A paperboard and cotton string integrated processing apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein: the opposite ends between the two fixing plates (25) are longitudinally provided with sliding grooves, and the front end and the rear end of the cutting knife (28) are respectively arranged in the two sliding grooves in a sliding manner.

A paperboard and cotton string integrated processing apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein: the bottom outlet of rubber coating funnel (16) becomes the duckbilled to leave out gluey clearance between the bottom outlet right side wall of rubber coating funnel (16) and glue spreader (15), slidable contact between the bottom outlet left side wall of rubber coating funnel (16) and glue spreader (15).
7. A paperboard and cotton string integrated processing apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein: the length of the gluing funnel (16) is consistent with that of the gluing roller (15).
8. A paperboard and cotton string integrated processing apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein: the second guide roller (12) is located at the lower right side of the first guide roller (11).
9. The integrated paperboard and cotton string processing equipment and the manufacturing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the following steps:
s1, horizontally placing the lower paper board to be wired on a plurality of paper guide rollers (3), and placing the upper paper board between a first paper feeding board (21) and a second paper feeding board (22) of the paper feeding rack;
s2, adding special glue for the paperboard into the gluing funnel (16);
s3, sleeving a plurality of cotton thread spools on a plurality of paying-off shafts (8) respectively, extending a plurality of cotton threads, winding the plurality of cotton threads around a first guide roller (11) and a second guide roller (12) respectively, and placing the plurality of cotton threads in guide grooves (13) of the first guide roller (11) and the second guide roller (12) respectively;
s4, spreading a plurality of cotton threads on the lower paperboard, and driving the special paperboard glue in the gluing funnel (16) to be spread on the upper paperboard and the cotton threads through the rotation of the glue spreader (15);
s5, the upper paper board extends out of the paper feeding frame and is conveyed to the lower sides of the paper pressing rollers (20), and the lower paper board, the cotton threads and the upper paper board which are compounded are pressed and extend out rightwards through the matching of the paper guide rollers (3) and the paper pressing rollers (20);
s6, after the lower paper board, the cotton threads and the upper paper board reach a stable composite state, starting the air cylinders (27) and cutting off the composite paper board;
and S7, cutting the qualified paperboard to length after final compounding.
