本发明提供一种基于铜基石墨烯灯具模块,包括铜基石墨烯、光源模块、散热模块、配光模块和驱动模块,所述铜基石墨烯为复合膜片材料,具有柔性和钢性双特性,所述铜基石墨烯第一面为石墨烯材料,第二面为铜材料,其中,所述第一面一端与所述光源模块非发光面连接,所述第一面另一端与所述散热模块基面相连,所述散热模块基面的周边或一边设置交叉或平行的多条金属薄片,所述配光模块设置于所述光源模块发光面外侧,所述驱动模块设置于所述散热模块的外侧,用于驱动所述光源模块的正常工作,本发明采用铜基石墨烯新材料,创新提高产品的导热及散热通道,提升产品的性能和使用寿命性。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具领域,具体地涉及一种基于铜基石墨烯灯具模块。
背景技术
目前,市场上灯具,光源与散热器之间使用的是导热硅脂或导热硅片,其两者导热系数1-3W/(m·K),使光源与散热器之间形成很大的热阻,影响了光源的散热,进而影响了灯具的性能、使用寿命及外观。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种基于铜基石墨烯灯具模块,通过模块化设计及采用铜基石墨烯材料,打通了光源与散热器之间散热通道,降低了热阻,提升了产品的性能及使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案是 :一种基于铜基石墨烯灯具模块,包括:铜基石墨烯、光源模块、散热模块、配光模块和驱动模块,所述铜基石墨烯为复合膜片材料,具有柔性和钢性双特性,所述铜基石墨烯第一面为石墨烯材料,第二面为铜材料,其中,所述第一面一端与所述光源模块发光面背面连接,所述第一面另一端与所述散热模块发光面相连;所述散热模块基面的周边或一边设置交叉或平行的多条金属齿片,所述配光模块设置于所述光源模块发光面外面,其将所述光源模块包裹;所述驱动模块设置于所述散热模块的外侧,用于驱动所述光源模块的正常工作。
进一步地,所述铜基石墨烯可用其钢性弯曲成不同形状,所述石墨烯可由石墨烯和铜膜片烧制而成,或也可在其中一个材料膜片上通过真空篜度技术篜度另外一种材料而成。
进一步地,所述光源模块为固体型冷光源,其由基板、光源及封装材料组成。
进一步地,所述散热模块由基面和散热齿片组成,所述基面具有光洁性,所述散热齿片设置于所述基面的周围或一侧或对立面,所述散热模块由轻质导热性好的金属或合金材料制成。
进一步地,所述配光模块使用高硬度的优质透光性材料。
进一步地,所述驱动模块设置有数据接口和电源接口。

1.一种基于铜基石墨烯灯具模块,其特征在于包括:铜基石墨烯、光源模块、散热模块、配光模块和驱动模块,所述铜基石墨烯为复合膜片材料,具有柔性和钢性双特性,所述铜基石墨烯第一面为石墨烯材料,第二面为铜材料,其中,所述第一面一端与所述光源模块发光面背面连接,所述第一面另一端与所述散热模块发光面相连;所述散热模块基面的周边或一边设置交叉或平行的多条金属齿片,所述配光模块设置于所述光源模块发光面外面,其将所述光源模块包裹;所述驱动模块设置于所述散热模块的外侧,用于驱动所述光源模块的正常工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于铜基石墨烯灯具模块,其特征在于,所述铜基石墨烯可用其钢性弯曲成不同形状,所述石墨烯可由石墨烯和铜膜片烧制而成,或也可在其中一个材料膜片上通过真空篜度技术篜度另外一种材料而成。
