A lighting and atmosphere integrated lamp comprises a lampshade, wherein a lighting lamp is arranged on the lampshade, and the lamp also comprises a lamp holder arranged behind the lampshade; the back of the lampshade is provided with an atmosphere light source which is surrounded by a central lens; a circle of convex lenses which are inwards convex are uniformly distributed on the inner side surface of the annular side wall of the lamp holder; the rear end face of the central lens is recessed to form a rear concave cavity, the front end face of the central lens is recessed to form a front concave cavity, and the atmosphere light source is positioned in the front concave cavity and is abutted against the end face of the front concave cavity; the rear concave cavity has the shape as follows: the machine is composed of 7 inverted round tables and an inverted cone which are stacked from back to front, and the central axial center lines of the inverted round tables and the inverted cone are positioned on the same straight line. The technical scheme for solving the technical problem is as follows: a lighting and atmosphere integrated lamp comprises a lampshade, a lighting lamp is arranged on the lampshade, and the lamp holder is arranged behind the lampshade and is provided with a transparent annular side wall and a bottom surface for closing the annular side wall, the bottom surface of the lamp holder is used for mounting the lamp on a wall or a ceiling, and the annular side wall of the lamp holder is connected with the lampshade;

the rear concave cavity is in the shape of: the circular truncated cone is composed of 7 inverted circular truncated cones and an inverted cone which are stacked from back to front, the central axial center lines of the inverted circular truncated cones and the inverted cone are located on the same straight line, the diameter of the rear end face of the last inverted circular truncated cone is equal to that of the cylindrical main body, the diameters of the rear end faces of the other 6 inverted circular truncated cones are respectively 20-22mm, 16-18mm, 12-13mm, 8.5-9.5mm, 5-6mm and 2.5-3.5mm, and the diameter of the bottom face of the inverted cone at the forefront is 1-1.5 mm.
