Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for displaying note data, which can be realized by a conference discussion system. The conference discussion system comprises a main terminal and at least one sub-terminal, wherein data interaction can be performed between the main terminal and each sub-terminal, and optionally, the main terminal and each sub-terminal can be connected through a wireless network or a network cable. The main terminal can be provided with a display component, such as a display screen, or the main terminal can be connected with an external display device, such as a display screen, so that the main terminal can display note data.
As shown in fig. 1, the processing flow of the method may include the following steps:
in step 101, note data sent by at least one sub-terminal is received.
In a possible embodiment, when a meeting is performed in a meeting room, a worker may start the meeting discussion system, the personnel participating in the meeting use their respective sub-terminals, the meeting room is further provided with a main terminal, the main terminal may perform note data transceiving with the sub-terminals, and the main terminal may be provided with a display device for displaying the note data. When in discussion, if the personnel participating in the conference want to release their own opinions, they can use their own sub-terminals to edit the opinions into notes in the form of characters or pictures, and then send the edited notes to the main terminal through the sub-terminals, and the main terminal receives and stores the note data sent by at least one sub-terminal.
It should be noted that, in order to distinguish the sender of each note data, when the sub-terminal sends the note to the main terminal, the terminal name or the terminal identifier of the sub-terminal may be sent together, so that when the user views the received note data through the main terminal, the sender of each note data may be viewed.
In step 102, according to the number of the pad notes allocated to each preset display area, a corresponding target display area is allocated to the pad notes.
In one possible embodiment, the developer may set a plurality of display areas in the host terminal in advance for displaying the memo data. After the main terminal receives the note data sent by at least one sub-terminal, taking one of the note data as an example, the main terminal may determine the number of the assigned note data in each preset display area, and then, according to the number of the assigned note data in each display area, assign a corresponding target display area to the received note data.
Optionally, when the main terminal allocates a corresponding target display area for the note data according to the number of the note data allocated to the display area, the target display area with the minimum number of the note data may be allocated to the note data, and the corresponding processing steps may be as follows: the main terminal determines the number of the distributed note data of each preset display area; and the main terminal allocates the display area with the minimum quantity of the allocated note data as a target display area corresponding to the note data.
In one possible embodiment, when the main terminal determines the number of the assigned note data of each preset display area, the main terminal determines the number of the assigned note data of each preset display area. Optionally, there are many methods for the main terminal to determine the number of the note data allocated to the display area, where one method may be that each note data has a corresponding note identifier, after the corresponding display area is allocated to the note data, the note identifier corresponding to the note data is stored in the storage area to which the corresponding display area belongs, and when the main terminal determines the number of the assigned note data in each display area, the number of the note identifiers stored in the storage area corresponding to each display area is counted.
Then, in order to balance the number of the note data allocated to each display area, the main terminal determines a display area with the smallest number of the assigned note data in all the display areas, and allocates the display area as a target display area corresponding to the note data.
If the main terminal determines that the display area with the minimum number of the distributed note data is two or more, that is, the display area with the minimum number of the distributed note data exists in the two or more display areas, the number of the distributed note data is the same, and the display area with the minimum number of the distributed note data exists in all the display areas, the main terminal may select one display area from the plurality of display areas with the minimum number of the distributed note data, and distribute the display area as the target display area corresponding to the note data. The selection method may be to randomly select one display area from a plurality of display areas with the minimum number of the distributed note data as the target display area, or select the display area with the minimum label number as the target display area, which is not limited in the present application.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, it is assumed that a technician presets 6 display areas, that is, display area 1, display areas 2, … …, and display area 6 in the master terminal in advance, and it is assumed that display area 1 has 1 memo data assigned thereto, display area 2 has 2 memo data assigned thereto, display area 3 has 3 memo data assigned thereto, display area 4 has 7 memo data assigned thereto, display area 5 has 6 memo data assigned thereto, and display area 6 has 2 memo data assigned thereto. After the main terminal receives the note data (which may be called target note data), the main terminal determines that the number of the note data allocated to the display area 1 is the minimum, and allocates the display area 1 as a target display area of the target note data.
In step 103, the memo data is displayed in the target display area.
In one possible embodiment, after the main terminal allocates the corresponding target display area for the note data, the note data is displayed in the target display area. In this way, it may be that the persons participating in the conference all see the content in the note data. Therefore, the views of the conference staff are displayed through the note data, so that the conference staff can conveniently check and understand the views, and the note data can be reserved by the other conference staff in a photographing mode so as to be conveniently checked subsequently.
Alternatively, if the target display area is allocated with a plurality of pieces of note data, and only one piece of note data can be displayed in the target display area at a time, therefore, the main terminal can determine the order of the note data to determine the currently displayed note data, and the corresponding processing steps can be as follows: after distributing a corresponding target display area for the note data, the main terminal adds the note data to a queue of the corresponding target display area; and when the note data is positioned at the first order in the queue of the target display area, the main terminal displays the note data in the target display area.
In one possible embodiment, after determining the area identifier of the target display area corresponding to the note data, the main terminal places the note data in the corresponding target display area, that is, adds the note data to the display queue of the corresponding target display area. In the display queue, the bit of each note data may be determined, for example, the first note data arranged in the display queue has a first bit and the second note data arranged in the display queue has a second bit.
The order of display can be determined by the number of bits in the display queue, and the note data arranged at the first bit can be completely displayed. For other note data arranged after the first time, for example, to improve the viewing effect of the user, the note data arranged at the second time may be displayed partially in a stacked state, as shown in fig. 3. Assuming that the preset display rule shows the stacking effect of at most four layers for each display area, as shown in fig. 4, the note data at the first level is completely displayed, that is, displayed at the first layer; the note data at the second order is stacked on the layer below the note data at the first order, and only a part of the note data is displayed, namely the note data is displayed on the second layer; the note data at the third order is stacked on the layer below the note data at the second order, and only a part of the note data is displayed, namely the note data at the third layer; all the note data of the previous bit of the fourth bit and the last bit are superposed with the note data of the third bit and are also displayed on the third layer; the note data at the last bit may be displayed at the fourth layer. Therefore, if the number of the assigned notes in a certain display area exceeds four, when the note data is assigned to the display area again, and the position of the note data in the display area is refreshed, the dynamic effect that the newly assigned note data is placed on the fourth layer of the display area and the note data originally displayed on the fourth layer is moved to the third layer can be displayed to the user, so that the user can intuitively know that the newly assigned note data is already displayed in the display area, and the user experience is better.
Alternatively, how the first layer, the second layer, the third layer, and the fourth layer exhibit the stacking effect may be determined by specifying pixel difference values between the first layer, the second layer, the third layer, and the fourth layer displayed as described above. For example, the note data displayed in the first layer may be at an initial preset position in the display area, the note data displayed in the second layer may be shifted by 5 pixels to the upper right according to the initial preset position of the note data displayed in the first layer, the note data displayed in the third layer may be shifted by 5 pixels to the upper right according to the display position of the note data displayed in the second layer, and the note data displayed in the fourth layer may be shifted by 22 pixels to the upper right according to the display position of the note data displayed in the third layer.
Of course, the display mode described above is only an exemplary display mode, and different display modes may be set according to actual situations, for example, different display layer numbers and display rules are set, and the present application does not limit the display modes.
For convenience of display, the display order may be determined according to the z value of the note data. The z-value is understood to be a value in the direction of the z-axis in a three-dimensional view coordinate system on the display screen, the x-axis and the y-axis of which are both parallel to the plane of the display screen, and the z-axis is perpendicular to the plane of the display screen. The z value may be determined based on the number of bits of the note data in the display queue and then the display location of the note data is determined based on the z value. Generally, in the graphic view frame, the data with larger z-value is displayed at the upper part, and the note data with the largest z-value among all the note data allocated to one display area is displayed at the first layer at the upper part, i.e. can be completely displayed.
After the main terminal receives each piece of note data, when a target display area corresponding to the note data is determined, the existing note data in the target display area is determined, the z value (which may be called as a first z value) of the note data located at the last bit is determined, the difference value obtained by subtracting 1 from the first z value is calculated, and the z value of the note data is updated to the difference value. Then, the display mode of each note data is determined according to the z value of each note data.
Optionally, in order to facilitate the user's viewing, a different color may be set for the note data in each display area, and the corresponding processing steps are as follows: the method comprises the steps that a main terminal obtains a first color of at least one adjacent note data in a target display area; the main terminal randomly selects a second color from other colors except the first color; the main terminal displays the note data based on the second color in the target display area.
In one possible embodiment, to achieve better display effect, different colors may be set for different note data in the same display area, so that a user can easily distinguish different note data.
After the main terminal allocates the target display area to the received note data, it may be determined whether other note data are allocated in the target display area. If other note data has been assigned, note data adjacent to the note data in the target display area may be determined, and the color of the adjacent note data (which may be referred to as a first color) may be queried, and then the master terminal randomly selects one color (which may be referred to as a second color) among all preset colors other than the first color as the display color of the note data, and then the master terminal displays the note data based on the second color in the target display area. Optionally, note data adjacent to the note data in the target display area is generally the note data located at the last bit in the other assigned note data.
In addition, in order to more easily distinguish different note data, in addition to setting adjacent note data in the same display area to different colors, the first note data displayed in the adjacent display area may be set to different colors.
After the main terminal allocates the target display area to the received note data, it may be determined whether other note data are allocated in the target display area. If no other note data is assigned, that is, the note data is the first note data in the target display area, the display color (which may be referred to as a third color) of the first note data of each display area adjacent to the target display area is determined, one color (which may be referred to as a second color) among the colors other than the third color is randomly selected as the display color of the note data, and then the master terminal displays the note data based on the second color in the target display area.
Note that the above scheme of setting different colors for the note data displayed in adjacent display regions and the scheme of setting different colors for the note data adjacent to each other in the same display region may be used simultaneously. For example, as shown in fig. 5, assuming that the preset colors of the main terminal include red, green, yellow, orange, blue and purple, after the main terminal determines that the second display area is the target display area, the main terminal determines that the display areas adjacent to the second display area are the first display area, the third display area and the fifth display area, and then the main terminal determines the first color, that is, determines that the color of the note data located at the first order in the first display area is orange, determines that the color of the note data located at the first order in the third display area is yellow, and determines that the color of the note data located at the first order in the fifth display area is blue. The main terminal also needs to determine the second color, that is, the color of the note data in the target display area at the last order is determined to be green. Then, the main terminal determines that the residual colors after the first color and the second color are removed from the preset colors are red and purple, the main terminal randomly selects one color from the red and the purple, and if the result of the random selection is red, the main terminal sets the note data to be red, namely the main terminal displays the red note data.
Alternatively, the user may drag the note data from the initially displayed target display area to other positions using a mouse, and the corresponding processing steps may be as follows: when a drag instruction corresponding to the note data is received, the main terminal determines target position information corresponding to the drag instruction; if the distance between the top left corner vertex of the first display area and the top left corner vertex of the destination position information is smaller than the preset distance in the preset display area, displaying the note data in the first display area; and if the distance between the top left vertex of any display area and the top left vertex of the destination position information is not smaller than the preset distance in the preset display area, displaying the note data according to the destination position information.
In one possible embodiment, to facilitate user operation, the user may drag the note data using a mouse, and drag the note data from the initial target display area to another location for display. When a user drags the note data by using a mouse, the terminal receives a dragging instruction corresponding to the note data, determines the sliding track of the cursor in real time, and moves the dragged note data according to the sliding track of the cursor. During the dragging of the note data, the note data may always be at the top of all other note data. Alternatively, in order to make the dragged note data always uppermost among all other note data, the z value of the dragged note data may be updated to a preset maximum value when the note data is dragged.
When the user releases the note data by using the mouse, the main terminal determines the position information of the note data when the note data is released, namely the target position information corresponding to the dragging instruction. Then, the main terminal determines a distance between the destination location information of the note data and each preset display region, and optionally, the main terminal may determine a distance between the destination location information of the note data and each preset display region according to a distance between an upper left corner vertex of the destination location information of the note data and an upper left corner vertex of each preset display region. If the distance between the top left corner vertex of the first display area and the top left corner vertex of the destination location information in the preset display area is smaller than the preset distance, it indicates that the destination location information of the note data is closer to the first display area, and this may be the case that the user wants to move the note data into the first display area for display, and therefore moves the note data to a location closer to the first display area for release, in which case, the main terminal may automatically allocate the note data to the first display area and display the note data in the first display area, as shown in fig. 6. Optionally, in order to make the user clearly understand the process of automatic absorption, a displacement animation may be created to control the note data to slide from the destination position information to the first display area, so that the user experience is better.
If the user drags the note data to a position far away from all the preset display areas for release, that is, if the distance between the top left vertex of any display area and the top left vertex of the destination position information in the preset display areas is not smaller than the preset distance, it indicates that the user may not want to display the note data in the preset display areas, and therefore, the note data may be displayed in the area corresponding to the destination position information, as shown in fig. 7.
It should be noted that, the determination of the position of the dragged note data to be displayed according to the distance between the vertex at the upper left corner of the destination position area of the note data and the vertex at the upper left corner of each display area is only an exemplary determination method, and in addition, other determination methods may be used to determine the position of the dragged note data to be displayed, which is not limited in the present application. For example, the center point of the destination position information of the note data is the center point of the judgment area, one-half length of the note data is the length of the judgment area, one-half width of the note data is the width of the judgment area, the judgment area is determined, and whether the vertex at the upper left corner of a certain preset display area exists in the judgment area is determined. If the note data exists, the note data can be absorbed in the first display area because the note data really exists in a certain preset display area (namely the first display area) and is closer to the target position information of the note data; if the note data does not exist, the fact that the non-display area is closer to the target position information of the note data indicates that the note data does not need to be adsorbed into the display area and the note data can be displayed according to the target position information.
After the main terminal displays the note data, the user may operate the main terminal to perform operations such as amplification, marking, editing, deleting and the like on the note data, and may also send the note data to all the sub-terminals or to a certain specified sub-terminal, which is not limited in this application.
In the embodiment of the application, the main terminal receives note data which can be sent by conference personnel participating in a conference through the respective owned sub-terminals, then the main terminal allocates a corresponding target display area for each received note data, and then the note data is displayed in the target display area. Therefore, conference personnel participating in the conference can see the displayed note data on the screen of the main terminal, the published viewpoints of other people can be conveniently understood in such a way, the situation that partial viewpoints of other people are omitted due to listening can be reduced, the conference personnel who publish the viewpoints do not need to repeatedly express own viewpoints, and therefore the conference discussion efficiency can be improved.
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides an apparatus for displaying note data, where the apparatus may be a master terminal in a conference discussion system in the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes: a receiving module 810, an assigning module 820 and a displaying module 830.
