Therefore, no matter the noise of the compressed gas discharged through the exhaust hole, the action noise of the elastic component, the noise generated when the needle head impacts the workpiece and the particle splashing are surrounded and covered by the protective pipe, the protective pipe plays the roles of reducing the noise and isolating the splashing, and the health and the safety of equipment operators are protected.
As a further improvement, the protective tube is made of transparent materials, so that the working state of the marking needle device can be observed conveniently.
The elastic component can adopt a spiral spring or a pair of mutually exclusive magnet rings arranged between the right side of the needle cap and the right end of the inner cavity of the needle sleeve, and reduces a noise source and has long service life when adopting the magnet rings.
The invention has the advantages that the designed protective marking needle device can reduce the splashing of noise isolation particles so as to ensure the health and safety of operators, the visual effect is kept due to the transparent design, and the sliding positioning design of the protective tube facilitates the adjustment or replacement of internal parts.
