Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, a construction system and a computer storage medium for converting a two-dimensional CAD drawing into three-dimensional spraying system model data, which are used for quickly converting the two-dimensional CAD spraying drawing into the three-dimensional spraying system model data for modeling, reducing the time cost of modeling and more efficiently and conveniently realizing the requirement of converting the CAD drawing into the three-dimensional model data. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring input data for modeling a spraying system, wherein the input data comprises parameter data, two-dimensional CAD base map information and three-dimensional data; establishing model data of a spraying system; and generating a three-dimensional spraying system model according to the input data of the spraying system modeling and the spraying system model data.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for converting a two-dimensional CAD drawing into three-dimensional spraying system model data, a construction system and a computer storage medium.
Background
In the whole life cycle of a building, the drawings of a spraying system drawing provided by a designer need to be converted into an objective three-dimensional model system, so that the problem can be found more intuitively by combining the three-dimensional model system as soon as possible, the designer is reversely prompted to design a more accurate model system, rework is reduced, and the overall efficiency is improved. Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the processor 502 is configured to invoke the operation instruction, and specifically is configured to execute the following steps:
determining a first CAD line entity as a main pipe graphic primitive according to the spray pipe graphic layer selected by the spray pipe graphic layer information and a water inlet main pipe position point;
determining the water flow direction of the main pipe primitive;
reconstructing a first spray tree according to the spray pipe layer information, wherein the first spray tree comprises a first primitive pipe and a first sub primitive pipe;
reconstructing a second spray tree according to the spray header layer information, wherein the second spray tree comprises a second primitive tube and a second daughter primitive tube;
and when only the water outlet ends of the first element pipe and the first sub-element pipe, and only the connecting spray heads of the second element pipe and the second sub-element pipe are provided, calculating the total number of the spray heads which need to supply water for each sub-element pipe.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the three-dimensional spraying system model includes: horizontal shower, shower head, vertical shower, pipe fitting.

Claims (3)
1. A method for converting a two-dimensional CAD drawing into three-dimensional spraying system model data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring input data for modeling a spraying system, wherein the input data comprises parameter data, two-dimensional CAD base map information and three-dimensional data;
establishing model data of a spraying system;
generating a three-dimensional spraying system model according to the input data of the spraying system modeling and the spraying system model data;
wherein the parameter data comprises: the corresponding relation between the pipe diameter of the pipeline and the number of the spray heads, the type of the spray heads of the real model and the connection mode of the drawings and the patterns of the spray heads; the two-dimensional CAD base map information includes: spray pipe layer information and spray head layer information; the three-dimensional data includes: pipeline offset, spray head offset, three-dimensional floor height and three-dimensional model family;
the establishing of the spraying system model data comprises the following steps:
establishing a spraying system tree-shaped data structure consisting of element spraying pipes;
the spraying system tree-shaped data structure comprises a water inlet end drawing two-dimensional coordinate StartPoint, a water outlet end drawing two-dimensional coordinate EndPoint, a self spraying Pipe, pipe Diameter information Diameter, directly connected spraying heads PenTouCount and a sub-element Pipe SubPipe, wherein one element spraying Pipe is at most associated with one direct spraying head legend, and the rest spraying heads are from the sub-element Pipe;
or the establishing of the spraying system model data comprises:
determining a first CAD line entity as a main pipe graphic element according to a spray pipe graphic layer selected by spray pipe graphic layer information and a water inlet main pipe position point;
determining the water flow direction of the main pipe primitive;
reconstructing a first spraying tree according to the spraying pipe layer information, wherein the first spraying tree comprises a first element pipe and a first sub element pipe;
reconstructing a second spray tree according to the spray header layer information, wherein the second spray tree comprises a second primitive pipe and a second daughter primitive pipe;
when only the water outlet ends of the first element pipe and the first sub-element pipe, and the second element pipe and the second sub-element pipe are provided with and only connected with spray heads, calculating the total number of the spray heads which need to supply water for each sub-element pipe;
the three-dimensional spray system model includes: horizontal shower, shower head, vertical shower, pipe fitting.
2. A system for converting two-dimensional CAD drawings into three-dimensional spray system model data, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring input data for modeling of the spraying system, wherein the input data comprises parameter data, two-dimensional CAD base map information and three-dimensional data;
the establishing module is used for establishing model data of the spraying system;
the generating module is used for generating a three-dimensional spraying system model according to the input data of the spraying system modeling and the spraying system model data;
wherein the parameter data comprises: the corresponding relation between the pipe diameter of the pipeline and the number of the spray heads, the type of the spray heads of the real model and the connection mode of the drawings and the patterns of the spray heads; the two-dimensional CAD base map information includes: spray pipe layer information and spray header layer information; the three-dimensional data includes: pipeline offset, spray head offset, three-dimensional floor height and three-dimensional model family;
the establishing module is specifically used for establishing a spraying system tree-shaped data structure consisting of the meta-spraying pipes;
the spraying system tree-shaped data structure comprises a water inlet end drawing two-dimensional coordinate StartPoint, a water outlet end drawing two-dimensional coordinate EndPoint, a self spraying Pipe, pipe Diameter information Diameter, directly connected spraying heads PenTouCount and a sub-element Pipe SubPipe, wherein one element spraying Pipe is at most associated with one direct spraying head legend, and the rest spraying heads are from the sub-element Pipe;
or the establishing module is specifically used for determining a first CAD line entity as a main pipe primitive according to the spray pipe layer selected by the spray pipe layer information and the water inlet main pipe position point; determining the water flow direction of the main pipe primitive; reconstructing a first spraying tree according to the spraying pipe layer information, wherein the first spraying tree comprises a first element pipe and a first sub element pipe; reconstructing a second spray tree according to the spray header layer information, wherein the second spray tree comprises a second element pipe and a second sub element pipe; when only the water outlet ends of the first element pipe and the first sub-element pipe, and the second element pipe and the second sub-element pipe are provided with and only connected with spray heads, calculating the total number of the spray heads which need to supply water for each sub-element pipe;
the three-dimensional spray system model comprises: horizontal shower, shower head, vertical shower, pipe fitting.
3. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of converting a two-dimensional CAD drawing into three-dimensional spray system model data as claimed in claim 1.
