Claims (10)

1. An overtime reminding method is applied to an on-board controller of a vehicle, and comprises the following steps:
setting an ignition time threshold value in advance according to the ignition time of a user in the historical data in the next work time period;
when the ignition of the vehicle is not detected within the ignition time threshold, sending preset overtime reminding information to a preset client;
sending overtime notification information to a preset communication address through the vehicle-mounted controller according to a confirmation response to the overtime reminding information formed on the vehicle-mounted controller; or the client side sends overtime notification information to a preset communication address through the client side according to the confirmation response of the client side to the overtime reminding information.
2. The overtime reminder method according to claim 1, wherein the confirmation response to the overtime reminder is formed according to confirmation feedback of the client to the overtime reminder received by the on-board controller.
3. The overtime reminding method according to claim 2, wherein the step of sending the overtime informing information to the preset communication address through the vehicle-mounted controller comprises: dialing a telephone number corresponding to a preset communication address through the vehicle-mounted controller, or sending pre-edited text or voice information to the preset communication address through the vehicle-mounted controller.
4. The overtime reminder method according to claim 1, wherein the client forms the confirmation response to the overtime reminder information according to a received confirmation control operation on the client after receiving the overtime reminder information.

The overtime reminding method according to claim 4, wherein the step of sending overtime informing information to a preset communication address through the vehicle-mounted controller by the client comprises: and dialing a telephone number corresponding to a preset communication address through the client, or sending pre-edited text information or voice information to the preset communication address through the client.
6. The overtime reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the preset communication address is a preset instant communication address or a designated telephone number.
7. The overtime reminder method according to claim 1, further comprising ignoring the overtime reminder according to an ignore response to the overtime reminder formed at the on-board controller; or ignoring the overtime reminding information according to an ignoring response to the overtime reminding information formed at the client.

The overtime reminding method according to claim 1, further comprising recording a communication frequency of the vehicle-mounted controller or the client communicating with the preset communication address; the preset communication addresses comprise a plurality of communication addresses, and overtime informing information is sent to the preset communication address with the highest communication frequency through the vehicle-mounted controller according to the confirmation response of the vehicle-mounted controller to the overtime reminding information; or sending overtime notification information to a preset communication address with the highest communication frequency through the client according to a confirmation response to the overtime reminding information formed on the client.
9. An overtime warning device, which is applied to an on-board controller of a vehicle, the overtime warning device comprising:
the preset module is used for setting an ignition time threshold value in advance according to the ignition time of a user in the historical data in the next work time period;
the detection module is used for sending preset overtime reminding information to a preset client when the ignition of the vehicle is not detected within the ignition time threshold;
the execution module is used for sending overtime notification information to a preset communication address through the vehicle-mounted controller according to a confirmation response formed by the vehicle-mounted controller to the overtime reminding information; or the client side sends overtime notification information to a preset communication address through the client side according to the confirmation response of the client side to the overtime reminding information.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising an on-board controller, wherein the on-board controller establishes communication with a preset client, and the on-board controller runs the overtime reminding method according to any one of claims 1-8.
