Description

Nasal cavity protection device for nasal endoscope operation channel and using method thereof
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a nasal cavity protection device for a nasal endoscope operation channel and a using method thereof.
Background
The head endoscope operation is a common operation in neurosurgery and otorhinolaryngology, which not only avoids skull incision in a larger range, but also improves the operation quality and accelerates the healing time of the operation.
During surgery, a doctor illuminates and observes diseased tissue with the aid of an endoscope, and in such surgery, various instruments frequently reach the diseased tissue through the channels, which cause local trauma due to squeezing and scraping of the instruments. In addition, through the cavity surgery, the endoscope is easily shielded by dirt such as mucus, blood, flushing waste liquid and the like, and the blocking liquid needs to be flushed and sucked continuously, and meanwhile, the endoscope can be pumped out for cleaning for many times. These drawbacks tend to add considerable complexity to the procedure and time requirements, with each tool coming in and out at risk of tissue injury.
At present, there is also above-mentioned problem through nasal route operation, and nasal route operation is equivalent to the passageway of regarding the nasal cavity as surgical instruments business turn over, and the position such as nasal mucosa, turbinate, nasal septum, sphenoid, frontal sinus, the last frontal sinus of operation in-process can inevitably be injured and bleed like this, and the probability of infection is operated to this kind of wound can greatly increased nasal route, also does not benefit to patient's recovery yet. There is therefore a need for a protective device to reduce such risks of transnasal surgery.
At present, the marketed nasal cavity protection device for the nasal operation has a cylindrical protection sheath made of silica gel, but the shrinkage is poor, meanwhile, when the device is operated, the friction force between the silica gel and the surface of the device is large, when the device is used, a lubricant needs to be repeatedly added (the lubricant can dry after a while), the lubricant can also influence the definition of an endoscope, and a lot of troubles are caused. Meanwhile, as the nasal cavity protective sheath is made of silica gel, the friction force between the silica gel protective sheath and the nasal cavity is reduced and the silica gel protective sheath is easy to fall off due to liquid secreted by the nasal cavity or blood flowing out during operation. Moreover, due to the restriction of the space of the operation part, the silica gel protective sheath has to be made thin, which causes insufficient propping force for propping the nasal cavity, and conversely, the silica gel protective sheath is too thick, which affects the compression of the silica gel protective sheath and reduces the operation visual field, thus being inconvenient to be stuffed into the nasal cavity.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a nasal cavity protection device for a nasal endoscope operation channel and a using method thereof, and aims to solve the problems of poor contractility, easiness in falling off, insufficient stretching force, influence on operation visual field and the like of the conventional nasal cavity protection device for the nasal endoscope operation.
