In one embodiment, step S208, that is, after the step of downloading the target work order according to the first identity after the download request passes the validity verification of the management terminal, the work order processing method specifically further includes: readjusting the downloading state of the target work order to be prohibited from downloading; and when the target work order is downloaded again according to the first identity corresponding to the download request, returning to the step of acquiring the management identity when the download state of the target work order to be downloaded is forbidden, generating the download request according to the management identity, the first identity and the work order number of the target work order, and sending the download request to the management terminal logged in through the management identity.
Specifically, when an operator who authorizes a target work order in a download prohibited state to be downloaded again downloads the target work order, the download terminal may readjust the download status of the target work order to be download prohibited. Meanwhile, the worksheet management server can delete the corresponding first identity in the identity list which is authorized to be downloaded before. When the target work order is downloaded again according to the first identity corresponding to the downloading request, the target work order cannot be downloaded again directly, the step of acquiring the management identity when the downloading state of the target work order to be downloaded is forbidden, generating the downloading request according to the management identity, the first identity and the work order number of the target work order, and sending the downloading request to the management terminal logged in through the management identity so as to acquire the downloading authority again can be returned.
In the above embodiment, the downloading state of the re-downloaded target work order is readjusted to prohibit downloading, and when the first identity identifier of the re-downloaded target work order wants to download the target work order again, the downloading request is required to be reinitiated, and the downloading authority is obtained again to download the target work order, so that the repeated downloading of the same work order is effectively avoided.
In one embodiment, the work order processing method specifically further includes: determining a mobile device corresponding to the device identifier bound with the first identity identifier; importing the downloaded target work order to the mobile equipment; the mobile device is used for generating test results based on the target worksheet.
Specifically, the operator registers the corresponding mobile device through the first identity, and the first identity is bound with the device identifier of the corresponding mobile device. The download terminal is provided with an external interface, the mobile device can be connected with the download terminal through the external interface of the download terminal, and when the mobile device is successfully connected to the download terminal, the download terminal can determine the mobile device corresponding to the device identifier bound with the first identity identifier. The download terminal may import the downloaded target work order to the mobile device. After receiving the target work order, the mobile equipment is carried to a test site by an operator to carry out a test, and generates a test result based on the target work order, and the mobile equipment can feed back the test result to the downloading terminal.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the work order management system includes a work order management server, a download terminal, a management terminal, and a mobile device. And an operator can directly download the target work order from the work order management server through a first identity identifier, namely the account password downloading terminal when the downloading state of the target work order to be downloaded is downloadable, and adjust the downloading state of the target work order to be prohibited from downloading. When the downloading state of the target work order to be downloaded is that downloading is forbidden, the downloading terminal acquires the management identifier corresponding to the manager from the work order management server, generates a downloading request according to the first identifier corresponding to the operator, the management identifier corresponding to the manager and the work order number of the target work order, and sends the downloading request to the management terminal. The download request can be authorized through the management terminal for managing account login, an authorization instruction is generated, and the shoulder authorization instruction is sent to the work order management server. And the work order management server adds the first identity corresponding to the authorization instruction into the identity list for authorization downloading. The authorized personnel logs in the downloading terminal again through the first identity mark, and can download the target work order in the forbidden state. The mobile device can be connected with the downloading terminal through the USB interface, is loaded with an application program for managing the target work order, and receives the target work order through the application program. The operator carries the mobile equipment to the test site to test, and records the test result on the mobile equipment, the mobile equipment can send the test result to the downloading terminal, and the downloading terminal only receives the test result uploaded by the mobile equipment of the last downloaded target work order, and other test results are invalid test results.
In the above embodiment, by importing the downloaded target work order into the mobile device, the operator may carry the mobile device to the test site, and further perform the test according to the target work order in the mobile device. Thus, the convenience of the test is improved, and the test efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps of fig. 2 are shown sequentially in order, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially in order. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2 described above may include a plurality of sub-steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of execution of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps or other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, there is provided a work order processing apparatus 400 comprising: an acquisition module 401, a download module 402, a generation module 403, and a determination module 404, wherein:
The obtaining module 401 is configured to obtain a download status of a target work order to be downloaded, where the download status corresponds to the first identity identifier.
And the downloading module 402 is configured to directly download the target work order when the download status of the target work order to be downloaded is downloadable, and adjust the download status of the target work order to be prohibited from downloading.
The generating module 403 is configured to obtain the management identity when the download status of the target work order to be downloaded is prohibited from being downloaded, generate a download request according to the management identity, the first identity and the work order number of the target work order, and send the download request to the management terminal logged in through the management identity.
The downloading module 402 is further configured to download the target work order according to the first identity identifier after the downloading request passes the validity verification of the management terminal; the downloaded target worksheet is used to perform the trial.
And the determining module 404 is configured to determine, according to the time sequence of downloading the target worksheet, a second identity of the last downloaded target worksheet, and receive a test result corresponding to the second identity.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module 401 is further configured to obtain the first identity identifier, and send the first identity identifier to the job management server; the worksheet management server stores a candidate identity list bound with each worksheet; the sent first identity is used for indicating the worksheet management server, and the first identity is compared with the candidate identities in the candidate identity list.
In one embodiment, the downloading module 402 is further configured to directly download the target work order according to the first identity after the downloading request passes the validity verification of the management terminal; or after the download request passes the validity verification of the management terminal, the download state of the target work order is adjusted to be downloadable according to the first identity mark, and the download state is adjusted to be the downloadable target work order.
In one embodiment, the download module 402 is further configured to instruct, after the download request passes the validity verification of the management terminal, the worksheet management server to add the first identity identifier to the identity identifier list authorized to be downloaded based on the authorization instruction through an authorization instruction generated by the management terminal according to the download request; the identity mark in the authorized downloaded identity mark list has the authority of re-downloading the target work order in the download forbidden state; and downloading the target work order according to the first identity mark after the first identity mark is added into the identity mark list authorized to be downloaded.
In one embodiment, the download module 402 is further configured to re-acquire the first identity, and send the first identity to the job management server; the sent first identity is used for indicating a worksheet management server, and the first identity is compared with all the identities in the identity list authorized to be downloaded; and when the first identity mark exists in the identity mark list authorized to be downloaded, downloading the target work order sent by the work order management server.
In one embodiment, the determining module 404 is further configured to determine a mobile device corresponding to the device identifier bound to the first identity identifier.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the work order processing apparatus 400 further includes: a presentation module 405, an adjustment module 406, a return module 407, and an import module 408, wherein:
and the display module 405 is configured to display, when the first identity exists in the candidate identity list, a target work order to be downloaded, which corresponds to the first identity.
And an adjustment module 406 for readjusting the download status of the target work order to prohibit the download.
The return module 407 is configured to return to, when the target work order is downloaded again according to the first identity corresponding to the download request, the step of acquiring the management identity when the download status of the target work order to be downloaded is prohibited from downloading, generating the download request according to the management identity, the first identity and the work order number of the target work order, and sending the download request to the management terminal logged in through the management identity.
An importing module 408, configured to import the downloaded target work order to the mobile device; the mobile device is used for generating test results based on the target worksheet.
The work order processing device can avoid repeated downloading of the same work order by adjusting the downloading state of the downloaded work order to be prohibited from downloading. When other operators download the work order which is not responsible for themselves due to misoperation, the downloading state of the work order becomes forbidden to download, and the operators responsible for the work order can initiate a downloading request to a work order management server to obtain the authority of normally downloading the work order when the operators responsible for the work order are influenced to download the work order normally. The downloaded worksheets are used to perform the test, and the test corresponds to the test result. For each work order, only the test result corresponding to the identity of the operator who downloads the work order finally is a valid test result, and the other test results are invalid test results. Therefore, the downloading state of each work order can be effectively controlled, repeated downloading of the same work order is avoided, repeated execution of the test is caused, and for the work order downloaded by mistake, the corresponding operator can request the re-downloading authority, the situation that the test cannot be executed in time due to incapability of downloading the work order is avoided, the work order processing state is effectively managed, and the test efficiency is improved.
The specific limitation of the work order processing apparatus may be referred to as limitation of the work order processing method hereinabove, and will not be described herein. The various modules in the above-described work order processing apparatus may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, or a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be the download terminal 102 in fig. 1, and the internal structure diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a work order processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided that includes a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the work order processing method described above. The steps of the work order processing method herein may be the steps of the work order processing method of the above-described respective embodiments.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the work order processing method described above. The steps of the work order processing method herein may be the steps of the work order processing method of the above-described respective embodiments.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples merely represent a few embodiments of the present application, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements could be made without departing from the spirit of the present application, which would be within the scope of the present application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the claims appended hereto.

Claims (10)

1. A work order processing method, comprising:
acquiring a downloading state of a target work order to be downloaded, which corresponds to the first identity;
when the downloading state of the target work order to be downloaded is downloadable, directly downloading the target work order, and adjusting the downloading state of the target work order to be prohibited from downloading;
when the downloading state of the target work order to be downloaded is prohibited from downloading, acquiring a management identity, generating a downloading request according to the management identity, the first identity and the work order number of the target work order, and sending the downloading request to a management terminal logged in through the management identity;
After the downloading request passes the validity verification of the management terminal, an authorization instruction generated by the management terminal according to the downloading request indicates a worker management server to add the first identity identifier into an identity identifier list authorized to download based on the authorization instruction; the identity in the authorized downloading identity list has the authority to re-download the target work order in the download forbidden state;
re-acquiring the first identity identifier and sending the first identity identifier to the work order management server; the sent first identity is used for indicating the worksheet management server to compare the first identity with all identities in the identity list authorized to be downloaded;
downloading the target work order sent by the work order management server when the first identity identifier exists in the identity identifier list authorized to be downloaded; the downloaded target worksheet is used for executing a test;
and determining a second identity mark of the target work order to be downloaded finally according to the time sequence of downloading the target work order, and receiving a test result corresponding to the second identity mark.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the download status of the target work order to be downloaded corresponding to the first identity, the method further comprises:
acquiring a first identity identifier and sending the first identity identifier to a work order management server; the worksheet management server stores a candidate identity list bound with each worksheet; the sent first identity is used for indicating the work order management server, and the first identity is compared with the candidate identities in the candidate identity list;
and when the first identity exists in the candidate identity list, displaying a target work order to be downloaded, which corresponds to the first identity.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein downloading the target work order sent by the work order management server when the first identity exists in the identity list authorized to be downloaded, comprises:
when the first identity is in the identity list authorized to download, directly downloading the target work order sent by the work order management server; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
When the first identity is in the identity list authorized to download, the downloading state of the target work order sent by the work order management server is adjusted to be downloadable, and the downloading state is adjusted to be downloadable.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after downloading the target work order sent by the work order management server when the first identity exists in the identity list authorized to be downloaded, the method further comprises:
readjusting the downloading state of the target work order to be prohibited from downloading;
and returning to the step of acquiring a management identity when the download state of the target work order to be downloaded is prohibited when the target work order is downloaded again according to the first identity corresponding to the download request, generating a download request according to the management identity, the first identity and the work order number of the target work order, and sending the download request to a management terminal logged in through the management identity.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
Determining a mobile device corresponding to the device identifier bound with the first identity identifier;
importing the downloaded target work order to the mobile equipment; the mobile device is used for generating a test result based on the target work order.
6. A work order processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the downloading state of the target work order to be downloaded, which corresponds to the first identity identifier;
the downloading module is used for directly downloading the target work order when the downloading state of the target work order to be downloaded is downloadable, and adjusting the downloading state of the target work order to be prohibited from downloading;
the generation module is used for acquiring a management identity mark when the downloading state of the target work order to be downloaded is prohibited, generating a downloading request according to the management identity mark, the first identity mark and the work order number of the target work order, and sending the downloading request to a management terminal logged in through the management identity mark;
the download module is further used for indicating a worker management server to add the first identity identifier to an identity identifier list authorized to download based on the authorization instruction through an authorization instruction generated by the management terminal according to the download request after the download request passes the validity verification of the management terminal; the identity in the authorized downloading identity list has the authority to re-download the target work order in the download forbidden state; re-acquiring the first identity identifier and sending the first identity identifier to the work order management server; the sent first identity is used for indicating the worksheet management server to compare the first identity with all identities in the identity list authorized to be downloaded; downloading the target work order sent by the work order management server when the first identity identifier exists in the identity identifier list authorized to be downloaded; the downloaded target worksheet is used for executing a test;
And the determining module is used for determining a second identity mark of the target work order to be downloaded finally according to the time sequence of downloading the target work order and receiving a test result corresponding to the second identity mark.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the acquisition module is further configured to acquire a first identity and send the first identity to a worksheet management server; the worksheet management server stores a candidate identity list bound with each worksheet; the sent first identity is used for indicating the work order management server, and the first identity is compared with the candidate identities in the candidate identity list;
the apparatus further comprises:
and the display module is used for displaying the target work order to be downloaded, which corresponds to the first identity, when the first identity exists in the candidate identity list.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the adjusting module is used for readjusting the downloading state of the target work order to be prohibited from downloading;
and the return module is used for returning to the step of acquiring a management identity when the download state of the target work order to be downloaded is forbidden to download when the target work order is downloaded again according to the first identity corresponding to the download request, generating a download request according to the management identity, the first identity and the work order number of the target work order, and sending the download request to a management terminal logged in through the management identity.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
