when the door is opened, starting the air suction function of the air pump (5), sucking the air in the second air collection cavity (41) of the sealing ring (4) into the first air collection cavity of the pneumatic rotating shaft (3), in the process, the air entering the first air collection cavity gives a driving force for upward turning of the door body (2), when the sealing pressing force is gradually reduced to be smaller than the driving force, the door body (2) starts to turn upward until the door body (2) is completely turned, and stopping the air suction function of the air pump (5);
