Abstract
The invention relates to a rotating device, in particular to a chain type transmission rolling device which comprises a U-shaped shell, wherein a driving shaft and a driven shaft are respectively arranged at two ends of the U-shaped shell, chain plate conveying chains are arranged on the driving shaft and the driven shaft, the upper part of each chain plate conveying chain is hung between the driving shaft and the driven shaft in an arc shape, and the lower part of each chain plate conveying chain is tensioned through a tensioning shaft. The chain type transmission rolling devices are used in pairs, and one chain type transmission rolling device is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the driving shaft 4 to rotate. The invention adopts the chain plate for driving and supporting, avoids the damage to the surface of the rolling body, and has low equipment cost and small volume.

Background
When some large-scale revolving body (rolling body) equipment such as cylindrical equipment is installed and debugged, the cylindrical equipment has a region which is inconvenient to install and debug in the circumferential direction due to the large diameter of the cylindrical equipment, and the installation and debugging work cannot be efficiently carried out. At present, the two ends of a common traditional rolling device are provided with a roller-rolling belt supporting device, the middle of the common traditional rolling device is provided with a gear-gear ring driving device (a larger rigid supporting ring and a gear ring are required to be arranged on a rolling body, the bottom of the rolling body is supported by the roller, and then the gear ring is driven by the gear to make circumferential rotation), and the structure of the device is complex. The gear-gear ring driving mode has difficult adjustment of the meshing clearance and the parallelism, large equipment volume and high manufacturing cost; the supporting mode of line contact of the roller and the rolling belt has large contact stress, quick abrasion and troublesome replacement (needing hoisting equipment). The scheme cannot meet the use requirement for equipment which does not allow any auxiliary parts to be additionally arranged on the rolling body and has the contact stress requirement on the outer surface of the rolled body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a chain type transmission rolling device which is driven and supported by chain plates, avoids the damage to the surface of a rolling body, and has low equipment manufacturing cost and small volume.

Compared with the traditional rolling device, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the rolling device has the advantages of small volume, simple operation and small power, and does not need to increase rigid support on the rolling body.
2. The rolling device of the invention has a different driving mode from the traditional rolling device: the traditional rolling device adopts a gear-gear ring driving mode, so that the equipment has large volume and high manufacturing cost; the invention adopts a chain type driving mode, has small equipment volume, simple driving mechanism structure, low manufacturing cost and very small running noise.
3. The rolling device of the invention has a different supporting mode from the traditional rolling device: the traditional rolling device adopts a roller-rolling belt line contact supporting mode, and the roller-rolling belt has large contact stress, quick abrasion and troublesome replacement (needing hoisting equipment); the rolling body is supported by the glue-casting chain plate, the rolling body is in surface contact with the glue-casting flexible surface of the glue-casting chain plate, the contact stress on the surface of the rolling body is greatly reduced, the damage of a driving system to the surface of the rolling body is avoided, the friction coefficient between the glue-casting chain plate and the rolling body is large, relative sliding is avoided, abrasion is avoided, the glue-casting chain plate is small in size, light in weight and easy to replace.
4. The rolling device of the invention has a different installation mode from the traditional rolling device: the two ends of the traditional rolling device are provided with a roller-rolling belt supporting device, the middle of the traditional rolling device is provided with a gear-gear ring driving device, and the structure of the device is complex; the adjustment of the meshing clearance and the parallelism of the gear and the gear ring is difficult. The invention adopts the profiling chain track, and the arc-shaped chain plate conveying chain of the equipment forces the chain to form a concentric circle with the same diameter as the rolling body, thereby ensuring the accurate positioning of the rolling body; the compressibility of the rubber on the rubber casting chain plate ensures the uniform distribution of the load of the rolling body on the chain plate and prevents the local extrusion deformation of the rolling body.
5. The rolling device of the invention has different functions from the traditional rolling device: the traditional rolling device has no function of an auxiliary device for installing the protrusions in the full-length direction of the rolling body, the protrusions in the full-length direction can be avoided by adopting a mode of locally breaking chain plates, the compatibility of the rolling body is expanded, and the application range of the rolling device is expanded.

A chain-type transmission rolling device is used in pairs and respectively supports two ends of a rolling body.
The chain type transmission rolling device comprises a U-shaped shell 1, a driving shaft 4 and a driven shaft 5 are respectively arranged at two ends of the U-shaped shell 1, and chain plate conveying chains 3 are arranged on the driving shaft 4 and the driven shaft 5. The part of the chain plate conveying chain 3 above is hung between the driving shaft 4 and the driven shaft 5 in an arc shape; the part of the chain plate conveying chain 3 below is tensioned through two tensioning shafts 8, the two tensioning shafts 8 are mounted at the lower part of the shell 1, and the two tensioning shafts, the driving shaft 4 and the driven shaft 5 form an inverted isosceles trapezoid together.
One chain type transmission rolling device is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the driving shaft 4 to rotate and is used for driving the rolling body to rotate; the other chain-type transmission rolling device is not provided with a driving mechanism and rotates along with the rolling body. The driving mechanism comprises a speed reducer 6 and a servo motor 7 which are arranged outside the shell 1, the servo motor 7 is connected with the speed reducer 6 in a matching mode, and the speed reducer 6 is in transmission connection with the driving shaft 4.
The chain plate conveying chain 3 comprises two chains 10, and is formed by arranging a plurality of rubber casting chain plates 9 (rubber casting) between the two chains 10; a plurality of guide rollers 11 are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the chain 10. All be equipped with a pair of sprocket 12 on driving shaft 4, driven shaft 5 and the tensioning shaft 8, sprocket 12 and chain 10 accordant connection.

The working process is as follows: the screw rod driving mechanism 17 drives the screw rod in the screw rod mechanism 16 to rotate, the screw rod rotates to drive the sliding block 14 to slide along the sliding rail 15, the sliding block 14 moves to drive the connecting plate 18 to rotate, and the rotation of the connecting plate 18 completes the action of supporting and lowering the arc-shaped bracket 13.
The use process and the principle of the chain type transmission rolling device are as follows:
the chain type transmission rolling device is used in pairs and respectively located at two ends of the rolling body, the chain type transmission rolling device at one end has power, and the chain type transmission rolling device at the other end does not have power and is driven to rotate. The rolling bodies are placed on the chain plates of the arc sections to be supported, and the rolling bodies are in surface contact with the plurality of rubber casting chain plates 9 by means of rubber on the surfaces of the rubber casting chain plates 9 and arc-shaped flexible structures. Under the drive of the servo motor 7 of the driving shaft 4, the chain 10 circularly rotates along the profiling track (arc shape), and the rolling body is driven to rotate by the friction force between the rolling body and the glue-casting chain plate 9 during rotation. When the rolling body needs to be static, the lifting device 2 can lift and support the rolling body to bear load.
