Example one
As shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a control method of a washing machine, including a decontamination procedure, wherein the decontamination procedure includes a soaking process and a rinsing process which are sequentially performed;
in the soaking process, water is fed into the inner barrel to a certain water level, and after the microbial agent is added, the inner barrel is soaked for a certain time;
in the rinsing process, the inner barrel and/or the impeller rotate to drive water flow to scour dirt, and sewage is discharged after the washing is finished.
At present, the existing washing machine usually adopts a cleaning agent between the barrels to clean the inner barrel and the outer barrel, and the cleaning effect is not ideal. The method for removing the sewage by the microorganisms generally adopts a technology of removing organic matters in water by utilizing aerobic microorganisms, facultative microorganisms and anaerobic microorganisms, is divided into a biomembrane method and an activated sludge method according to different carriers of treatment facilities, is commonly used for treating the sewage, and has the advantages of very good treatment effect, uniformity, thoroughness and less residue.
In the scheme, a decontamination procedure is set in the control method of the washing machine, accumulated dirt between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is decomposed and degraded by adopting the microbial agent, the dirt is fully degraded, the aim of completely decontaminating can be fulfilled, an excellent cleaning effect is achieved, the cost is low, and the user operation is convenient.
In this embodiment, the washing machine may be any type of washing machine, including a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine, a washing and drying integrated machine, a twin drum washing machine, and the like.
In the decontamination procedure of the present embodiment, the microbial agent may include commonly used aerobic microorganisms, facultative microorganisms, anaerobic microorganisms, and other auxiliary materials, such as lactic acid bacteria, yeast, photosynthetic bacteria, and the like, which can degrade organic matters in the wastewater. The microbial agent comprises beneficial bacteria as components, can utilize organic matters in dirt as a carbon source, a nitrogen source, an energy source and the like for growth, is converted into self nutrient substances through self metabolism or is converted into easily-soluble substances which are easy to wash and remove, and does not harm clothes or human bodies.
In this embodiment, the microbial inoculum may be automatically or manually dosed, specifically:
when the microbial agent is manually fed, a user adds the microbial agent into the inner barrel in a self-running manner, the adding time and the metering are determined by the user according to the requirement, and the free space of the user is larger in the manner.
When the feeding mode is automatic, the microbial agent can be placed in a detergent feeding box of the washing machine in advance or an additionally arranged microbial agent feeding box, and after a user selects a decontamination program, the washing machine automatically controls the detergent feeding box or controls the microbial agent feeding box to feed the microbial agent into the inner barrel.
When the washing machine automatically puts in the microbial agent, the putting time point of the microbial agent can be selected in various ways, including but not limited to the following:
the washing machine can put the microbial inoculum into the inner barrel before water enters in the soaking process, can also put the microbial inoculum in the water entering process, can also put the microbial inoculum after the water enters to a set water level, and can also put the microbial inoculum after the water enters to the set water level and the water temperature is adjusted to a set temperature.
No matter which mode is adopted, the microbial inoculum can be fully dissolved in water and can enter and be distributed at each corner between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, and dirt between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is fully decomposed and utilized in the soaking process, so that the purpose of removing the dirt is achieved.
The decontamination procedure of this embodiment includes soaking process and the rinsing process that carries out in proper order, and the soaking process is maintained for a certain time, and the microorganism in the microbial inoculum can fully distribute on the bucket wall, utilizes the dirt rapid propagation growth between the outer bucket and the bucket in the washing machine, converts into self nutrient substance through self metabolism, or converts into the material that easily dissolves, easily rinse the clearance, produces a large amount of flocculent mud granules, becomes stubborn dirt and drops easily.
The rinsing process is executed after the soaking process, the rinsing process is mainly washing, at the moment, the inner barrel and/or the impeller rotate to drive water flow to wash microorganisms and dirt on the outer wall of the inner barrel and the inner wall of the outer barrel, at the moment, the microorganisms and the dirt are very easy to fall off and enter water, sewage is discharged after the process is finished, and then the sewage can be discharged. Multiple rinsing processes may be performed in order to achieve better rinsing and cleaning results.
In a further scheme, in the soaking process, after water enters the inner barrel to a certain water level, the water temperature in the inner barrel is controlled by the washing machine to be adjusted to a set temperature.
The microbial agent comprises a plurality of bacteria, and each bacteria has an optimal growth temperature, a minimum growth temperature and a maximum growth temperature. At the optimal growth temperature, the bacteria have the optimal growth environment temperature, the amplification and reproduction speed is the fastest, and the utilization rate of dirt is the highest. The minimum growth temperature is below which the growth of the bacteria is inhibited or even stopped; the maximum growth temperature is above this temperature, bacterial growth ceases. Water temperatures below the minimum growth temperature can inhibit bacteria, while temperatures above the maximum growth temperature can result in the death of bacteria.
In the scheme, the water temperature in the soaking process is adjusted to the set temperature, and the set temperature can correspond to the optimal growth temperature of microorganisms in all microbial agents and also can correspond to the optimal growth temperature of most of microorganisms, so that the optimal temperature environment is provided for the growth of the microorganisms, the rapid utilization of the microorganisms is facilitated, the growth and the propagation of dirt are increased, and the decontamination effect of the microorganisms is enhanced.
In a further scheme, the soaking process is divided into a plurality of time stages according to the growth conditions of different microorganisms; at different time stages, the washing machine controls the water temperature to be adjusted to a set temperature corresponding to the optimal growth temperature of different microorganisms.
In this scheme, if the optimum growth temperature difference of the different microorganisms that include in the microbial inoculum is great, in order to let various microorganisms all play best scrubbing effect, adjust the temperature of water in the in-process branch stage, adjust the temperature of water to different settlement temperatures in different time quantum to guarantee that different microorganisms all have the time quantum can grow the reproduction fast, further guarantee to reach best scrubbing effect.
For example, when the optimal growth temperatures of the microorganisms included in the microbial agent are 30 ℃, 32 ℃ and 37 ℃, the soaking process is divided into three stages, and the water temperatures are sequentially adjusted to 30 ℃, 32 ℃ and 37 ℃ respectively, so as to ensure that the maximum activity of various microorganisms can be achieved and enhance the decontamination effect.
In a further scheme, in the soaking process, the washing machine controls the inner barrel and/or the impeller to rotate. The soaking process is mainly static soaking, and in the process, the washing machine controls the inner barrel and/or the impeller to rotate, so that water flow can be stirred to flow, the distribution of microorganisms in the soaking process is more uniform, dirt on each part and corner between the inner barrel and the outer barrel can be decomposed, and a better decomposition effect is achieved. On the other hand, the oxygen content in water can be increased, which is beneficial to the growth of aerobic microorganisms and improves the decontamination effect.
Preferably, the washing machine controls the inner barrel and/or the impeller to intermittently rotate, and the rotation time is not more than the interval time; the intermittent rotation is beneficial to improving the decontamination effect, saving energy and reducing energy consumption.
Preferably, the soaking process comprises a washing stage and a soaking stage which are alternately executed, wherein in the washing stage, the inner barrel and/or the impeller intermittently rotate, and in the soaking stage, the inner barrel and/or the impeller are kept static.
In the scheme, the soaking process is maintained for a longer period of time, for example, for 12 hours, so that a good decontamination effect is achieved. In the soaking process, the rotary washing stage and the static soaking stage are alternately carried out to further enhance the decontamination effect. In the static soaking stage, microorganisms can fall on the wall between the inner barrel and the outer barrel and grow for a certain time by utilizing accumulated dirt, and the rotating washing stage can generate the effect of stirring water flow, so that the distribution of the microorganisms is more uniform, and the oxygen content in water is increased. The two stages are alternately matched, so that each corner can be decontaminated by microorganisms, and the decontamination effect is further improved.
In a further scheme, the washing machine comprises an air charging device, and in the soaking process, the washing machine controls the air charging device to charge air and/or oxygen into the washing water to adjust the oxygen content in the washing water.
The microbial agent generally comprises more aerobic microorganisms, oxygen in water is less and less along with the propagation and growth of the microorganisms, in order to ensure the oxygen content in the water in the soaking process and provide a more appropriate oxygen-containing environment for the growth process of the microorganisms, the washing machine is provided with an air charging device, air and/or oxygen are introduced into the water, the oxygen content in the washing water is adjusted, and the decontamination effect is enhanced.
In a preferred scheme, the soaking process is divided into a plurality of time stages according to the growth conditions of different microorganisms; at different time stages, the washing machine adjusts the oxygen content in the washing water by controlling the aeration quantity in the washing water so as to correspond to the growth oxygen demand of microorganisms at different stages.
During the soaking process, the oxygen demand of the microorganisms is greatly different in different growth periods. For example, the growth of microorganisms generally includes four stages, namely, a lag phase, a log phase, a stationary phase and a decay phase in time sequence, with greater oxygen demand during the log phase and stationary phase and less oxygen demand during the lag phase and decay phase. In order to ensure that the microorganisms have a proper growth environment, air is not introduced or a small amount of air is introduced at the early stage of the soaking process, and a large amount of air is introduced at the logarithmic phase and the stable phase of the microorganisms to adjust the oxygen content in the washing water, so that the oxygen demand for growth of the microorganisms at different stages is met, the microorganisms are ensured to have the maximum activity, and the decontamination effect is enhanced.
In a further scheme, in the rinsing process, the inner barrel and/or the impeller intermittently rotate, and the rotating time is not less than the interval time.
After the soaking process is finished, dirt between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is decomposed into particles easy to fall off, and in the rinsing process, the washing is mainly carried out, so that dirt on the wall of the barrel can be washed off, and the dirt is convenient to discharge.
Preferably, the rotation speed of the inner barrel and/or the impeller in the rinsing process is higher than that of the inner barrel and/or the impeller in the soaking process.
The inner barrel and/or the impeller rotate at low speed in the soaking process, so that the distribution of microorganisms is more uniform, and the decontamination effect is improved; in the rinsing process, the inner barrel and/or the impeller rotate at high speed to drive water flow to have large impact force, so that dirt on the wall is washed away, and the dirt removing effect is further ensured.
In a further scheme, the rinsing process comprises an intermediate dehydration stage and a washing stage, after the washing machine executes the soaking process, the intermediate dehydration stage is executed firstly, then the water is fed to execute the washing stage, and in the washing stage, the inner barrel and/or the impeller rotate.
After the soaking process is finished, draining water firstly, discharging most of microorganisms out of the washing machine along with water flow, and then performing a rinsing process. In the rinsing process, the inner barrel is dewatered firstly, and residual dirt on the outer wall of the inner barrel can be thrown onto the outer barrel wall, so that subsequent washing and cleaning are facilitated. After dewatering, water is fed again for rinsing, the inner barrel and/or the impeller rotate at high speed to drive water flow to generate strong scouring force to scour off dirt attached to the wall and discharge the dirt out of the washing machine.
Preferably, the rinsing process is performed at least once. The rinsing process can be executed once or twice or for multiple times so as to increase the scouring effect, scour off dirt and enhance the decontamination effect.
In a further scheme, the washing machine controls water inflow to the highest set water level in the soaking process and/or the rinsing process.
In the soaking process, water enters to the highest water level, so that microorganisms can be attached to all parts between the inner barrel and the outer barrel and dirt on the inner barrel and the outer barrel can be utilized. In the rinsing process, water enters to the highest water level, dirt falling off from each part can be washed off and discharged out of the washing machine, and the best dirt removing effect is achieved.
Preferably, in the soaking process and the rinsing process, the washing machine controls the water inlet to reach the highest set water level.
