The invention provides a concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle washing liquid which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-25 parts of surfactant, 5-15 parts of solid powder, 1-5 parts of alkali salt compound, 1-5 parts of chelating agent, 5-20 parts of solvent and 30-80 parts of deionized water.
As a preferred technical scheme, the surfactant is selected from one or more of alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, linear alkyl benzene sodium sulfonate, alkyl polyglucoside, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and fluorocarbon surfactant. In this embodiment, the surfactant includes 4-15 parts of alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and 4-10 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate.

The invention also provides a method for preparing the concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle cleaning liquid, which comprises the following steps:

The invention also provides an automobile cleaning method, which is characterized in that the concentrated type cleaning-free automobile liquid is diluted according to the weight degree of dirt on the surface of an automobile according to the proportion of 1:20-1:30, then uniformly sprayed onto the surface of an automobile body, and then a high-pressure water gun with the water pressure more than 5Mpa is used for spraying the diluted concentrated type cleaning-free automobile liquid onto the surface of the automobile paint so as to quickly remove dirt. And finally, the clothes are naturally dried or blown dry by a fan, dirt is not needed to be wiped by a towel, and the vehicle is convenient to wash and high in efficiency.
The concentrated scrubbing-free car washing liquid has a special effect on stubborn stains on the surface of car paint which are difficult to remove, for example, static ash generated by a car in the driving process, small insects on the car, hard calcium residues remained in resin, bird droppings and snow melting agents which are stopped on trees and fall on the surface of the car paint, brake powder, iron powder, oil dirt and the like adhered to an aluminum alloy hub can be quickly and effectively emulsified, and the car washing liquid is washed clean by a high-pressure water gun, does not damage the surface of the paint, and can naturally and cleanly reduce the paint. When the car paint is used, car washing liquid is prepared according to the weight of dirt on the surface of the car paint, the car washing liquid is uniformly sprayed on the surface of a car body, and then a high-pressure water gun with the water pressure larger than 5Mpa is used for washing the surface of the car paint from bottom to top in a Z shape. The washed automobile is not required to be wiped by a towel, and can be naturally dried or dried by a fan, dirt is not required to be wiped by the towel, and the automobile washing is convenient and efficient.

The concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle cleaning liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and 8 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate; 6 parts of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 5 parts of sodium bicarbonate; 3 parts of sodium hydroxide and 1.5 parts of sodium carbonate; 4 parts of iminodisuccinic acid tetrasodium salt, 5 parts of isohexide, 52.5 parts of deionized water, 0.02 part of bactericide, 0.02 part of preservative and 0.001 part of food grade pigment.
The preparation method of the concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle cleaning liquid comprises the following steps:
conveying 52.5 parts of deionized water into a reaction kettle, heating to 40-50 ℃, adding 15 parts of alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and 8 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, stirring at the rotation speed of 100 plus materials and 150 revolutions per minute until the mixture is completely dissolved, then adding 6 parts of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 5 parts of sodium bicarbonate, stirring for 45-60 minutes, adding 3 parts of sodium hydroxide and 1.5 parts of sodium carbonate after the mixture is fully and uniformly mixed, stirring after 10-15 minutes, adding 4 parts of tetrasodium iminodisuccinate, stirring, finally adding 5 parts of isohexide, 0.02 part of bactericide, 0.02 part of preservative and 0.001 part of edible pigment, stirring until the mixture is completely and uniformly mixed, and preparing the concentrated vehicle cleaning-free liquid.
In the embodiment, the components are selected to be higher in weight portion within the range covered by the invention, the surfactant is selected to be higher in weight portion, dirt on the surface of the vehicle paint can be rapidly and powerfully removed, and the deep dirt of a vehicle body, brake dust of a wheel hub and iron powder can be removed only through the synergistic compatibility of the surfactant, the solid powder, the alkali salt compound, the chelating agent and the solvent. The components and the parts by weight in the embodiment are selected, so that the requirement of cleaning-free car washing is met, and the cleaning agent has a good decontamination effect on stubborn dirt, such as dust on the surface of car paint, insect and bird droppings, electrostatic ash, hub oil stain and brake powder.
Example 2
The concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle cleaning liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12 parts of alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and 6 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate; 5 parts of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 5 parts of sodium bicarbonate; 3 parts of sodium hydroxide and 2 parts of sodium carbonate; 4 parts of iminodisuccinic acid tetrasodium salt, 5 parts of isohexide, 58 parts of deionized water, 0.02 part of bactericide, 0.02 part of preservative and 0.001 part of edible pigment.
In this example, the selection of the components and the weight parts in this example, compared to example 1, properly reducing the weight parts of the surfactant, had a slightly lower detergency for deep dirt and wheel hubs than example 1, and had almost no effect on the removal of surface dirt.
The preparation method of the concentrated scrubbing-free car wash of the embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Example 3
The concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle cleaning liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and 5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate; 5 parts of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 5 parts of sodium bicarbonate; 3 parts of sodium hydroxide and 2 parts of sodium carbonate; 4 parts of iminodisuccinic acid tetrasodium salt, 5 parts of isohexide, 61 parts of deionized water, 0.02 part of bactericide, 0.02 part of preservative and 0.001 part of edible pigment.
In this example, the selection of the components and the parts by weight in this example, and the reduction of the parts by weight of the surfactant based on example 2, had a slightly lower detergency for deep dirt and wheel hubs than example 2, and also affected the removal of surface dirt.
The preparation method of the concentrated scrubbing-free car wash of the embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Example 4
The concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle cleaning liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and 4 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate; 5 parts of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 4 parts of sodium bicarbonate; 3 parts of sodium hydroxide and 2 parts of sodium carbonate; 4 parts of iminodisuccinic acid tetrasodium salt, 4 parts of isohexide, 66 parts of deionized water, 0.02 part of bactericide, 0.02 part of preservative and 0.001 part of food grade pigment.
In this example, the deep dirt of the vehicle paint and the wheel hub are not sufficiently removed by continuously reducing the weight part of the surfactant.
The preparation method of the concentrated scrubbing-free car wash of the embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Example 5
The concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle cleaning liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 14 parts of alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and 10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate; 4 parts of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 3 parts of sodium bicarbonate; 2.5 parts of sodium hydroxide and 1 part of sodium carbonate; 3 parts of iminodisuccinic acid tetrasodium salt, 3 parts of isohexide, 59.5 parts of deionized water, 0.02 part of bactericide, 0.02 part of preservative and 0.001 part of food grade pigment.
The components in the embodiment are selected, so that the weight parts of the surfactant are improved, the weight parts of other components are reduced, the integral detergency is improved, and the decontamination effect on brake dust and iron powder on the hub is not strong due to the reduction of the contents of solid powder, the alkali salt compound, the chelating agent and the solvent.

In the embodiment, the components are selected, the weight parts of the surfactant are kept high, and the weight parts of other components are continuously reduced, so that the decontamination effect of deep dirt and the wheel hub is reduced, which indicates that for the deep dirt, the brake dust of the wheel hub and the iron powder, the decontamination effect is realized by relying on the synergistic effect of the components rather than the surfactant.

6. The concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the solvent is selected from one or more of ethanol, isopropanol, modified glycol ether and isohexide.

conveying 30-80 parts of deionized water into a reaction kettle, heating to 40-50 ℃, adding 8-25 parts of surfactant, stirring at the speed of 100 plus 150 rpm for complete dissolution, adding 5-15 parts of solid powder, stirring for 45-60 minutes, adding 1-5 parts of an alkali salt compound into the reaction kettle after sufficient and uniform stirring, adding 1-5 parts of a chelating agent into the reaction kettle after 10-15 minutes and stirring, adding 5-20 parts of a solvent and an auxiliary agent into the reaction kettle after 15-20 minutes and stirring until complete and uniform stirring to obtain the concentrated scrubbing-free vehicle cleaning solution.
