s5, drying: the cloth is spread on a table before cutting, then a steam iron is used for spraying water while ironing at low temperature, and after excessive water is removed, cloth is guided through a cloth discharging frame, so that normal material guiding is realized;
s6, detection: and detecting the cloth leaving the factory, numbering the cloth, rolling and packaging the cloth after the cloth is qualified, and warehousing and storing the cloth.
According to the technical scheme, in the step S1, water is firstly introduced into a reaction kettle, and after the reaction kettle is heated to 30 ℃, disperse dye, a PH buffering agent, a leveling agent, a dispersing auxiliary agent, anhydrous sodium sulfate, and an anti-settling agent are added;

the rotating speed is increased to 100r/min, and the temperature of the mixture is kept at 40 ℃.
According to the technical scheme, the pH value of the dye solution in the reaction kettle is 5, the disperse dye is crushed by a ball mill and screened by a screen, and the mesh number of the screen is 120 meshes.
According to the technical scheme, the number of the initial washing channels in the step S2 is 4;
the number of soaping tracks in the step S3 is 4;
the number of post-washing passes in step S4 is 4.
According to the technical scheme, the detection items in the step S6 include dyeing spots, fading rate, color difference, fabric deformation degree, staining effect, sewage PH and sewage turbidity.
The test was carried out on the fabrics produced in examples 1 to 3, and the following table was prepared:

through comparison of examples 1 to 3, it is known that dyeing unevenness, a fading rate, color difference, fabric deformation, a staining effect, a sewage pH and a sewage turbidity all meet national requirements, but the fading rate in example 3 is slightly high, and the problem is that the stirring speed is too high in production, but the holding time is too short, so that the reaction is incomplete.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has scientific and reasonable structure, safe and convenient use, can carry out normal dyeing on cotton materials, can reduce the pollution of water quality in dyeing while improving the dyeing rate, can reduce the phenomenon of uneven coloring and chromatic aberration caused by temperature change, can not cause decoloring and fabric deformation by normal coloring, can improve the flexibility of the cloth by a leveling agent in operation, is convenient for the cloth to be normally soft in the coloring, washing and saponification processes, can better disperse and stabilize the dispersing auxiliary agent by the dispersing auxiliary agent, can improve the thixotropy and thixotropy by the dispersing auxiliary agent, can improve the polymerizability of the dispersing dye by acrylic acid amide, can reduce the water temperature in dyeing, realize deviation rate, thereby facilitating normal coloring, can ensure the smoothness of the surface and the rheological property of the cloth by using a steam iron to spray water and iron at low temperature at the same time, can conveniently ensure the smoothness of the cloth and the burrs on the surface, the quality of later stage cloth is improved, the better adaptation cloth of people of being convenient for is fit for using widely.

Claims (10)

1. A polyester-cotton disperse dye is characterized in that: the dye comprises the following components: disperse dye, PH buffer, leveling agent, dispersing auxiliary agent, anhydrous sodium sulfate, anti-settling agent and water.

The polyester-cotton disperse dye according to claim 1, wherein the dye comprises the following components in proportion: 17-35% of disperse dye, 0.1-0.5% of PH buffering agent, 0.01-0.03% of leveling agent, 9-16% of dispersing auxiliary agent, 0.3-2.5% of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 13-20% of anti-settling agent and 40-70% of water.

The polyester-cotton disperse dye according to claim 1, wherein the dye comprises the following components in proportion: 21% of disperse dye, 0.3% of PH buffer agent, 0.02% of leveling agent, 12% of dispersing auxiliary agent, 1.8% of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 12.18% of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 0.7% of anti-settling agent and 52% of water.

The polyester-cotton disperse dye according to claim 1, wherein the disperse assistant comprises the following components in proportion range: 11-15 parts of sodium sulfite, 7-22 parts of acrylamide, 15-28 parts of p-phenylboronic acid, 1-4 parts of chitosan, 6-10 parts of potassium sulfate and 7-13 parts of magnesium aluminum silicate.

The polyester-cotton disperse dye according to claim 4, wherein the disperse assistant comprises the following components in proportion: 13 parts of sodium sulfite, 21 parts of acrylamide, 17 parts of p-phenylboronic acid, 3 parts of chitosan, 9 parts of potassium sulfate and 11 parts of magnesium aluminum silicate.
6. The dyeing process of the polyester cotton disperse dye according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, pre-baking: stirring and mixing the proportioned dyes, then pouring the dyes into a dyeing tank of a padder, and heating the dyes;
s2, initial washing: pouring the cloth into a dyeing tank, dyeing, introducing the cloth into a water washing tank, carrying out primary water washing, and cleaning floating color;
s3, soaping: then introducing the water into a soaping tank for soaping so as to remove floating color;
s4, post-washing: after the floating color is removed, introducing the cloth into a washing tank, and washing with water to remove the floating color;
s5, drying: the cloth is spread on a table before cutting, then a steam iron is used for spraying water while ironing at low temperature, and after excessive water is removed, cloth is guided through a cloth discharging frame, so that normal material guiding is realized;
s6, detection: and detecting the cloth leaving the factory, numbering the cloth, rolling and packaging the cloth after the cloth is qualified, and warehousing and storing the cloth.

The dyeing process of polyester-cotton disperse dye according to claim 6, characterized in that in step S1, water is firstly introduced into a reaction kettle, and after the reaction kettle is heated to 20-35 ℃, disperse dye, PH buffer, leveling agent, dispersing auxiliary agent, anhydrous sodium sulfate and anti-settling agent are added;
starting a stirrer of the reaction kettle, stirring and heating the stirrer at the stirring speed of 30-60r/min, simultaneously heating the stirrer to 50-60 ℃, keeping the temperature at 5-12min, reducing the rotating speed at 15-30r/min, heating the stirrer to 90-110 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 15-30 min;
the rotating speed is increased to 60-120r/min, and the temperature of the mixture is kept at 30-45 ℃.
8. The dyeing process of polyester-cotton disperse dye according to claim 7, characterized in that the pH value of the dye solution in the reaction kettle is 5-6, and the disperse dye is crushed by a ball mill and screened by a screen with the mesh number of 100-120 meshes.
9. The dyeing process of polyester-cotton disperse dye according to claim 6, characterized in that the number of initial washing passes in the step S2 is 2-4;
the number of soaping tracks in the step S3 is 4-6 tracks;
the number of post-washing passes in step S4 is 2-4 passes.
10. The dyeing process of polyester-cotton disperse dye according to claim 6, wherein the detection items in the step S6 are dyeing spots, fading rate, color difference, fabric deformation degree, staining effect, sewage PH and sewage turbidity.
