According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the system carries out data cleaning, intelligent identification and risk model establishment on the data of the urban gate, and carries out real-time early warning on a safety event; the system carries out cooperative command and scheduling based on the urban panoramic image, and carries out whole-course tracking, command and scheduling and comprehensive study and judgment analysis on the disposal process of the urban checkpoint safety protection emergency, so that the whole command and scheduling process is more visual, convenient and efficient.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flow diagram of handling a general alert situation according to an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, a flow of handling a general alert according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s401, checking intelligent recognition alarm conditions through video intelligent analysis and security check equipment, and carrying out intelligent early warning through a bayonet platform;
step S402, reporting the intelligent early warning to a city gate instruction control center in real time;
step S403, reporting early warning information for intelligent research and judgment through a big data analysis technology and a dynamic risk early warning technology, and reporting an alarm event as a general alarm;
s404, positioning the alarm position by a GIS space matching technology;
s405, dispatching the police strength resources around the police condition by using a multimedia fusion command dispatching technology, and keeping to the site for disposal;
step S406, performing disposal condition feedback in real time after the alert disposal is finished;
and step S407, the city gate instruction control center performs full-flow tracking of the alarm handling process through a large-screen visualization system, and performs real-time visualization display.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a flow diagram for handling a significant alert situation according to one embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 5, a flow of handling a fatal warning situation according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step S501, checking intelligent recognition alarm conditions through video intelligent analysis and security check equipment, and carrying out intelligent early warning through a bayonet platform;
step S502, intelligent early warning is reported to an urban gate instruction control center in real time;
step S503, reporting the early warning information for intelligent research and judgment through a big data analysis technology and a dynamic risk early warning technology, and reporting the alarm event as a major alarm;
step S504, the alarm position is positioned through a GIS space matching technology;
step S505, utilizing a multimedia fusion command scheduling technology to schedule warning situation peripheral police resources to rush to a site for disposal;
step S506, starting a major warning situation disposal plan;
step S507, dispatching emergency resources such as public security, fire fighting, medical treatment, public security and the like to carry out combined operation;
step S508, after finishing the alert treatment, feeding back the treatment condition in real time;
and step S509, the city gate instruction control center carries out full-flow tracking on the alarm handling process through a large-screen visualization system, and real-time visualization display is carried out.
The following describes embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention, which can be used to execute the above-mentioned security information data processing method of the present invention.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a block diagram of a secure information data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 6, a secure information data processing apparatus 600 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the receiving module 601 is configured to receive security information data reported by the city gate device;
a positioning module 602, configured to position the security information data and determine location information of the security information data;
the processing module 603 is configured to obtain a peripheral schedulable resource according to the location information, and schedule the resource to process the security information data.
For details which are not disclosed in embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention, reference is made to the above-described method of processing secure information data of the first aspect of the present invention for details which are not disclosed in embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention, since each functional module of the secure information data processing apparatus of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention corresponds to a step of the above-described exemplary embodiment of the method of processing secure information data of the first aspect.
Referring now to FIG. 7, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 700 suitable for use with the electronic device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The computer system 700 of the electronic device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer system 700 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for system operation are also stored. The CPU701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other via a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
To the I/O interface 705, AN input section 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like, AN output section 707 including a keyboard such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a liquid crystal display (L CD), and the like, a speaker, and the like, a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like, and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a L AN card, a modem, and the like, the communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet, a drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as necessary, a removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, AN optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, and the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the invention include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer program executes the above-described functions defined in the system of the present application when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 701.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software, or may be implemented by hardware, and the described units may also be disposed in a processor. Wherein the names of the elements do not in some way constitute a limitation on the elements themselves.
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the electronic device described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs, which when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to implement the security information data processing method as in the above embodiments.
For example, the electronic device described above may implement as shown in fig. 1: step S110, receiving safety information data reported by the urban gate equipment; step S120, positioning the safety information data and determining the position information of the safety information data; step S130, obtaining the schedulable resources around according to the location information, and scheduling the resources to process the security information data.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiment of the present invention can be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which can be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which can be a personal computer, a server, a touch terminal, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. A method for processing security information data, comprising:
receiving safety information data reported by the urban gate equipment;
positioning the safety information data to determine the position information of the safety information data;
and acquiring peripheral schedulable resources according to the position information so as to realize the processing of the safety information data.
2. The method for processing security information data according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the security information data reported by the city gate device, the method further comprises:
and identifying the data detected by the urban gate equipment, identifying safety information data and reporting the safety information data.
3. The method for processing security information data according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the security information data reported by the city gate device, the method further comprises:
and carrying out risk rating on the safety information data through a preset risk database, and determining the risk level of the safety information data, wherein the risk level at least comprises a general risk and a serious risk.
4. The method for processing safety information data according to claim 1, wherein the positioning the safety information data to determine the position information of the safety information data comprises:
and acquiring spatial position information and surrounding geographical form information of a reporting position from a preset geographical spatial database according to the reported safety information data, and generating position information of the safety information data.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the scheduling the resource to process the security information data comprises:
and when the risk level of the safety information data is a general risk, scheduling resources around the position information to process the safety information data.
6. The secure information data processing method according to claim 5, characterized by further comprising:
when the risk level of the safety information data is serious, scheduling first resources around the position information to process the safety information data, and starting a corresponding risk disposal plan;
scheduling a second resource to execute the risk handling plan to process the security information data.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the peripheral schedulable resource according to the location information and the scheduling of the resource to process the security information data further comprises:
and receiving and displaying the safety information data disposal information reported by the scheduled resources in the process of processing the safety information data.
8. A secure information data processing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the safety information data reported by the urban gate equipment;
the positioning module is used for positioning the safety information data and determining the position information of the safety information data;
and the processing module is used for acquiring peripheral schedulable resources according to the position information and scheduling the resources to process the safety information data.
9. A secure information data processing system, comprising: the system comprises city gate equipment, a gate platform and a city command control server; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the city gate device is used for checking the object to be checked, acquiring the safety information data and reporting the safety information data to the gate platform;
the checkpoint platform is used for receiving the safety information data reported by the urban checkpoint equipment, integrating the safety information data and sending the integrated safety information data to the urban command and control server;
the city command control server is used for positioning the safety information data and determining the position information of the safety information data; and acquiring peripheral schedulable resources according to the position information, and scheduling the resources to process the safety information data.
10. A computer-readable medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when being executed by a processor, implementing the secure information data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the secure information data processing method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
