Description

Generator output voltage wiring device and control protection method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of generators, in particular to a generator output voltage wiring device and a control protection method thereof.
Background
The diesel generating set is used as a standby and main power generation power supply and is widely applied in the international society at present. In the international construction machinery and electrical equipment rental market, particularly in the field of industrial power utilization, because industrial equipment power utilization requires power supplies of different voltages (e.g., three-phase 230V and three-phase 460V in philippine countries, american countries and regions: three-phase 220V and three-phase 440V-480V), it is often necessary to modify the output voltage of the generator in order to be able to provide the equipment with a power supply of a suitable regulated voltage.
In order to change the output voltage of the generator, in the early stage of the generator unit industry, the star-type parallel connection is changed into the switching series-connection star-type connection by opening a generator connection box and manually changing a generator winding connection method. However, the space of the generator wiring box is limited, and a professional is required to manually change the wiring mode, so that the requirement of simple and quick operation of a general user cannot be met. The mode that change wiring is replaced by a change-over switch and a contactor switch in later stage upgrading is adopted, although the output voltage of the generator is automatically switched, the switch such as the change-over switch and the contactor does not have the functions of overload and short-circuit protection of the load current of the generator winding and overvoltage protection, and meanwhile, the switch edges are easily fused or blocked by electric arcs generated when the switch is frequently switched for a long time, so that accidents and potential safety hazards such as burning of the internal winding of the generator occur, however, an effective solution and a control protection method are not available in the market at present.
