The headphone of claim 2, wherein the abutting end comprises a barrier protruding from the adjusting rod, the barrier abuts against the speaker, a slope is provided at a position where the barrier abuts against the speaker, and when the speaker moves in the elastic direction, the slope on the barrier slides against the speaker.
4. The headset of claim 3, wherein the ramp is arcuate; the inclined plane on the barrier is abutted against the outer surface of the horn, and an arc-shaped surface matched with the inclined plane is arranged at the abutting position of the horn and the barrier.

The headphone of claim 1, wherein an elastic element is disposed between the ear shell and the speaker, one elastic end of the elastic element is connected to the ear shell, and the other elastic end of the elastic element is connected to an end of the speaker away from the speaker, wherein the elastic element includes an elastic portion and a locking portion, the elastic portion pushes the locking portion to open or close, the locking portion includes a locking cylinder, a locking seat, and at least two locking arms disposed on the ear shell, the elastic portion, the locking seat, and the two locking arms are disposed in the locking cylinder, one end of the elastic portion is connected to the ear shell, the other end of the elastic portion is connected to the locking seat, and the two locking arms are connected to opposite sides of the ear shell.

The headset of claim 1, wherein the headband comprises a fixed portion and two adjustment portions, the fixed portion being annular, one of the adjustment portions being connected to one of the headset portions, a connecting rod being provided on a side of the adjustment portion facing away from the headset portions, the connecting rod being telescopically connected to the fixed portion.
7. The headphone of claim 6, wherein the headband further comprises a foldable enclosure that encases the connecting rod, wherein one end of the foldable enclosure is connected to the fixing portion and the other end of the foldable enclosure is connected to the adjustment portion.
8. A headphone as claimed in claim 2 wherein the face of the earshell facing the earmuff is provided with a sliding slot, the adjustable support being mounted in the sliding slot and slidable along the sliding slot.
9. The headphone of claim 8 wherein the earshell has at least four mounting blocks protruding from the surface facing the earmuff, the at least four mounting blocks being spaced apart from each other and arranged along the circumference of the speaker, the spacing between two adjacent mounting blocks forming the sliding groove.
10. The headphone of claim 9 wherein the mounting block has a limiting platform extending toward the adjacent mounting block on an end surface facing the adjacent mounting block, a gap is provided between the limiting platform and the earshell, and the adjusting rod is clamped between the limiting platform and the earshell.
