Description

Water heater
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water heating equipment, in particular to a water heater.
Background
The water heater comprises an electric water heater, a solar water heater and a gas water heater. The electric water heater and the solar water heater comprise inner containers for storing water. Dirt and microorganisms are easily generated in the liner due to long-term water storage. When the temperature in the liner is between 45 ℃ and 55 ℃, bacteria can grow, and along with the reduction of the water temperature, the bacteria rapidly propagate in large quantities. However, when the water-saving water dispenser is used, water in the inner container cannot be discharged intentionally, the water containing a large amount of bacteria can be directly used, the health of people is not facilitated, and even the health of people is threatened.
In order to solve the problem of bacterial breeding in the inner container of the water heater, the following modes are mainly adopted:
firstly, a certain amount of antibacterial agent is added into the parts of the water inlet pipe and the inner container, so that the water inlet pipe and the parts have antibacterial function and bacteria are prevented from breeding. However, bacteria still can grow and multiply in water, the water inlet pipe and the components only have an antibacterial function but do not have a sterilization function, and after the bacteria multiply, the bacteria in the water still cannot be killed.
Secondly, a sterilization device which generates infrared rays or ultraviolet light is arranged in the inner container. However, since the infrared lamp tube or the ultraviolet lamp tube cannot be directly contacted with water, quartz glass is required for isolation. However, the quartz glass is easily scaled after long-term use, and can block the irradiation of infrared rays or ultraviolet rays to water, and the quartz glass is easily damaged during transportation and use, thereby affecting the sterilization effect.
Thirdly, a cathode protection device with an ion sterilization function is arranged in the inner container. A titanium rod is used as an anode, a silver rod is used as a cathode, and a current loop is formed. Cl in water-Moving to the titanium rod, the silver rod generates Ag+,Ag+Can move freely to achieve the sterilization effect. But at the same time, a primary battery is easy to form, so that water is electrolyzed to generate oxygen and hydrogen, and potential safety hazards are caused.
To sum up, the sterilization device adopted by the existing water heater lacks an effective sterilization effect and can also generate certain potential safety hazards.

The invention provides a water heater.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 3.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the water heater 1 includes an inner container 10 and a sterilization device 50. Wherein, the sterilizing device 50 is arranged in the inner container 10; or is installed outside the inner container 10 and is positioned on the water inlet flow path of the inner container 10, the sterilizing device 50 includes: antimicrobial glasses, including phosphate glasses and/or borosilicate glasses; the outer surface of the antibacterial glass is embedded with nano silver.
Specifically, in the water heater 1, the inner container 10 is used to store water and heat the water. A sterilization device 50 is provided to sterilize the water in the inner container 10. The sterilizing device 50 produces a sterilizing effect on water by contact and action with the water. Therefore, the sterilization device 50 is mainly installed in two ways: one is directly arranged inside the inner container 10; and the other is installed outside the inner container 10. When installed outside the inner container 10, the water pipe can be installed on the water path through connection with the water pipe, or can be installed inside the water pipe.
The sterilization device 50 comprises antibacterial glass, the antibacterial glass comprises phosphate glass and/or borosilicate glass, and the outer surface of the antibacterial glass is embedded with nano silver. This is because the phosphate glass and the borosilicate glass are slowly dissolved in water, and the nano silver is dissolved in water to form silver ions along with the dissolution of the antibacterial glass. When the sterilization device 50 is installed in the inner container 10, silver ions are dissociated and dispersed in the water in the inner container 10, and then diffused into the whole water in the inner container 10. When the sterilization device 50 is installed outside the inner container 10, it is necessary to carry silver ions into the inner container 10 by the flow of water. Accordingly, it is understood that a higher sterilization effect can be achieved by positioning the sterilization device 50 in the water inlet flow path.
In water, silver ions can exist in the form of micro particles with the diameter of 10-100 nm, enter the interior of bacteria through the action of bacteria, and can be rapidly combined with enzyme protein sulfydryl in the bacteria to inactivate some key enzymes in the bacteria; meanwhile, the silver ions can be combined with the basic groups of the DNA of the bacteria to form cross connection, and the DNA of the bacteria loses the replication capacity by replacing hydrogen bonds between adjacent nitrogen in purine and pyrimidine, so that the bacteria die, and the aim of sterilization is fulfilled. After the bacteria die, silver ions can be dissolved out from the interior of the bacteria again along with the time, and the silver ions continue to act with other living bacteria, so that long-term sterilization in water is realized.
In conclusion, in the embodiment, on one hand, the nano silver can be released continuously through slow dissolution of the antibacterial glass, so that the content of silver ions in water is ensured; on the other hand, the silver ions can be dissociated and diffused in the whole water of the inner container 10, so that the silver ions can be sterilized in a large range, and the sterilizing effect is remarkable.
In addition, in order to further enhance the sterilization effect of the water heater 1, a high-voltage pulse electric field or pulse magnetic field device may be provided on the water outlet flow path of the water heater 1. A high-voltage pulse electric field is applied to the water outlet flow path, an alternating electric field of high-voltage pulses is generated by two electrodes, and after the alternating electric field is applied to water, cell membranes of bacteria in the water are punctured under the action of a strong electric field, so that irreparable rupture and perforation are generated to cause the death of the bacteria. A pulse electromagnetic device is applied to the water outlet flow path, and the device generates a strong magnetic field through current so as to sterilize by using strong magnetism. A small amount of disinfectant, such as sodium hypochlorite, liquid chlorine or chlorine dioxide, may also be added to the water inlet flow path to enhance the bactericidal effect on the water in the inner container 10. The inner surface of the inner container 10, the inner wall of the water inlet pipe 20 and the inner wall of the water outlet pipe 30 which are communicated with the inner container 10 can be coated with the antibacterial agent, so that the antibacterial environment in the water heater 1 is integrally improved, and the bacteria are prevented from breeding.
In practical applications, the sterilization device 50 can be used in any water heater 1 requiring sterilization. However, since a certain time is required for the action of the silver ions and the bacteria, a good sterilization effect can be achieved when the inner container 10 or the water storage container is used. Thus, the water heater 1 is preferably a storage type electric water heater 1, but may be a solar water heater 1.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the sterilization device 50 is arranged in the inner container 10 or outside the inner container 10 and is positioned on the water inlet flow path of the inner container 10. The sterilization device 50 includes an antibacterial glass, and the antibacterial glass can be either phosphate glass or borosilicate glass, or both of them. The outer surface of the antibacterial glass is embedded with the nano silver, and the antibacterial glass is slowly dissolved under the action of water, so that the nano silver is released into the water to generate silver ions, and the water is sterilized. Under the action of water flow, silver ions are dispersed in water in a free mode and can be distributed in the water in the whole inner container 10, sterilization is achieved in a large range, the sterilizing effect is remarkable, and water health of users is effectively guaranteed.
See fig. 1-3. The sterilization device 50 includes a carrier, and the antibacterial glass is mounted on the carrier, and the carrier is mounted in the inner container 10. The sterilization apparatus 50 may be configured such that the antibacterial glass is directly mounted in the inner container 10 and is in contact with water to perform sterilization without any other structure. However, in this case, if the antibacterial glass has a large volume and a large contact surface with water, the amount of the antibacterial glass dissolved increases, which not only wastes the antibacterial glass, but also easily causes the concentration of inorganic ions or silver ions in water to be too high, resulting in water pollution. If the size of the antibacterial glass is made small, it will cause difficulty in installation. Therefore, the carrier is adopted, so that the antibacterial glass is mounted on the carrier, and then the carrier is used for mounting the sterilizing device 50, so that the mounting is convenient, and meanwhile, the size of the antibacterial glass can be set according to needs, and the release amount of silver ions is further controlled. The sterilizing device 50 is installed in the inner container 10, and can be installed at any position in the inner container 10 on the premise of ensuring the contact of the antibacterial glass with water. However, different installation positions also produce different sterilization effects, and the installation position and effect of the sterilization apparatus 50 will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, the water heater 1 further includes a flow guide plate 40, the flow guide plate 40 is installed in the inner container 10, and the sterilization device 50 is installed in the flow guide plate 40. In the water heater 1, the water inlet pipe 20 communicated with the inner container 10 usually extends to the inside of the inner container 10, so that the water inlet pipe 20 is conveniently provided with an electricity-proof wall to prevent water from leaking electricity. Because microthermal water flows downwards, makes inlet tube 20 inside including the water inlet channel and the play water runner that set up side by side, water inlet channel and play water runner in inlet tube 20's top intercommunication to make water flow to get into out the water runner after inlet tube 20 top along water inlet channel, thereby flow in the bottom of inner bag 10. However, the area of the opening of the inlet pipe 20 is limited, and thus the baffle 40 is provided such that the baffle 40 has a large area and is connected to the outlet of the inlet pipe 20, and a plurality of flow passages are provided in the baffle 40. The water flows out after passing through the flow channel, so that the water outflow area is increased, the water dispersion fluidity is favorably improved, and the heating is uniform. Therefore, the sterilizing device 50 is installed on the flow guide plate 40 so that the antibacterial glass is washed by the water flow to make silver ions more easily dissolved. And the silver ions are rapidly driven to diffuse through the flowing of the water, thereby improving the sterilization efficiency.
Also, in the inner container 10, the water having a high temperature floats upward to form an air current. Make sterilizing equipment 50 install in the upper surface of guide plate 40 to after the antibiotic glass of water scouring, silver ion diffuses rapidly under the effect of air current, makes the scope of distribution wider, so that disinfect at the whole within range of water, is showing and is promoting bactericidal effect.
In order to test the sterilization effect of the sterilization device 50 in the installation mode, an electric water heater 1 with the capacity of 60L and the power of 3000W is selected for experiments, a comparison experiment is carried out, 10g of nano-silver antibacterial glass is filled in the sterilization device 50, the sterilization device 50 is installed on the upper surface of the guide plate 40, the power supply is turned off after the water heater 1 is filled with water, the bacterial content is tested after one week, a blank experiment is carried out, the sterilization device 50 is not arranged under the same conditions, the power supply is turned off after the water heater 1 is filled with water, the bacterial content is tested after one week, and the experiment results are shown in Table 1.
As can be seen from the data in table 1, under the same conditions, a large amount of bacteria are likely to grow in the water heater 1 without the sterilization device 50. And in the water heater 1 of installing sterilizing equipment 50, there is almost no bacterial growing, therefore proves that this sterilizing equipment 50 has apparent bactericidal effect, can provide the powerful guarantee for people's health water.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001945755410000071
In addition to the diversion plate 40, referring to fig. 2, the water heater 1 may further include a blowoff valve 60, the blowoff valve 60 is detachably mounted on the inner wall of the inner container 10, and the sterilization device 50 is mounted on the blowoff valve 60. The interior of the inner container 10 can be cleaned at any time through the blowoff valve 60 to maintain a clean water environment. The blowoff valve 60 is detachably installed in the inner container 10, facilitating the cleaning operation. The sterilization device 50 is mounted on the blowoff valve 60, and the sterilization device 50 can be replaced by detaching the blowoff valve 60, which is favorable for keeping a good sterilization effect. In specific application, the sterilization device 50 can be installed at one end of the blowoff valve 60 far away from the inner wall of the liner 10, which is beneficial to the free movement of silver ions in a large range and avoids the influence of space limitation on the movement of the silver ions.
When the sterilization device 50 is installed outside the inner container 10, at this time, the sterilization device 50 includes a carrier, the antimicrobial glass is installed on the carrier, the water heater 1 further includes a water inlet pipe 20 located in the water inlet flow path and disposed outside the inner container 10, and the sterilization device 50 is installed in the water inlet pipe 20. The sterilizing device 50 is installed in the water inlet pipe 20, and the antibacterial glass is directly washed by the water flow in the water inlet pipe 20, so that the silver ions are released into the water. Enters the inner container 10 under the action of water flow and diffuses in the inner container 10 for sterilization.
Whether the carrier is installed inside the inner container 10 or outside the inner container 10, the carrier needs to be placed in water for a long time to contact with the water. Therefore, the carrier is made of a corrosion-resistant material, and is generally made of plastic, polypropylene (PP), stainless steel or the like. So as to prevent the carrier from generating chemical action with water and corrosion under the condition of water environment for a long time, thereby creating conditions for bacterial breeding. The sterilization effect of the sterilization device 50 is ensured by maintaining the stability of the carrier itself. Meanwhile, a magnesium rod 70 is also arranged in the water heater to play a role of corrosion resistance in the inner container.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the antimicrobial glass is embedded in the outer surface of the carrier. There are various ways of mounting the antibacterial glass to the carrier. In this embodiment, with the surface of antibiotic glass embedding carrier, not only the mounting means is simple, and when sterilizing equipment 50 installed in the inner bag 10 or the outer inlet tube 20 way of inner bag 10, can guarantee the direct contact of antibiotic glass and water, and then realize bactericidal action. Also, the antimicrobial glass may be in various forms, such as a block form, or a crystal form. Therefore, according to different forms of the antibacterial glass, a more suitable installation mode can be selectively adopted.
Therefore, besides the mode, the carrier can be internally provided with a cavity for installing the antibacterial glass, and the outer surface of the carrier is provided with a plurality of through holes communicated with the cavity. Through setting up the cavity, make antibacterial glass install in the cavity to through-hole and cavity intercommunication, make water get into the cavity through the through-hole, antibacterial glass takes place to dissolve with water contact. One or more cavities in the carrier can be arranged. Under the condition that sets up a plurality ofly, still can make a plurality of cavitys communicate each other in the inside of carrier, make the inside hollow out construction that forms of carrier, increase the area of contact of antibiotic glass and water to make antibiotic glass's dissolving rate increase, improve the release amount of silver ion, be favorable to strengthening sterilizing equipment 50's bactericidal effect. In addition, the diameter range of the through hole is 0.5mm to 5mm, 1mm to 3mm are the best, so that the smoothness of water flow is guaranteed, more importantly, the antibacterial glass crystal can be prevented from falling off from the carrier under the action of water, and the sterilization effect of the sterilization device 50 is effectively guaranteed. It is to be understood that, in practical applications, the mounting of the antibacterial glass on the carrier is not limited to the above manner, and may be designed and adopted according to the needs, and is not particularly limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3, the sterilization device 50 may be installed outside the inner container 10 by directly connecting with the water inlet pipe 20. The water heater 1 further comprises a water inlet pipe 20 located in the water inlet flow path and arranged outside the inner container 10, the sterilizing device 50 comprises a filter cartridge with two open ends, the antibacterial glass is arranged in the filter cartridge, and the filter cartridge is communicated with the water inlet pipe 20 through one opening. The cartridge filter realizes the intercommunication with inner bag 10 through being connected with inlet tube 20, and the water flows and washes away the back to antibiotic glass in getting into the cartridge filter, and the silver ion is driven to get into in the inner bag 10, realizes bactericidal action.
