicated with the heating water outlet and the inlet of the first heat exchanger, and the second flow passage is communicated with the domestic water inlet and the domestic water outlet; and
a flow dividing control means to divide an amount of water flowing out of the first flow passage to the heating water outlet and to the first heat exchanger.
2. The heating water heater according to claim 1, wherein the flow dividing control device includes a first inlet port, a first outlet port, and a second outlet port, the first inlet port communicates with the outlet of the first flow passage, the first outlet port communicates with the heating water outlet, and the second outlet port communicates with the inlet of the first heat exchanger.
3. The heating water heater according to claim 1, wherein the flow dividing control device includes a second inlet port, a third inlet port, and a third outlet port, the second inlet port communicates with the outlet of the first flow passage, the third inlet port communicates with the heating water inlet, and the third outlet port communicates with the inlet of the first heat exchanger.
4. The heating water heater of claim 1, wherein the bypass control device is a three-way valve or a valve having at least three ports.
5. The heating water heating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a first water pump communicating with the first heat exchanger to drive water flowing out of the first flow passage into the first heat exchanger and to drive water flowing in from the heating water inlet to the first heat exchanger.
6. The heating water heating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a second water pump communicating with the second flow passage to drive water in the second flow passage to flow.
7. The heating water heating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the inlet of the second water pump is communicated with the domestic water inlet, and the domestic water inlet and the domestic water outlet are adapted to be communicated with a domestic water pipeline.
8. The heating water heating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the heating water heating apparatus further has a water return port, the inlet of the second water pump is communicated with the water return port, and the water return port and the domestic water outlet are adapted to be communicated with a domestic water pipeline.
9. The heating water heating apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a heating unit for heating the first heat exchanger.
10. The heating water heating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein an insulating layer is provided outside the second heat exchanger.
11. The heating water heating apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the heating water heating apparatus comprises a first flow restriction device provided at the heating water inlet or the heating water outlet; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the heating hot water device comprises a second flow limiting device, and the second flow limiting device is arranged at the domestic water inlet or the domestic water outlet.
12. The heating hot water apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the heating hot water apparatus has a water outlet temperature of the domestic water set by a user; the heating water heating device further comprises:
the first temperature sensor is arranged at the domestic water inlet so as to detect the water inlet temperature of the domestic water;
the first flow sensor is arranged at the domestic water inlet or the domestic water outlet so as to detect the flow of the domestic water;
and the memory stores the corresponding relation between the heat load and the inflow temperature of the domestic water, the outflow temperature of the domestic water set by a user and the water flow of the domestic water.
13. The heating water heating apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the heating water heating apparatus comprises a second flow sensor provided at the heating water inlet or the heating water outlet.
14. The heating water heating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the heating water heating apparatus includes a second temperature sensor provided at the life water outlet.
15. A heating hot water system, comprising:
the heating hot water apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 14;
the domestic water pipeline is communicated with the domestic water inlet and the domestic water outlet, and the domestic water pipeline and the second flow passage form a domestic water circulating flow passage; and
and the heating water pipeline is communicated with the heating water inlet and the heating water outlet, and forms a heating water circulation flow channel together with the first heat exchanger and the first flow channel.
