Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary flushing device of a double-wheel milling mixer, which comprises an oil cylinder, a support frame, a water spraying pipe and a water suction pump, wherein the oil cylinder is arranged on the support frame; the bottom end of the support frame is hinged to a mast of the drilling machine; the water spray pipe is fixed at the top end of the support frame; one end of the oil cylinder is hinged on the mast of the drilling machine, the other end of the oil cylinder is hinged in the middle of the support frame, the support frame and the oil cylinder form a large triangular luffing mechanism, and the mutual matching work of the water spray pipe, the mast of the drilling machine and the milling cutter frame is realized through different stroke changes of the oil cylinder; the water suction pump is communicated with the water spray pipe, and the water suction pump sucks the clean water on the ground to the water spray pipe and sprays the water to the surface of the milling cutter frame through the water spray pipe. The water spray pipe 6 is penetrated in a ring-shaped fastener 17 and welded and fixed between the two, and the ring-shaped fastener 17 is fixed at the top end of a trailing arm 19 in the supporting frame 5 through a bolt. After the oil cylinder 3 contracts to drive the support frame 5 to be in a completely retracted state, the water spraying pipe 6 and the drill rod mast 1 are kept in a parallel state.
