Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an automatic heat recovery control method for refrigeration according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S101, after determining the main refrigeration mode of the multi-split air conditioner, judging whether the ratio of the capacity of a heating indoor unit to the capacity of a refrigerating indoor unit in the multi-split air conditioner is within a preset range;
step S102, if yes, further judging whether the heating effect of the heating indoor unit reaches a preset effect;
and step S103, if the temperature reaches the preset temperature, controlling a water tank of the water heater to enter a refrigeration automatic heat recovery operation mode after the water tank of the water heater is powered off for heating water.
This embodiment can carry out the automatic heat recovery of water tank refrigeration when guaranteeing to heat the interior machine effect of heating, and the water tank can make hot water free, and the energy is avoided extravagant in the rational utilization energy.
Before determining the main cooling mode of the multi-split complete machine, the operation mode of the multi-split complete machine can be judged in the following modes: determining whether the refrigeration four-way valve is in a power-down state; if the refrigeration four-way valve is not in a power-down state, the operation mode of the heat recovery multi-split system is a heating mode, one side of the outdoor unit is evaporation, namely the refrigerant needs to absorb heat for evaporation, at the moment, the water tank maintains the existing state, refrigeration automatic heat recovery cannot be operated, and the water heater is controlled to maintain the current state. If the refrigeration four-way valve is in a power-down state, the operation mode of the heat recovery multi-split air conditioning system is a refrigeration mode, and the heat condensed by the outdoor unit can be used for heating water by the water tank.
After the operation mode of the heat recovery multi-split air conditioning system is determined to be the cooling mode, the complete cooling mode or the main cooling mode of the multi-split air conditioning system needs to be further determined. And if the complete machine of the multi-split air conditioner is determined to operate in the complete refrigeration mode, controlling a water tank of the water heater to enter a refrigeration automatic heat recovery operation mode after the water heater is powered off for heating.
And judging whether the ratio of the capacity of the heating indoor unit to the capacity of the refrigerating indoor unit in the multi-split air conditioner is within a preset range (for example, the range of less than or equal to 0.35) or not, and simultaneously judging whether the outdoor environment temperature exceeds the preset environment temperature (for example, 25 ℃). On the premise that the ratio is within the preset range, the outdoor environment temperature also needs to exceed the preset environmental problem, and if the two conditions are met, the next step is executed: and judging whether the heating effect of the heating indoor unit reaches a preset effect or not.
For how to judge whether the heating effect of the heating indoor unit reaches the preset effect, the judgment can be specifically carried out through the following conditions: and judging whether the outlet pipe temperature of the heating inner machine is greater than or equal to the set temperature plus a preset value (for example, 10 ℃) or not, and judging whether the system high pressure is in a preset pressure range (for example, 45-50) or not.
If the conditions are all satisfied, the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is determined to reach the preset effect, and the water tank of the water heater can be controlled to enter the automatic heat recovery operation mode after the heating water is shut down. Specifically, it is determined whether or not the actual temperature of the water tank is less than or equal to a set temperature — a preset value (e.g., 5 ℃) is established, and whether or not the actual temperature of the water tank is lower than a preset temperature (e.g., 35 ℃) is established, and whether or not the system high pressure is less than or equal to a preset pressure (e.g., 50 ℃) is established; if the temperature is equal to the set temperature, controlling the water tank to enter a refrigeration automatic heat recovery operation mode according to the set temperature; otherwise, the current water heating shutdown state of the water tank is maintained.
If all the conditions are not met, the normal heating operation of the heating internal machine is preferentially maintained, and the water tank of the water heater is controlled to maintain the current heating water shutdown state. Thereby the normal heating effect of the heating inner machine can be preferentially ensured.
Example 2
Aiming at the service condition that a heat recovery multi-split air-conditioning system is matched with a hot water generator, when most of the heat recovery multi-split air-conditioning systems operate in a complete refrigeration mode at present, the automatic refrigeration heat recovery operation can be realized when a water tank is used for heating water and is shut down. However, when the heat recovery multi-split air-conditioning system operates in the main cooling mode, if the water tank heating water is shut down and the automatic cooling heat recovery is also operated, the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is poor,
the following control method is adopted in this embodiment as a solution to the problem, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of an automatic heat recovery control method for refrigeration according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S201, judging whether the operation mode of the heat recovery multi-split air conditioning system is a refrigeration mode, namely judging whether a refrigeration four-way valve is in a power-off state; if yes, step S203 is executed, and if no, step S202 is executed.
Step S202, if the refrigeration four-way valve is not in a power-down state, the operation mode of the heat recovery multi-split air conditioning system is a heating mode, one side of the outdoor unit is evaporation, namely, the refrigerant needs to absorb heat to evaporate, and at the moment, the water tank maintains the existing state and cannot operate the refrigeration automatic heat recovery.
Step S203, if the refrigeration four-way valve is in a power-down state, the operation mode of the heat recovery multi-split air conditioning system is a refrigeration mode, and the heat condensed by the outdoor unit can be used for heating water by the water tank. And judging whether the heat recovery multi-split air-conditioning system is in a full cooling mode or not. If yes, step S204 is performed, and if no, step S205 is performed.
Step S204, if the mode is a complete refrigeration mode, the refrigeration automatic heat recovery can be operated when the water tank heating water is shut down.
Step S205, judging whether the ratio of the capacity of the indoor unit required by the heating start-up and the capacity of the indoor unit required by the cooling start-up of the system is within the range of allowing the automatic heat recovery operation of the cooling; if yes, step S207 is executed, and if no, step S206 is executed.
And step S206, the water tank keeps heating water to be shut down, and refrigeration automatic heat recovery operation is not allowed.
Step S207, if the ratio of the capacities of the internal machines meets the range, specifically, the outdoor environment temperature is above 25 ℃, and the capacity of the internal machine with the requirement on the heating machine/the capacity of the internal machine with the requirement on the refrigerating machine is less than or equal to 0.35, the automatic heat recovery operation of the refrigerating machine can be allowed. The refrigeration and automatic heat recovery are not carried out when any condition is not met. For example: the total capacity of the heating starting internal machine is 2.8kw, and when the total capacity of the matched refrigerating starting internal machine exceeds 8kw, the refrigeration automatic heat recovery operation of the water tank can be allowed.
Further, whether the heating effect of the heating indoor unit is good or not is judged. If yes, step S208 is performed, and if no, step S209 is performed.
The specific judgment process is as follows: whether the inlet and outlet pipe temperature of the heating inner machine and the system high pressure meet the following conditions is judged, and if the inlet and outlet pipe temperature and the system high pressure meet the following conditions, the heating effect of the heating inner machine is good: the outlet pipe temperature of the heating inner machine is more than or equal to the temperature set by a user and is more than or equal to +10 ℃, and the high pressure of the system is within the range of (45, 50). If the condition is not met, the heating of the internal machine is prioritized, and the water tank maintains the shutdown state of the heating water.
And step S208, the water tank enters refrigeration automatic heat recovery operation after the water tank is shut down for heating. Specifically, if the actual temperature of the water tank is less than or equal to the user set water tank temperature of-5 ℃, the water tank temperature is lower than 35 ℃, and the system high pressure is less than or equal to 50 ℃, hot water is produced according to the water tank temperature set by the user last time.
Step S209 maintains the hot water supply shutdown state of the water tank.
Based on the detailed technical scheme that this embodiment introduces, the many online systems of heat recovery cooperate the hot water generator to use, if the system operation main part mode of refrigerating, according to above-mentioned scheme, then can guarantee to heat and carry out the automatic heat recovery of water tank refrigeration when the interior machine effect of heating.

the first judging module 10 is configured to judge whether a ratio of a capacity of a heating internal machine to a capacity of a cooling internal machine in the multi-split air conditioner is within a preset range after determining a cooling mode of an operation main body of the multi-split air conditioner.
And the second judging module 20 is connected to the first judging module 10, and is configured to further judge whether the heating effect of the heating indoor unit reaches a preset effect or not when the judging result of the first judging module is yes.
Specifically, the method is used for judging whether the outlet pipe temperature of the heating internal machine is greater than or equal to the set temperature plus the preset value, and judging whether the high pressure of the system is within the preset pressure range; if the two conditions are met, determining that the heating effect of the heating indoor unit reaches a preset effect; otherwise, the normal heating operation of the heating internal machine is preferentially maintained, and the water tank of the water heater is controlled to maintain the current shutdown state of the heating water.
And the heat recovery control module 30 is connected to the second judging module 20, and is configured to control the water tank of the water heater to enter a refrigeration automatic heat recovery operation mode after the water tank of the water heater is turned off when the judgment result of the second judging module is yes.
This embodiment can carry out the automatic heat recovery of water tank refrigeration when guaranteeing to heat the interior machine effect of heating, and the water tank can make hot water free, and the energy is avoided extravagant in the rational utilization energy.
The above-mentioned device still includes: the whole machine operation mode judging module is used for determining whether the refrigeration four-way valve is in a power-down state; if not, determining the heating mode of the multi-split air conditioner, and controlling the water heater to maintain the current state; if so, determining the operation refrigeration mode of the multi-split complete machine; and further determining a full cooling mode or a main body cooling mode of the multi-split air conditioner.
The heat recovery control module includes: the parameter judging unit is used for judging whether the actual temperature of the water tank is less than or equal to the set temperature and a preset value, whether the actual temperature of the water tank is lower than the preset temperature or not, and whether the system high pressure is less than or equal to the preset pressure or not; the control unit is used for controlling the water tank to enter a refrigeration automatic heat recovery operation mode according to the set temperature under the condition that the temperature is all established; otherwise, the current water heating shutdown state of the water tank is maintained. Based on this, the heat recovery multi-split air conditioner system is used in cooperation with the hot water generator, and if the system runs in a main refrigeration mode, according to the scheme, automatic heat recovery of water tank refrigeration can be carried out while the heating effect of the heating inner machine is ensured.
