Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instrument research, in particular to a cartilage endplate resectoscope and a using method thereof.
Background
Disc surgery requires removal of the entire disc, nucleus pulposus tissue, annulus fibrosus, and then also removal of the endplates at the surface of the vertebral body. The cartilage end plate is compact and is tightly attached to the bony end plate; the cartilage end plate has toughness, is difficult for scraping off when scraping off, and the cartilage end plate is flocculent when scraping off, is difficult for scraping off, and whole process is consuming time hard.
There are three methods for clinically scraping the cartilage end plate.
The first kind adopts the curette, uses the curette to slowly scrape off the cartilage end plate, need consume a large amount of time, and is difficult for scraping, and whole operation can spend longer time on scraping off the cartilage end plate, leads to patient's anesthesia time extension, and the expense increases, and is unfavorable for the quick recovery of patient.
Secondly, the nucleus pulposus clamp is adopted for biting, when the nucleus pulposus clamp is used for biting, the cartilage end plate is filiform, the nucleus pulposus clamp does not have a cutting effect, the filiform cartilage end plate cannot be cut off, and some flocculent cartilage end plates cannot be scraped during the biting of the nucleus pulposus clamp; the head of the nucleus pulposus clamp is too thick, the opening degree after the nucleus pulposus clamp enters the intervertebral space is limited, only one cartilage end plate can be bitten each time, the operation time is prolonged, the anesthesia time of a patient is prolonged, the cost is increased, and the quick recovery of the patient is not facilitated.
The third one adopts the curet to be matched with the nucleus pulposus pincers for use, but the problems that the operation time is too long, the anesthesia time of a patient is prolonged, the cost is increased, and the quick recovery of the patient is not facilitated exist at all.

Preferably, the edge of the lower head part is provided with a groove which is matched with the micro blade of the upper head part.
Preferably, the lower head part is in an oval shovel shape.
Preferably, the upper head portion is elliptical.
Preferably, the upper head and the lower head are coaxial with the movable arm and the fixed arm.
Preferably, the horizontal included angle between the axes of the upper head part and the lower head part and the axes of the movable arm and the fixed arm is 30 degrees.
Preferably, the horizontal included angle between the axes of the upper head part and the lower head part and the axes of the movable arm and the fixed arm is-30 degrees.
Preferably, the microblade is in the shape of an annular sheet, and the edge of the microblade faces downwards.
Further, methods of use of the cartilage endplate resectoscope:
the handle is held by hand, the lower head portion is enabled to shovel into a gap between the cartilage end plate and the bony end plate, the cartilage end plate is pried and peeled after the lower head portion is inserted into the gap, the handle is held tightly to control the upper head portion after the cartilage end plate is pried and peeled, the miniature blade of the upper head portion is enabled to be meshed with the groove of the lower head portion, the cartilage end plate is cut off, the cut cartilage end plate is clamped in the through hole of the upper head portion, and finally the cartilage end.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. after the cartilage end plate is pried and stripped by the front shovel type blade, the cartilage end plate with a large area can be cut off at one time, so that the operation time is shortened, and the operation safety is improved;
2. facilitating manipulation in the narrow intervertebral space;
3. the operation cost is reduced;
4. is beneficial to the rapid rehabilitation of patients.
