S305: and the visitor tracking unit is used for monitoring and tracking visitors accessing the written works and feeding back the visitors to the written works in real time.

The S305 visitor tracking unit is a processing unit, and the S305 visitor tracking unit is cooperated with the S303 account book management unit and the S306 account management unit through an internal visitor tracking running mechanism to monitor and track visitors of the literary works in real time and feed back the visitors to a righter in real time.

S306: and the account management unit is used for creating and managing account data of the right and the visitor, storing an authentic key of the literary works and verifying the behavior of the right and the visitor entering the management environment. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1. s306 the account management unit creates a management environment account for each obligee or visitor and assigns a unique identification ID to the management environment account. The patron or visitor exercise the associated rights in the administrative environment through the unique identification ID. The operation of the authentication key has been described in detail in describing the method proposed by the present invention, and is not described herein again.

In addition, the right and the visitor can also complete the account data by themselves through the account management unit of S306, including: nicknames, professions, regions, etc., form more complete user data.

S307: and the central processing unit is used for responding to user instructions, scheduling each unit in the device and interacting with programs, software, elements or equipment outside the device. For example:

The literary work management system is a core framework of the platform.

S402: works of calligraphy evaluation system, works of calligraphy evaluation system include intelligent evaluation and two kinds of aassessment modes of manual evaluation, and the machine is evaluateed and is responsible for carrying out preliminary evaluation to the works of calligraphy of right interest person, and the aassessment content includes: the manual evaluation is responsible for comprehensively evaluating the literary works of the authorized persons, and the evaluation content comprises the following steps: the maturity, the completeness, the novelty, the reading experience, the content quality, the ideality and the like of the written works.

The obligee can strive for better service for own written works on the platform through the S402 written work evaluation system, and the method comprises the following steps: directional recommendation, emphasis display, etc.

S403: the literary work display space provides literary work display and recommendation service for the rightful person, provides browsing and inquiring service for the visitor, and provides communication and butt joint service for the rightful person and the visitor. The representations of the literary work display space include, but are not limited to: web pages, computer client software, mobile phone client software, and other mobile client software.

S404: and the recommending unit serves the literary work display space and performs key display on the selected works screened by the S402 literary work evaluation system in the S403 literary work display space through the recommending unit.

S405: the search unit serves the display space of the literary works and provides search services for visitors or authorized persons so that the visitors or authorized persons can find the expected literary works more conveniently.

To more clearly illustrate the present platform, it is further described below in conjunction with FIG. 5.

Referring to fig. 5, the operation logic of the platform will be described by taking the transmission, promotion and recommendation of the written works by the right holder a and the right holder b through the platform as an example:

1. the title name:

s501: the title owner A uploads the written works to the platform, and the platform builds an object framework for the written works of the title owner A through the method and the device provided by the invention. The object architecture includes the authentication key and the account book, and the specific implementation is already described in detail in the description of the method and apparatus provided by the present invention, and is not described herein again.

S502: the title owner A puts forward evaluation requirements to the platform, and the platform starts a written work evaluation system to perform machine evaluation and manual evaluation on the written works of the title owner A.

S503: the evaluation results of the literary work evaluation system include two cases:

a. the written works are selected into the platform for selection,

b. the written works are selected into a non-platform selection,

in this example, the description will be given by taking the platform selection of the written works of the claimant A as an example, and the flow of the non-platform selection will be described in detail later in the description of the claimant B.

S504: after the works of the claimant A are selected into the platform for selection, the platform applies authorization (including applying an invitation key) to the claimant A through the literary work management system.

S505: after the right-holder A authorizes the platform, a proper directional recommendation object is matched according to factors such as style and type of the written works of the right-holder A, wherein the recommendation object mainly refers to a legal person, other organizations or natural persons who finish real-name authentication on the platform, and the recommendation object comprises organizations or individuals such as a publisher, an IP operator, a content converter and the like. After matching is completed, the platform utilizes the invitation key to directionally push the written works of the right person A to a proper recommendation object, so as to help the right person A to establish communication and interaction with organizations or individuals such as a publisher, an IP operator, a content converter and the like and promote cooperation. Meanwhile, the literary works of the rightful person armor also enter the literary work display space and are displayed in a key mode through the recommendation unit of the platform.

It should be noted that the display space of the written works can only display the basic information of the written works, and the actual content of the written works can not be displayed. The basic information includes but is not limited to: concept poster, work introduction, work lighting, author introduction.

Therefore, through the literary works show space, ordinary visitor and authentication visitor all can browse the essential information of literary works, carry out preliminary understanding to literary works, if need visit the actual content of literary works, ordinary visitor and authentication visitor all can gain the contact through this platform and literary works's right person to obtain the invitation key of visiting literary works, and then visit literary works of right person.

2. And the right person B:

s501: and the right holder B uploads the written works to the platform, and the platform builds an object framework for the written works of the right holder through the method and the device provided by the invention. The object architecture includes the authentication key and the account book, and the specific implementation is already described in detail in the description of the method and apparatus provided by the present invention, and is not described herein again.

S506: the righter B does not put forward evaluation requirements to the platform, so the literary work of the righter B belongs to non-platform selection. When the claimant A is described above, the literary work evaluation system selects the literary work of the claimant A into the non-platform selection in step S502, and the literary work of the claimant A also proceeds to step S506.

S507: when the literary works of the right person B enter the literary works display space in a non-selected identity, the literary works display space can be displayed. The authenticated visitor or the ordinary visitor of the platform can browse the basic information of the literary works of the rightful person B, and contacts the rightful person B through the platform, so that communication and interaction are established, and cooperation is facilitated. Meanwhile, the authentication visitor and the common visitor can search the expected literary works through the search unit of the platform and contact the rightful persons of the literary works through the platform, so that communication and interaction are established and cooperation is facilitated.

Explaining again, the works show space will only show the basic information of the works, will not show the actual content of the works, the basic information includes but is not limited to: concept poster, work introduction, work lighting, author introduction.

The above explains the operation logic of this platform respectively through two kinds of scenes of obligee A and obligee B, it needs to point out that no matter be obligee A or obligee B, in carrying out the literary work propagation process through this platform, all can carry out real-time management through this platform to the propagation of literary work, include: authorized access, visitor tracking, frozen authorization, defreeze authorization, reclaim authorization, and work handoff, the method and logic of which have been described in detail in describing the method and apparatus of the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein. Moreover, the user system and the access mechanism of the platform are also realized by the method and the device provided by the invention.

Claims

1. A method for managing a written work in internet transmission, the method comprising:

building a management environment;

The method according to claim 1, wherein the management environment is a service architecture deployed on a public cloud or a private cloud or a local or mobile device or an intelligent device, and is composed of an algorithm, a method, a program, software and a device for implementing any function of the method.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein uploading the written works to a management environment, and creating an account book and a right-confirming key for the written works through the management environment, the implementation includes:

the obligee uploads the written works to a management environment;

the management environment stores the written works into a safety container of the management environment;

the management environment creates a management environment account for the obligee;

the management environment creates an authority-confirming key for the written works and stores the authority-confirming key into a management environment account of the authority-sharer, wherein the authority-confirming key is the only authority-confirming certificate and the management right certificate of the authority-sharer for the written works;

the management environment creates an account book for the written works and writes initial data including but not limited to: the management environment account ID of the authorized person, the identity information of the authorized person, the right confirming key data and the time stamp;

the steps described above are not strictly sequential in order to achieve the desired results of the present invention, and multitasking and parallel processing are equally feasible.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the authorized person is a legal person, other organization or natural person who has ownership or use right of the written works, and in the present invention, each written work only supports one authorized person.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the authorized access of the written works is achieved through a right management operation mechanism of the management environment by using the account book and the right confirming key, and the method comprises the following steps:

a. the right holder starts the right management operation mechanism of the management environment through the right confirming key to obtain one or more invitation keys, and the authority level of the invitation keys comprises but is not limited to: read-only, read and share and edit;

b. the obligee transmits the invitation key to the visitor through the Internet, the mobile Internet, the Internet of things and an entity medium capable of bearing the invitation key;

c. the visitor requests the literary works of the right person from the management environment through the acquired invitation key, after the management environment verifies the validity of the invitation key through the right management running mechanism, an account of the management environment is created for the visitor, and visitor data is recorded into an account book, wherein the visitor data includes but is not limited to: the visitor management environment account ID, invitation key data, permission types, timestamps and position information, wherein the invitation key data are only valid for a single time and cannot be written repeatedly;

d. the management environment authorizes the visitor to access the literary work in the secure container according to the visitor data in the account book, and the authorization types include but are not limited to: read only, read and share and edit.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing the visitor tracking of the written work through a visitor tracking running mechanism of the management environment by using the account book and the authority confirming key comprises:

a. when the management environment authorizes the visitor to access the literary work in the security container, the management environment pushes visitor information to the obligee through a visitor tracking running mechanism, wherein the visitor information comprises but is not limited to: identity information, permission type, authorization source, timestamp and position information of the visitor;

b. the obligee starts a visitor tracking running mechanism of the management environment through the right confirming key, account book data are called, a visitor list of the literary works and visitor data are checked, and the visitor data include but are not limited to: identity information, permission type, authorization source, timestamp, location information of the visitor.

The method of claim 1, wherein the using the account book and the right-confirming key to implement the freezing authorization, the unfreezing authorization, the reclaiming authorization and the work transfer for the guest through a right management running mechanism of the management environment, and the implementation includes:

freezing and authorizing, wherein a rightful person starts a right management operation mechanism of a management environment through a right confirmation key, calls account book data, and selects a visitor expecting to freeze and authorize, the right management operation mechanism performs freezing and authorizing processing on visitor data in the account book according to the selection of the rightful person, and after the visitor data is frozen, the visitor cannot pass the verification of the right management operation mechanism, so that the visitor cannot continuously access the literal works of the rightful person unless the rightful person performs thawing and authorizing operation on the visitor;

the method comprises the following steps that unfreezing authorization is carried out, a rightful person starts a right management operation mechanism of a management environment through a right-confirming key, account book data are called, a frozen visitor expecting the unfreezing authorization is selected, the right management operation mechanism carries out unfreezing authorization processing on visitor data in an account book according to the selection of the rightful person, and after the visitor data are unfrozen, the frozen visitor can pass the verification of the right management operation mechanism again, so that the written works of the visiting right person are recovered;

withdrawing authorization, wherein a rightful person starts an entitlement management operation mechanism of a management environment through a right-confirming key, calls account book data, selects a visitor expecting to withdraw authorization, the entitlement management operation mechanism performs withdrawing authorization processing on visitor data in the account book according to the selection of the rightful person, and the visitor performing the withdrawing authorization processing cannot pass the verification of the entitlement management operation mechanism, so that the visitor cannot continuously access the literary works of the rightful person unless a new invitation key is obtained;

and the right management operation mechanism transfers the exact key in the right management environment account to the management environment account of the visitor and writes corresponding data into the account book at the same time, and the visitor performing the work transfer operation becomes the right person of the written works.

8. An apparatus for managing works of writing on the internet, characterized in that it is adapted to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 7, and in that it comprises:

10. The platform of claim 9, further comprising:

a. the literary work evaluation system is used for performing machine evaluation and manual evaluation on literary works uploaded by a right person, selecting carefully-selected works, directionally recommending to an authentication visitor through the platform, further establishing communication and interaction between the right person and the authentication visitor, and promoting cooperation, wherein the authentication visitor refers to a legal person, other organizations or natural persons who finish real-name authentication on the platform, and the system comprises but is not limited to: a publisher, an IP operator and a content converter;

b. the literary works show space for the literary works of the right person provide the space of show, promotion, make things convenient for authentication visitor and ordinary visitor to browse, search the literary works, and then make the right person establish communication and interdynamic with authentication visitor or ordinary visitor, and promote the cooperation, the embodiment form in literary works show space includes but is not limited to: web pages, computer client software, mobile phone client software, and other mobile client software.
