Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber processing, in particular to an environment-friendly release agent for a rubber film and a using method thereof.
Background
The rubber processing steps generally include: mixing by an internal mixer, mixing by an open mill, calendering, isolating, cooling and collecting sheets. Because the rubber sheet is overheated in the rubber calendering process, the cooling is not enough, and the rubber sheet can be adhered after being collected and cannot be used. According to the traditional isolation process of the rubber film, the rubber film passes through a talcum powder box and then is coated with talcum powder, so that the rubber film is prevented from being adhered, the talcum powder can continuously fall off in the talcum powder coating process of the rubber film, the talcum powder can continuously fall off and fly during film collection, dust in a rubber refining room is suspended in the air, and great harm is brought to the body of an operator; in addition, the talc powder is unevenly coated, so that the agglomerated talc powder can be formed on the surface of the rubber sheet after the rubber sheet is extruded by an extruder, and the surface quality of a rubber product is poor.

In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an environment-friendly release agent for rubber films, which has good release effect, simple manufacture and low required cost, and rubber films cannot be adhered to each other, and a use method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an environment-friendly release agent for rubber films comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of bentonite, 10-20 parts of calcium stearate, 10-20 parts of paraffin-based oil, 2-5 parts of glycerol and 10-20 parts of industrial soap.
Further, the bentonite is 1250 meshes.
Further, the paraffin-based oil is available under the trademark PM-300.
A use method of the environment-friendly release agent for the rubber film comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a separant solution by mixing the separant containing the components and water in a ratio of 1:20-1:26 in parts by weight;
s2, fully stirring the separant solution obtained after the step S1 until suspended foam is formed on the water surface;
s3, the rubber film penetrates through the release agent solution, a layer of release agent solution film is coated on the surface of the rubber film, the moisture is fully dried through a drying device, and a layer of uniform release film is left on the surface of the rubber film, so that the film isolation is realized.
Further, the thickness of the isolation film is 0.1-0.15 mm.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following prominent substantive features and significant advantages: the isolating agent has outstanding isolating effect, the phenomenon of adhesive material adhesion is well controlled, and the isolating effect is still excellent when the films are stacked for more than 1 month. The rubber film separator can be widely applied to the isolation of different rubber films, prevents the rubber films from being adhered to each other, can keep various performances of the rubber unchanged, has simple manufacturing process, low consumption, low required cost and strong isolation capability, and is particularly suitable for the isolation of high-viscosity rubber films.
