In order to solve the problem of the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a terminal residing method, a mobility management entity, a base station, a terminal residing system, and a computer storage medium. The method for terminal residence according to the embodiment of the present invention is first described below.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for terminal to camp on according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for the terminal to camp on may include:

Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another method for terminal to camp on according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method for terminal to camp on may include:
s201, receiving an RFSP ID sent by an MME; wherein, the RFSP ID is information determined by the MME based on preset service requirement information.
S202, determining frequency band priority information based on the RFSP ID.
S203, sending the frequency band priority information to the terminal, so that the terminal can determine the resident frequency band based on the frequency band priority information.
The main execution body of the method for the terminal to camp on is a base Station, and optionally, the base Station may be an evolved node B (eNB). To meet the service requirement, in one embodiment, after transmitting the frequency band priority information to the terminal for the terminal to determine the camping frequency band based on the frequency band priority information, the method may further include: receiving an updated RFSP ID sent by an MME; determining updated frequency band priority information based on the updated RFSP ID; and sending the updated frequency band priority information to the terminal, so that the terminal can update the resident frequency band based on the updated frequency band priority information.
The following describes the above with an embodiment, which specifically includes the following steps:
in the method for residing the terminal provided in this embodiment, in the initial stage of deployment of the 5G network, when one or more frequency bands with the highest industrial chain maturity are selected as L TE anchor frequency bands from among a plurality of L TE frequency bands in the existing network, the 5G user attribute discovery capability is deployed on the core network, a frequency selection priority RFSP ID is provided to the 4G base station according to the capability, the 4G base station maps the acquired RFSP ID to a corresponding residing control policy and issues the mapping policy to the 5G NSA UE, so that the 5G NSA UE can preferentially reside and switch to a L TE anchor frequency band, and the 4G UE resides according to the original priority selection frequency band, thereby avoiding frequent cell reselection and switching of the 5G NSA UE, reducing network signaling and access delay, reducing terminal power consumption, and greatly improving user perception.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the 5G NSA UE selects FDD1800 as L TE anchor band among two frequency bands (NR 2600 and FDD1800) with the highest industrial chain maturity, and the 4G UE selects the frequency band to camp on according to the original priority.
For different application scenarios, the method for the terminal to camp on in this embodiment is to configure "configure priority" information on the MME to determine the RFSP ID, and the UE preferentially switches to the frequency band determined based on the RFSP ID.
The terminal residing method can be applied to the following scenes:
(1) the application scene one: when the spectrum resource is in shortage, the operator can pass the user-based method
RFSP IDs are preconfigured with information such as International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) prefix to distinguish different Subscriber groups. And the resource use is controlled through the RFSP ID strategy so as to ensure the experience of a high-quality user.
(2) In an application scenario II, a standard language scheme for deploying a 5G independent networking (SA) architecture is VoNR and EPS Fallback, when the EPS Fallback scheme is adopted in an initial network deployment stage, a user mainly using voice frequently falls back to a 4G network, and when the user falls back to L TE, different system measurement and switching increase call establishment delay for about 1-2 seconds.
After encryption and integrity protection are completed, the MME sends a location update Request (U L R) to the HSS and receives a location update reply (U L A) responded by the HSS, the MME sends an Initial session establishment Request (Initial context setup Request) to the eNodeB to complete attachment (Attach accept), that is, based on the configuration priority information configured on the MME, the MME sends the flexibly configured RFSP ID to the eNodeB at this time, the eNodeB acquires the RFSP ID (that is, the SPID), and then sends the list to the terminal by configuring and maintaining the RFSP ID and the frequency band priority, and the terminal assists in switching and controlling the residence priority control box to the anchored L TE frequency band according to the list information.
When the RFSP ID configured by the MME is changed, the MME compares the RFSP ID with an actually used RFSP ID in the system, and if the result does not match, the MME issues a recalculated RFSP ID to the eNodeB through a session update request (UE context modification request). The eNodeB forwards the corresponding band priority list to the terminal again through a Downlink NASTransport message (Downlink NASTransport) according to the changed RFSP ID.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a mobility management entity, as shown in fig. 5, where the mobility management entity may include:
