Abstract

A method and apparatus for turning on/off a roaming data network for a mobile terminal are provided. The method for starting the roaming data network for the mobile terminal comprises the following steps: when a user requests to start a roaming data network, card information and/or setting information of a mobile terminal are/is acquired; determining an opening mode of a roaming data network according to the acquired card information and/or the setting information; and starting the roaming data network according to the determined starting mode, so that the starting of the roaming data network is independent of the switching state of the data roaming switch. The method for closing the roaming data network for the mobile terminal comprises the following steps: when a user requests to close a roaming data network, card information and/or setting information of a mobile terminal is acquired; determining a closing mode of a roaming data network according to the acquired card information; and closing the roaming data network according to the determined closing mode, thereby avoiding the problem that the entity card is charged under the condition that the user does not know.

Method and apparatus for turning on/off roaming data network for mobile terminal
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile communications. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for turning on/off a roaming data network for a mobile terminal.
Background
According to the native code framework of Google, a data link is established in a roaming state, and a data roaming switch needs to be turned on. If a user relies on a data roaming switch in the process of turning on and off a virtual card (SoftSim) and modifies the state of the roaming switch, the related problems are easily caused: the operation of the roaming switch in the process of starting the SottSim may cause failure of starting the SoftSim or overlong starting time; and closing the SoftSim process causes the entity card to establish a data link and generate data traffic.
Disclosure of Invention
An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is to provide a method and apparatus for turning on/off a roaming data network for a mobile terminal, so as to solve a problem that a user cannot normally use roaming data after purchasing a package due to a local activation failure, etc., and a problem that a user is charged a physical card during using SoftSim.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below in order to explain the present disclosure by referring to the figures.
At present, in a roaming state, a data roaming switch must be turned on (or automatically turned on) to establish a roaming data network link and normally surf the internet. And the user needs to turn on the data roaming switch in the process of turning on the Softsim and restore the original state after turning off the Softsim. For the operation of the data roaming switch and the change of the data roaming state, the following problems may occur:

For example, when a user requests to close a roaming data network for a virtual card, the following example steps may be performed: 1. in response to receiving a user-entered request to close the roaming data network for the virtual card, the virtual card application removes the virtual card from the encrypted space of the virtual card; 2. the card module deletes the ID of the virtual card from the database to close the roaming data network of the virtual card; 3. the data module judges whether the card ID of the data card is the ID of the virtual card; and when the card ID of the data card is not the ID of the virtual card, judging whether the data roaming switch is in an open state, if so, not closing the roaming data network of the entity card, and if not, closing the roaming data network of the entity card.
A method of opening a roaming data network according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure has been described above with reference to fig. 1 and 2. Hereinafter, an apparatus for opening a roaming data network and units thereof according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 illustrates a block diagram of an apparatus for a mobile terminal to turn on a roaming data network according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 3, the apparatus for opening a roaming data network for a mobile terminal includes an information acquisition unit 31, an opening manner determination unit 32, and a roaming network opening unit 33.
The information obtaining unit 31 is configured to obtain card information and/or setting information of the mobile terminal when a user requests to turn on the roaming data network.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the card information includes: card type information, card slot parameters. The card type information includes: entity card information, virtual card information. The card slot parameters include: card activation status parameter, card type parameter. The setting information includes: system data roaming switch setting information, card data roaming switch setting information. However, the above card information, card type information, card slot parameters, setting information are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The opening manner determination unit 32 is configured to determine an opening manner of the roaming data network according to the acquired card information and/or setting information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the opening manner determining unit 32 may be configured to: determining the card type according to the card type information in the card information; when the card type is a virtual card, determining the opening mode of the roaming data network as a mode based on the card slot parameters; when the card type is an entity card, in case that the mobile terminal has only one data roaming switch, the open mode of the roaming data network is determined as a mode based on the on-off state of the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the opening manner determining unit 32 may be configured to: under the condition that each card in the mobile terminal corresponds to one data roaming switch, determining the on-off state of the card data roaming switch of the current data card according to the card data roaming switch setting information in the setting information; and determining the starting mode of the roaming data network as a mode based on the switching state of the card data roaming switch of the current data card.
The roaming network starting unit 33 is configured to start the roaming data network according to the determined starting manner.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the roaming network starting unit 33 may be configured to: when the determined opening mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the card slot parameters, judging whether a current activation card of the mobile terminal is a virtual card or not according to the card slot parameters in the card information, and when the current activation card of the mobile terminal is the virtual card, opening the roaming data network; under the condition that the mobile terminal is provided with only one data roaming switch, when the determined starting mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the switching state of the system data roaming switch, whether the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal is in the starting state is judged according to the setting information of the system data roaming switch, and when the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal is in the starting state, the roaming data network is started.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the roaming network starting unit 33 may be configured to: under the condition that each card in the mobile terminal corresponds to one data roaming switch, when the determined opening mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the opening and closing state of the data roaming switch of the current data card, and when the data roaming switch of the current data card is in the opening state, the roaming data network is opened.
Fig. 4 illustrates a block diagram of an apparatus for a mobile terminal to turn off a roaming data network according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 4, the apparatus for closing a roaming data network for a mobile terminal includes an information acquisition unit 41, a closing manner determination unit 42, and a roaming network closing unit 43.
The information obtaining unit 41 is configured to obtain card information and/or setting information of the mobile terminal when the user requests to close the roaming data network.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the card information includes: card type information, card slot parameters. The card type information includes: entity card information, virtual card information. The card slot parameters include: card activation status parameter, card type parameter. The setting information includes: system data roaming setting information, card data roaming switch setting information. However, the above card information, card type information, card slot parameters, setting information are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The closing manner determining unit 42 is configured to determine a closing manner of the roaming data network based on the acquired card information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the closing manner determining unit 42 may be configured to: determining the card type according to the card type information in the card information; when the card type is a virtual card, determining a closing mode of the roaming data network as a mode for closing the virtual card; when the card type is a physical card, in case that the mobile terminal has only one data roaming switch, a closing manner of the roaming data network is determined as a manner based on an on-off state of a system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the closing manner determining unit 42 may be configured to: under the condition that each card in the mobile terminal corresponds to one data roaming switch, determining the on-off state of the card data roaming switch of the current data card according to the card data roaming switch setting information in the setting information; and determining the closing mode of the roaming data network as a mode based on the switch state of the card data roaming switch of the current data card.
The roaming network closing unit 43 is configured to close the roaming data network according to the determined closing manner.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the roaming network closing unit 43 may be configured to: when the determined closing mode of the roaming data network is a mode of closing the virtual card, closing the virtual card based on the card slot parameters; under the condition that the mobile terminal only has one data roaming switch, when the determined closing mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the opening and closing state of a system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal, judging whether the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal is in a closing state or not according to the system data roaming switch setting information in the setting information, and when the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal is in a closing state, closing the roaming data network.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the roaming network closing unit 43 may be configured to: under the condition that each card in the mobile terminal corresponds to one data roaming switch, when the determined closing mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the on-off state of the card data roaming switch of the current data card, and when the card data roaming switch of the current data card is in the closing state, the roaming data network is closed.
Furthermore, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium is also provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed, carries out the steps of the method of opening a roaming data network according to the present disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the computer readable storage medium may carry one or more programs which, when executed, implement the steps of: when a user requests to start a roaming data network, card information and/or setting information of a mobile terminal are/is acquired; determining an opening mode of a roaming data network according to the acquired card information and/or the setting information; and starting the roaming data network according to the determined starting mode, so that the starting of the roaming data network is independent of the switching state of the data roaming switch.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the computer readable storage medium may carry one or more programs which, when executed, implement the steps of: when a user requests to close a roaming data network, card information and/or setting information of a mobile terminal is acquired; determining a closing mode of a roaming data network according to the acquired card information; and closing the roaming data network according to the determined closing mode, thereby avoiding the problem that the entity card is charged under the condition that the user does not know.
A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a computer program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The computer program embodied on the computer readable storage medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing. The computer readable storage medium may be embodied in any device; it may also be present separately and not assembled into the device.
The apparatus for turning on a roaming data network for a mobile terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure has been described above with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Next, a computing device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a computing device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 5, a computing device 5 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a memory 51 and a processor 52, the memory 51 having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by the processor, implements a method of opening a roaming data network according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the computer program, when executed by a processor, may implement the steps of: when a user requests to start a roaming data network, card information and/or setting information of a mobile terminal are/is acquired; determining an opening mode of a roaming data network according to the acquired card information and/or the setting information; and starting the roaming data network according to the determined starting mode, so that the starting of the roaming data network is independent of the switching state of the data roaming switch.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the computer program, when executed by a processor, may implement the steps of: when a user requests to close a roaming data network, card information and/or setting information of a mobile terminal is acquired; determining a closing mode of a roaming data network according to the acquired card information; and closing the roaming data network according to the determined closing mode, thereby avoiding the problem that the entity card is charged under the condition that the user does not know.
The computing devices in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but are not limited to, devices such as mobile phones, notebook computers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), desktop computers, and the like. The computing device illustrated in fig. 5 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the functionality or scope of use of embodiments of the disclosure.
The method and apparatus for opening a roaming data network according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure have been described above with reference to fig. 1 to 5. However, it should be understood that: the apparatus for opening a roaming data network and units thereof shown in fig. 3 and 4 may be respectively configured as software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof to perform specific functions, the computing apparatus shown in fig. 5 is not limited to include the above-illustrated components, but some components may be added or deleted as needed, and the above components may also be combined.
According to the method and the device for starting the roaming data network for the mobile terminal, when a user requests to start the roaming data network, the card information and/or the setting information of the mobile terminal are acquired, the starting mode of the roaming data network is determined according to the acquired card information and/or the setting information, and then the roaming data network is started according to the determined starting mode, so that the starting of the roaming data network is independent of the switching state of the data roaming switch. According to the method and the device for closing the roaming data network for the mobile terminal, when a user requests to close the roaming data network, the card information and/or the setting information of the mobile terminal are/is acquired, the closing mode of the roaming data network is determined according to the acquired card information, and then the roaming data network is closed according to the determined closing mode, so that the problem that the entity card is deducted under the condition that the user does not know is solved.
While the present disclosure has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as defined by the following claims.

Claims (14)

1. A method for a mobile terminal to turn on a roaming data network, comprising:
when a user requests to start a roaming data network, card information and/or setting information of a mobile terminal are/is acquired;
determining an opening mode of a roaming data network according to the acquired card information and/or the setting information;
and starting the roaming data network according to the determined starting mode.
2. The method of opening a roaming data network of claim 1, wherein the card information includes: card type information, card slot parameters.
3. The method of opening a roaming data network of claim 2, wherein,
the card type information includes: entity card information and virtual card information;
the card slot parameters include: a card activation state parameter, a card type parameter;
the setting information includes: system data roaming switch setting information, card data roaming switch setting information.
4. Method of opening a roaming data network according to claim 3,
the step of determining the opening mode of the roaming data network according to the acquired card information comprises the following steps:
determining the card type according to the card type information in the card information;
when the card type is a virtual card, determining the opening mode of the roaming data network as a mode based on the card slot parameters;
when the card type is a physical card, the turn-on mode of the roaming data network is determined as a mode based on the on-off state of the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal, and/or,
wherein, the step of determining the opening mode of the roaming data network according to the acquired setting information comprises the following steps:
determining the on-off state of a card data roaming switch of the current data card according to the card data roaming switch setting information in the setting information;
and determining the starting mode of the roaming data network as a mode based on the switching state of the card data roaming switch of the current data card.
5. The method of opening a roaming data network of claim 4,
wherein, the step of starting the roaming data network according to the determined starting mode comprises the following steps:
when the determined opening mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the card slot parameters, judging whether a current activation card of the mobile terminal is a virtual card or not according to the card slot parameters in the card information, and when the current activation card of the mobile terminal is the virtual card, opening the roaming data network;
when the determined opening mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the opening and closing state of the system data roaming switch, judging whether the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal is in the opening state according to the system data roaming switch setting information, when the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal is in the opening state, opening the roaming data network, and/or,
wherein, the step of starting the roaming data network according to the determined starting mode comprises the following steps:
and when the determined opening mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the on-off state of the card data roaming switch of the current data card, opening the roaming data network when the card data roaming switch of the current data card is in the on state.
6. A method for a mobile terminal to turn off a roaming data network, comprising:
when a user requests to close a roaming data network, card information and/or setting information of a mobile terminal is acquired;
determining a closing mode of a roaming data network according to the acquired card information;
and closing the roaming data network according to the determined closing mode.
7. The method of shutting down a roaming data network of claim 6, wherein the card information includes: card type information, card slot parameters.
8. The method of shutting down a roaming data network of claim 7, wherein,
the card type information includes: entity card information and virtual card information;
the card slot parameters include: a card activation state parameter, a card type parameter;
the setting information includes: system data roaming switch setting information, card data roaming switch setting information.
9. The method of shutting down a roaming data network of claim 8,
the step of determining the closing mode of the roaming data network according to the acquired card information comprises the following steps:
determining the card type according to the card type information in the card information;
when the card type is a virtual card, determining a closing mode of the roaming data network as a mode for closing the virtual card;
when the card type is a physical card, a turn-off manner of the roaming data network is determined as a manner based on a switch state of a system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal, and/or,
the step of determining the closing mode of the roaming data network according to the acquired card information comprises the following steps:
determining the on-off state of a card data roaming switch of the current data card according to the card data roaming switch setting information in the setting information;
and determining the closing mode of the roaming data network as a mode based on the switch state of the card data roaming switch of the current data card.
10. The method of shutting down a roaming data network as claimed in claim 9,
wherein, the step of closing the roaming data network according to the determined closing mode comprises the following steps:
when the determined closing mode of the roaming data network is a mode of closing the virtual card, closing the virtual card based on the card slot parameters;
when the determined closing mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the on-off state of the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal, judging whether the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal is in a closing state according to the system data roaming switch setting information in the setting information, closing the roaming data network when the system data roaming switch of the mobile terminal is in the closing state, and/or,
wherein, the step of closing the roaming data network according to the determined closing mode comprises the following steps:
and when the determined closing mode of the roaming data network is a mode based on the on-off state of the card data roaming switch of the current data card, closing the roaming data network when the card data roaming switch of the current data card is in the closing state.
11. An apparatus for turning on a roaming data network for a mobile terminal, comprising:
an information acquisition unit configured to acquire card information and/or setting information of a mobile terminal when a user requests to start a roaming data network;
an open mode determining unit configured to determine an open mode of the roaming data network according to the acquired card information and/or the setting information; and
and the roaming network starting unit is configured to start the roaming data network according to the determined starting mode.
12. An apparatus for a mobile terminal to turn off a roaming data network, comprising:
an information acquisition unit configured to acquire card information and/or setting information of the mobile terminal when a user requests to close a roaming data network;
a closing mode determining unit configured to determine a closing mode of the roaming data network according to the acquired card information; and
and the roaming network closing unit is configured to close the roaming data network according to the determined closing mode.
13. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 10.
14. A computing device, comprising:
a processor;
memory storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
