Further explaining the use function, referring to fig. 2 to fig. 7, the connector 10 is installed on the electrical apparatus 30 from inside to outside, so that the plugging pipe 13 and the cover 23 are exposed, when the connector 10 is used, the plugging pipe 13 can be plugged into an external connector to form an electrical conduction state, so that the pin 14 of the connector 10 has functions of supplying power and transmitting signals, when the connector 10 is not used, the cover 23 of the protection cover 20 can cover the plugging pipe 13 of the connector 10 to have a dustproof effect, further, the cover 23 can allow the outer ring portion 24 to be sleeved on the outer edge of the plugging pipe 13 by bending deformation of the linking belt 21, and the clamping strips 241 of the outer ring portion 24 are used to form multiple clamps for the plugging pipe 13, and the unclamped portions can form a gap capable of exhausting air inside the cover 23, the outer ring portion 24 can easily fit the insertion tube 13, the depth of the outer ring portion 24 is greater than that of the inner ring portion 25, the outer ring portion 24 stably fits the insertion tube 13 and then the inner ring portion 25 is squeezed into the receiving space 131 of the insertion tube 13, so as to form a clamping and fixing of the outer ring portion 24 and the inner ring portion 25 to the insertion tube 13, thereby having an easy-to-close function on the premise of stable closing, the limiting groove 251 and the inner shrinking plane 252 of the inner ring portion 25 can allow a user to visually and quickly align the insertion tube 13 and the cover 23 during the closing action, and the cover 23 can not form a torsional deformation of the chain connecting belt 21 during the closing of the insertion tube 13 by the aligning of the limiting groove 251 and the limiting strip 135 and the aligning of the inner shrinking plane 252 and the protruding strip 134, in another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 8 and 9, an inclined opening 243 is formed on the outer ring portion 24 of the cover 23, and a relatively lower end of the inclined opening 243 is located at an end of the cover 23 connected to the chain belt 21, so that the cover 23 can partially cover the splicing pipe 13 in an inclined state by using the end of the chain belt 21 as a swing fulcrum and matching with the inclined opening 243, thereby reducing the swing amplitude of the cover 23, not only achieving the function of protecting the chain belt 21, but also improving the smoothness of the covering operation.

Claims (10)

1. A waterproof connector having a protective cover, characterized in that the waterproof connector having a protective cover comprises:
a connector, which comprises a linking tube, a locking seat and an inserting tube formed in sequence, a plurality of pins are inserted between the linking tube and the inserting tube, a convex ring is formed on the outer edge of the locking seat, and a tightening groove facing the direction of the inserting pipe is formed by the surrounding of the convex ring, an accommodating space is formed in the inner concave of the inserting pipe, the pins are convexly arranged in the accommodating space, so that the plug-in pipe can be plugged outwards and is conducted through the pins to form power supply and communication functions, an evasion groove is formed on the outer surface of the plug-in pipe inwards towards the accommodating space, the inner surface of the plug pipe is provided with a convex strip due to the forming of the dodging groove, and the dodging groove extends from one end of the plug pipe close to the tightening groove to one end of the plug pipe far away from the tightening groove along the axial direction of the plug pipe; and
a protective cover, the protective cover is a linking belt connected with a gasket and a cover body, the gasket is provided with a through hole for sleeving the splicing pipe, the gasket is arranged at the fastening groove of the locking seat, the gasket protrudes out of the fastening groove and can be elastically extruded to form a waterproof effect, the linking belt is formed at the inner edge of the through hole and is accommodated in the dodging groove, so that the linking belt is hidden and does not influence the outward penetration of the splicing pipe, the cover body is provided with an outer ring part and an inner ring part, the depth of the outer ring part is larger than that of the inner ring part, the cover body is sleeved on the splicing pipe by the outer ring part, the inner ring part is inserted into the splicing pipe, so that the splicing pipe is clamped and fixed by the outer ring part and the inner ring part, and an inner shrinking plane is formed on the inner ring part, and the inner contracting plane dodges the convex strip, and the cooperation of the convex strip and the inner contracting plane enables the cover body and the plug-in pipe to relatively prevent rotation.
2. The waterproof connector with a protective cover according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of screw holes are formed on a surface of the tightening groove of the locking seat, and a plurality of through holes are formed on the spacer of the protective cover corresponding to the screw holes.
3. The waterproof connector with protective cover as claimed in claim 2, wherein a plurality of protrusions are protruded from the locking seat in a direction toward the link pipe, and a metal screw is fixed to each protrusion in a covering manner, and the screw hole is formed by the metal screw.

The waterproof connector with the protective cover according to claim 1, wherein an annular groove is formed on the connector in a concave manner between the tightening groove and the insertion pipe, and a ring is protruded from the gasket at the periphery of the through hole and is accommodated in the annular groove.
5. The waterproof connector with the protective cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein a retaining wall is protruded from a bottom surface of the receiving space, and the retaining wall is spaced between the pins and is blocked between the pins by a height of the retaining wall, so that the pins do not contact with each other when they are tilted.
6. The waterproof connector with the protective cover according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of clamping strips are convexly provided on the inner surface of the outer ring portion of the cover body, the clamping strips abut against the plug pipe, and the contact area between the outer ring portion and the plug pipe is reduced by the clamping strips.
7. The waterproof connector with the protective cover as claimed in claim 6, wherein an inclined surface is formed on the clamping strip adjacent to the opening of the outer ring portion, and the cover is guided by the inclined surface to be sleeved into the insertion tube.
8. The watertight connector having a protective cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein an arc recess is formed at a middle section of the link belt, and an elastic deformation position of the link belt is controlled by the arc recess.
9. The waterproof connector with a protective cover according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall surface of the insertion tube is provided with a protruding limit strip, and the inner ring portion of the cover body is provided with a concave limit groove, so that the cover body can receive the limit strip with the limit groove, thereby maintaining the fixed covering position of the cover body and the insertion tube.
10. The waterproof connector with the protective cover according to claim 1, wherein an inclined opening is formed in an outer circumferential portion of the cover body, and a relatively lower end of the inclined opening is located at an end of the cover body to which the linking band is connected.
