Description

Control method of fixed-frequency air conditioner in heating state
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a control method of a fixed-frequency air conditioner in a heating state.
Background
The running frequency of the compressor of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is basically unchanged when the fixed-frequency air conditioner works, the air conditioner can automatically stop after the indoor temperature reaches the temperature set by a user, and the indoor temperature is adjusted by continuously starting and stopping the compressor.
The traditional fixed-frequency air conditioner adopts a control mode that the rotating speeds of an indoor fan and an outdoor fan are controlled according to indoor temperature, inner coil temperature and outdoor environment temperature. However, the temperature of the air outlet of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is a key factor for determining the comfort of the user of the air conditioner, and the fluctuation of the rotating speed of the indoor fan is large, so that the fluctuation of the wind speed is large, and the comfort of the user is reduced. Meanwhile, in the control mode of the current fixed-frequency air conditioner, under the condition that the outdoor unit and the electronic expansion valve are determined, the type of the indoor unit must be strictly matched with the outdoor unit, so that the selection of a user is limited.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the end values of the outdoor ambient temperature range and the target superheat for the ducted air conditioner, the embedded air conditioner or the cabinet air conditioner are illustrated as specific values in the embodiment, the definition of the outdoor ambient temperature range and the target superheat for the ducted air conditioner, the embedded air conditioner or the cabinet air conditioner are not constant in practice, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can adjust the range as needed to suit the specific application without departing from the principle of the present invention.
The method for controlling a fixed-frequency air conditioner in a heating state provided by this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, includes:
s1, acquiring the actual outdoor environment temperature;
s2, determining a target superheat degree based on the actual outdoor environment temperature;
and S3, adjusting the flow of the refrigerant in the fixed-frequency air conditioner based on the target superheat degree.
In the control method of the fixed-frequency air conditioner in the heating state provided by this embodiment, the target superheat degree is determined based on the obtained actual outdoor environment temperature, and the flow rate of the refrigerant in the fixed-frequency air conditioner is adjusted based on the target superheat degree. Therefore, the purpose of changing the heating quantity or the heating effect of the air conditioner can be realized without adjusting the wind speed of the fan of the indoor unit, so that the wind speed of the hot wind of the indoor unit can be stably kept in a range suitable for a user. Meanwhile, the frequency of repeated halt of the compressor can be reduced, and the service life of the compressor is prolonged.
The step of "determining the target superheat degree based on the actual outdoor ambient temperature" in step S2 specifically includes: and inquiring the target superheat degree in the preset corresponding relation between the outdoor environment temperature and the target superheat degree by taking the actual outdoor environment temperature as a retrieval item.
In the control method of the fixed-frequency air conditioner in the heating state provided by the embodiment, the target superheat degree is inquired in the preset corresponding relation between the outdoor environment temperature and the target superheat degree by taking the actual outdoor environment temperature as a retrieval item, so that the purpose of determining the target superheat degree based on the actual outdoor environment temperature is achieved, convenience is provided for adjusting the flow of the refrigerant in the fixed-frequency air conditioner based on the target superheat degree, the wind speed of the indoor unit can be stably kept in a range suitable for a user by the control method, and the same outdoor unit can be matched with indoor units of different types for use.
As a preferred embodiment of the control method provided in this embodiment, the correspondence relationship includes a plurality of outdoor environment temperature ranges and one target superheat degree corresponding to each of the plurality of outdoor environment temperature ranges; as shown in fig. 2, the step S2 when the "search for the target degree of superheat in the preset correspondence between the outdoor ambient temperature and the target degree of superheat" includes:
s21, determining the outdoor environment temperature range where the actual outdoor environment temperature is located by comparing the actual outdoor environment temperature with the end value of each outdoor environment temperature range;
s22, a target superheat degree is determined based on the outdoor environment temperature range in which the actual outdoor environment temperature is located.
As a preferred implementation of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the correspondence may be set in the form of a lookup table or a function. For example, it can be expressed in functional form as:
Figure BDA0002391997520000051
wherein, a, b, c are target superheat degrees corresponding to different outdoor environment temperature ranges, different values can be set for the target superheat degrees according to different air conditioner types and different specifications of the same type of air conditioner, and-5 ℃ and 7 ℃ are end values of the outdoor environment temperature ranges (which are only examples here, and are not unique in practice).
As a preferred implementation of the above control method provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the step of "adjusting the flow rate of the refrigerant in the fixed-frequency air conditioner based on the target superheat degree" in step S3 specifically includes:
s31, acquiring the actual exhaust temperature of the compressor;
s32, calculating the actual superheat degree of the fixed-frequency air conditioner based on the actual exhaust temperature;
s33, comparing the actual superheat degree with the target superheat degree;
and S34, controlling the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the actual superheat degree and the target superheat degree so as to adjust the flow rate of the refrigerant in the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
Wherein, the actual superheat degree is the actual exhaust superheat degree of the compressor, and the calculation method comprises the following steps: the actual exhaust superheat degree is the saturation temperature corresponding to the actual exhaust temperature-actual exhaust pressure of the compressor. The flow of refrigerant in the fixed-frequency air conditioner is adjusted by controlling the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, and the actual exhaust superheat degree of the compressor can be adjusted to be the target superheat degree, so that the heating effect of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is ensured.
As a preferred embodiment of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the step of "controlling the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the actual superheat degree and the target superheat degree so as to adjust the flow rate of the refrigerant in the frequency air conditioner" in step S34 specifically includes: if the actual superheat degree is smaller than the target superheat degree, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced, and the flow of the refrigerant is substantially reduced, namely the heating capacity of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is reduced; and/or, if the actual superheat degree is larger than the target superheat degree, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased, which substantially increases the flow rate of the refrigerant, that is, the heating capacity of the constant-frequency air conditioner. The regulation of the indoor temperature is realized by controlling the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, so that the wind speed of the hot wind of the indoor unit can be stably kept in a range suitable for a user without regulating the wind speed of a fan of the indoor unit. Meanwhile, the frequency of repeated halt of the compressor can be reduced, and the service life of the compressor is prolonged.
As another preferred embodiment of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the step of "comparing the actual superheat degree with the target superheat degree" in step S32 specifically includes: calculating the difference value between the actual superheat degree and the target superheat degree; the step S34 of "controlling the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the actual superheat degree and the target superheat degree so as to adjust the flow rate of the refrigerant in the fixed-frequency air conditioner" further includes: the magnitude of the value of decreasing/increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is determined based on the difference between the actual superheat degree and the target superheat degree.
As a preferred implementation of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the fixed-frequency air conditioner includes an air duct machine, an embedded machine, or a cabinet machine, and the correspondence relationship includes different correspondence relationships for the air duct machine, the embedded machine, or the cabinet machine. For example, the actual outdoor ambient temperature of the ducted, embedded, or cabinet machine may be represented in accordance with the relationship shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002391997520000061
The foregoing describes, by way of example, that for different types of indoor units of the ducted air conditioner, the embedded air conditioner, or the cabinet air conditioner, under the condition that the actual outdoor environment temperature is the same or falls within the same outdoor environment temperature range, the flow rate of the refrigerant in the constant-frequency air conditioner can be adjusted by setting different target superheat degrees, so as to achieve adjustment of the indoor temperature. And because different target superheat degrees are set for the same actual outdoor environment temperature of different indoor units or the same outdoor environment temperature range, and the heating capacity of the air conditioner can be changed by adjusting the flow of the refrigerant in the fixed-frequency air conditioner based on the target superheat degrees, the problem that the same outdoor unit and different types of indoor units are difficult to match for use can be solved.
As a preferred implementation of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the control method further includes: determining the type of the fixed-frequency air conditioner "before" determining the target degree of superheat based on the actual outdoor ambient temperature "at step S2; thus, the step of "inquiring the target degree of superheat in the preset correspondence between the outdoor ambient temperature and the target degree of superheat" specifically includes: and inquiring the target superheat degree in the preset corresponding relation between the outdoor environment temperature of the fixed-frequency air conditioner and the target superheat degree.
As a preferred implementation of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the step of "determining the type of the fixed-frequency air conditioner" specifically includes: the type of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is determined according to the detected user input information. For example, the user may select and confirm the type of the indoor unit in the air conditioner at an early stage of installation of the air conditioner.
Of course, the above alternative embodiments, and the alternative embodiments and the preferred embodiments can also be used in a cross-matching manner, so that a new embodiment is combined to be suitable for a more specific application scenario.
It should be noted that although the detailed steps of the method of the present invention have been described in detail, those skilled in the art can combine, separate and change the order of the above steps without departing from the basic principle of the present invention, and the modified technical solution does not change the basic concept of the present invention and thus falls into the protection scope of the present invention. For example, the above-described embodiment is explained by taking as an example "the type of the constant-frequency air conditioner is determined before the target degree of superheat is determined based on the actual outdoor ambient temperature in step S2", wherein the step of "determining the type of the constant-frequency air conditioner" may occur before, after, or simultaneously with step S1 in step S1.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the control method of the fixed-frequency air conditioner in the heating state provided in the present embodiment may be stored as a program in a computer-readable storage medium. The storage medium includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor (processor) to perform some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Furthermore, those skilled in the art will appreciate that while some embodiments described herein include some features included in other embodiments, rather than other features, combinations of features of different embodiments are meant to be within the scope of the invention and form different embodiments.
