Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for detecting a state of health of a battery according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where the method may be applied to a charging server, that is, executed by the charging server, and the method specifically includes the following steps.
In step 101, the remaining capacity before charging the battery is determined.
In the scene of charging electric automobile, can use and fill electric pile and charge for electric automobile. After the vehicle battery is connected with the charging pile, if the charging server judges that the vehicle battery meets the charging condition, a charging instruction is sent to the charging pile. When receiving a charging instruction, the charging pile starts to charge the battery. Before charging is started, the current residual capacity of the battery, namely the residual capacity before charging of the battery, is obtained, and then the residual capacity of the battery is sent to a charging server. Before the charging pile starts to charge, basic information of the battery is also acquired, and the basic information of the battery can comprise rated voltage, rated current and rated capacity of the battery.
And the charging server receives the residual capacity before the battery is charged, which is sent by the charging pile.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention may be applied not only to a scenario in which an electric vehicle is charged, but also to a scenario in which other devices are charged, for example, a scenario in which devices such as an electric tool and a base station backup power supply are charged, and the embodiment of the present invention is not specifically limited to the applicable scenario.
And step 102, after the battery is fully charged, determining the current battery capacity of the battery, wherein the battery capacity is equal to the sum of the charging amount required by the current charging and the residual capacity.
And after the charging pile fully charges the battery, stopping charging, and sending the charging amount required by the charging to a charging server. The charging server may determine the current battery capacity of the battery based on the amount of charge required for the present charge and the remaining capacity before the battery charge, that is, the battery capacity is equal to the sum of the amount of charge required for the present charge and the remaining capacity before the battery charge.
The charge server may determine the state of health of the battery by comparing the battery capacity to a rated capacity. Determining that the battery is healthy if the battery capacity is greater than or equal to the rated capacity; if the battery capacity is less than the rated capacity, the state of health of the battery is determined by the ratio of the battery capacity to the rated capacity. Further, when the battery capacity is smaller than the rated capacity, the state of health of the battery may be represented by a ratio of the battery capacity to the rated capacity.
After determining the health state of the electric vehicle battery, the charging server may send battery health state information to the user to inform the user of the health state of the electric vehicle battery.
The embodiment of the invention can detect the battery health state under the condition of battery charging, can obtain the battery capacity based on the residual capacity before battery charging and the charging amount required by full charging, and then judge the battery health state by comparing the current battery capacity of the battery with the rated capacity.

When detecting the State Of health Of the battery, the detecting device first obtains basic information Of the battery, where the basic information Of the battery may include a current remaining capacity, a rated capacity, and a battery SOC (State Of Charge). The SOC of the battery represents the ratio of the residual capacity of the battery to the capacity of the battery in a fully charged state, and the value range of the SOC is 0-1. When the battery SOC is 0, the battery is completely discharged, and when the battery SOC is 0, the battery is completely fully charged.
The discharge capacity represents the current consumed electric quantity of the battery, and the calculation formula of the discharge capacity of the battery is as follows:
C=A.h*(1-SOC);
where C denotes a discharge capacity, A.h denotes a rated capacity of the battery, and SOC denotes a ratio of a remaining capacity of the battery to a capacity of a fully charged state of the battery.
And the detection device calculates the current discharge capacity of the battery according to the formula.
When the electric automobile provided with the detection device drives into the charging area, the detection device can be automatically connected with WIFI in the charging station, and after the WIFI is connected, the detected health state of the battery is sent to the charging server. The charging server saves the battery health status after receiving the battery health status, and can send the battery health status information to the user to inform the user of the battery health status of the electric vehicle.
