Description

Cooling fin and warmer with same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heaters, in particular to a radiating fin and a heater with the same.
Background
With the progress of society and the improvement of living standard of people, the warmer is more and more widely applied to daily life of people. Wherein, the electric oil-filled warmer is widely applied.
The electric oil heater is an oil-filled heater and mainly comprises an electric heating tube and a radiating fin, wherein the electric heating tube is arranged in a cavity of the radiating fin, and heat conducting oil is injected around the electric heating tube in the cavity. When the power supply is switched on, the heat conducting oil around the electric heating tube is heated, rises to the upper part of the cavity, circulates along the heat radiating fins in a convection manner, and radiates heat through the wall surface of the cavity, so that the space environment is heated. The heat conducting oil cooled by the air descends to the periphery of the electric heating pipe to be heated again, and a new circulation is started.
However, after the temperature of the traditional electric oil heater is stable, the temperature of the upper edge of the radiating fin is far higher than that of the middle edge of the radiating fin, and the temperature of the middle edge is lower under the condition that the temperature of the upper edge meets the international temperature rise, so that the heating effect of the heater is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a heat sink capable of improving the heating effect of the heater and the heater having the same, aiming at the problem of poor heating effect of the conventional heater.
A radiating fin comprises a body, wherein a first oil pocket and a second oil pocket are respectively arranged at two ends of the body in a first direction, at least one first oil way and at least one second oil way which are positioned between the first oil pocket and the second oil pocket are formed in the body, two ends of each first oil way are respectively communicated with the first oil pocket and the at least one second oil way, and two ends of each second oil way are respectively communicated with the second oil pocket and the at least one first oil way;
the extending direction of each first oil path is parallel to the first direction, the extending direction of at least one second oil path is inclined relative to the first direction, and the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the second oil paths is smaller than the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the first oil paths.
In the above heat sink, since the extending direction of each first oil path is parallel to the first direction, the extending direction of at least one second oil path is inclined with respect to the first direction, and the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the second oil paths is smaller than the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the first oil paths, the resistance to the flow of the heat transfer oil in the first oil path is small and the flow rate is large with respect to the flow of the heat transfer oil in the second oil path when the heat transfer oil rises before the temperature rise is stable. Therefore, the heat transfer rate of the lower part of the radiating fin with the first oil way is higher than that of the upper part of the radiating fin with the second oil way, so that the heat of the radiating fin is correspondingly dispersed towards the middle position of the radiating fin, the difference between the upper edge temperature and the middle edge temperature of the radiating fin is reduced, the heating power of the warmer is properly improved under the condition that the upper edge temperature meets the international temperature rise value, the middle edge temperature is improved, and the warming effect of the warmer is improved.
In one embodiment, in the first direction, the body has a first centerline, and a distance between a communication point of the first oil passage and the second oil passage and the first centerline is smaller than a first preset threshold value.
In one embodiment, the number of the first oil passages is greater than the number of the second oil passages.
In one embodiment, the first oil path includes a plurality of parallel and spaced oil paths, and the second oil path includes a plurality of oil paths.

FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of a warmer provided by an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 shows an isometric view of a heat sink of the warmer shown in FIG. 1; fig. 3 shows a front view of the heat sink shown in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a heater 100 is provided, where the heater 100 includes a plurality of fins 10, the interiors of the plurality of fins 10 are communicated with each other, and the heater 100 radiates heat to the environment through the fins 10.
The heater 100 is an electric oil heater, which is an oil-filled heater and mainly includes an electric heating tube (not shown) and a heat sink 10, the electric heating tube is installed inside a cavity (not shown) of the heat sink 10, and heat conducting oil is injected around the electric heating tube in the cavity. When the power is switched on, the heat conducting oil around the electric heating tube is heated, rises to the upper part of the cavity, circulates in a convection way along the radiating fins 10, and radiates heat through the wall surface of the cavity, so that the space environment is heated.
Specifically, the plurality of fins 10 are arranged in parallel. It is understood that, in other embodiments, there may be an oblique arrangement between each two adjacent fins 10, or there may be an oblique arrangement between some fins 10 and other fins 10, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, each fin 10 includes a body 11, and in a first direction (a height direction of the electric oil heater 100), two ends of the body 11 are respectively provided with a first oil pocket 111 and a second oil pocket 112, and two ends of each two adjacent fins 10 are respectively communicated with the second oil pocket 112 through the first oil pocket 111.
At least one first oil path 113 and at least one second oil path 114 are formed in the body 11 of each fin 10, two ends of each first oil path 113 are respectively communicated with the first oil pocket 111 and the at least one second oil path 114, and two ends of each second oil path 114 are respectively communicated with the second oil pocket 112 and the at least one first oil path 113. The first oil pocket 111, the second oil pocket 112, the first oil passage 113, and the second oil passage 114 of the plurality of fins 10 form a cavity of the fin 10.
It should be noted that, in normal use, the end of the electric oil heater 100 having the first oil pocket 111 is the bottom end thereof, and the end having the second oil pocket 112 is the top end thereof, and the first oil path 113 is located below the second oil path 114. The electric heating tube is assembled in the first oil pocket 111, when the power is connected, the heat conducting oil around the electric heating tube is heated, rises to the upper part of the cavity, circulates in a convection way along the radiating fins 10, radiates heat through the wall surface of the cavity, and accordingly heats the space environment.
The extending direction of each first oil passage 113 is parallel to the first direction, the extending direction of at least one second oil passage 114 is inclined with respect to the first direction, and the sum of the sectional areas of all the second oil passages 114 is smaller than the sum of the sectional areas of all the first oil passages 113.
According to the electric oil heater 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, because the extending direction of each first oil path 113 is parallel to the first direction, the extending direction of at least one second oil path 114 is inclined relative to the first direction, and the sum of the sectional areas of all the second oil paths 114 is smaller than the sum of the sectional areas of all the first oil paths 113, before the temperature rise is stable, the resistance of heat conduction oil flowing in the first oil paths 113 relative to the resistance of heat conduction oil flowing in the second oil paths 114 is small, and the flow rate is large. Thus, the heat transfer rate of the lower portion of the heat sink 10 having the first oil path 113 is faster than the heat transfer rate of the upper portion of the heat sink 10 having the second oil path 114, and the heat of the heat sink 10 is accordingly dispersed toward the middle of the heat sink 10, so as to reduce the difference between the upper edge temperature and the middle edge temperature of the heat sink 10, and ensure that the heating power of the warmer 100 is properly increased under the condition that the upper edge temperature meets the international temperature rise value, so that the middle edge temperature is increased, and the warming effect of the warmer 100 is improved.
It should be noted here that the above-mentioned edge temperature is a temperature at the edge of the heat sink 10 along both side edges of the width thereof.
Further, the extending direction of all the second oil paths 114 is inclined with respect to the first direction to increase the resistance of the heat transfer oil flowing in the second oil paths 114 when the heat transfer oil rises, so as to further improve the heating effect of the heater 100.
With reference to fig. 3, in the first embodiment, in the first direction, the main body 11 has a first center line L1, the first oil pocket 111 and the second oil pocket 112 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the first center line L1, and a distance between a connection point of the first oil passage 113 and the second oil passage 114 and the first center line L1 is smaller than a first preset threshold.
Through the above arrangement, it is ensured that the communication position of the first oil path 113 and the second oil path 114 is close to the first center line L1, and before temperature rise is stable, the heat of the cooling fins 10 can be dispersed correspondingly to the position close to the first center line L1, so as to further reduce the difference between the upper edge temperature and the middle edge temperature, and further ensure the heating effect of the heater 100.
Furthermore, the communication position of the first oil path 113 and the second oil path 114 coincides with the first center line L1. in other embodiments, the communication position of the first oil path 113 and the second oil path 114 may also be located above the first center line L1. in other embodiments, the communication position of the first oil path 113 and the second oil path 114 may also be located below the first center line L1.
When the transition oil path 115 is formed on the body 11, the transition oil path 115 forms a communication position between the first oil path 113 and the second oil path 114, and at this time, the transition oil path 115 can be arranged below the first center line L1.
In the present embodiment, the number of the first oil passages 113 is greater than the number of the second oil passages 114, and the cross-sectional area of each second oil passage 114 is smaller than or equal to the cross-sectional area of each first oil passage 113, so that the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the first oil passages 113 is greater than the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the second oil passages 114. It is understood that in other embodiments, the cross-sectional area of each second oil path 114 may be larger than the cross-sectional area of each first oil path 113, and when the number of first oil paths 113 is large enough, the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the first oil paths 113 may still be larger than the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the second oil paths 114.
In a second direction (the width direction of the electric oil-filled warmer 100) perpendicular to the first direction, the main body 11 has a second center line L2, and all the first oil passages 113 and all the second oil passages 114 are symmetrically arranged with the second center line L2 as a reference, so that uniformity of heat transfer is ensured.
It should be further noted that, when the first oil path 113 includes one oil path, the first oil path 113 is symmetrically disposed with respect to the second center line L, and when the second oil path 114 includes a plurality of oil paths, the plurality of first oil paths 113 is symmetrically disposed with respect to the second center line L, that is, when the second oil path 114 includes even-numbered oil paths, two-by-two first oil paths 113 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the second center line L, when the second oil path 114 includes more than one odd-numbered oil paths, the middle oil path itself is symmetrically disposed with respect to the second center line L, two-by-two first oil paths 113 located on both sides of the middle oil path are symmetrically disposed with respect to the second center line L, when the second oil path 114 includes one oil path, the second oil path 114 is symmetrically disposed with respect to the second center line L, when the second oil path 114 includes more than one oil path, the plurality of second oil paths 114 is symmetrically disposed with respect to the second center line L, that when the second oil path 114 includes even-by-numbered oil paths 35114, the middle oil path 114 is symmetrically disposed with respect to the second center line 352, and when the second oil path 114 includes more than the middle oil path L, the middle oil path 352, the second oil path 114 is symmetrically disposed with respect to the middle oil path 3526.
In one embodiment, the first oil path 113 includes a plurality of parallel and spaced oil paths, and the second oil path 114 includes a plurality of oil paths. It is contemplated that, in other embodiments, the first oil path 113 may include a plurality of parallel and spaced-apart oil paths, and the second oil path 114 may include one oil path, which is not limited herein.
Further, when the second oil path 114 includes a plurality of second oil paths 114, every two second oil paths 114 are arranged in a crossing manner, so that the second oil paths 114 are opened conveniently. Each second oil path 114 is curved with at least one bent portion, and after the heat conduction oil flows from the first oil path 113 to the second oil path 114, the resistance of the curved second oil path 114 to the heat conduction oil is relatively large, so that the heat transfer rate of the upper portion of the heat sink 10 with the second oil path 114 is reduced, the heat of the heat sink 10 is correspondingly dispersed toward the middle position of the heat sink 10, the difference between the upper edge temperature and the middle edge temperature of the heat sink 10 is further reduced, and the heating effect of the heater 100 is further improved.
In a specific embodiment, the first oil path 113 includes three parallel and spaced oil paths, the second oil path 114 includes two oil paths, and the two second oil paths 114 are communicated with the three first oil paths 113 through the transition oil path 115. It is contemplated that, in some other embodiments, the number of the first oil passages 113 and the second oil passages 114 is not limited. If the first oil path 113 includes four parallel and spaced oil paths, and the second oil path 114 includes three oil paths, or the first oil path 113 includes five parallel and spaced oil paths, and the second oil path 114 includes four oil paths.
Test verification shows that when the first oil path 113 comprises three parallel oil paths arranged at intervals, the second oil path 114 comprises two crossed oil paths, and each second oil path 114 is in a bent shape comprising at least one bent part, the temperature of the upper edge of the second oil path is 99.6 ℃, and the temperature of the middle edge of the second oil path is 80.5 ℃. In the prior art, when three spaced oil paths parallel to each other in the first direction are provided between the first oil pocket 111 and the second oil pocket 112, the temperature of the upper edge thereof is 108.5 ℃ and the temperature of the middle edge thereof is 75.2 ℃.
From the above verification, the warmer 100 of the present embodiment has a temperature rise value of 99.6 ℃ to the ambient temperature of the upper edge of the heat sink 10, whereas the warmer 100 of the prior art has a temperature rise value of 108.5 ℃ to the ambient temperature of the upper edge of the heat sink 10. When the ambient temperature is 25 ℃, the temperature rise value of the upper edge temperature of the heat sink 10 of the heater 100 provided in the present embodiment is 74.6 ℃, whereas the temperature rise value of the upper edge temperature of the heat sink 10 of the heater 100 provided in the prior art is 83.5 ℃. The national standard temperature rise value is generally 85 ℃.
Through the above analysis, it can be found that, in the case of satisfying the international temperature rise value, the temperature of the middle edge of the heater 100 provided in this embodiment is increased by 80.5 ℃ to 75.2 ℃ to 5.3 ℃ as compared with the temperature of the middle edge in the prior art.
In the second embodiment of the present invention, the number of the first oil passages 113 is equal to the number of the second oil passages 114, and at this time, by setting the sectional area of each first oil passage 113 to be different from the sectional area of each second oil passage 114, the sum of the sectional areas of all the first oil passages 113 can be still made larger than the sum of the sectional areas of all the second oil passages 114.
In a specific embodiment, the body 11 of each heat sink 10 is further provided with a transition oil path 115, each first oil path 113 is communicated with all second oil paths 114 through the transition oil path 115, each second oil path 114 is communicated with all first oil paths 113 through the transition oil path 115, so that the first oil path 113 is communicated with the second oil path 114, when the body 11 is provided with the transition oil path 115, the transition oil path 115 forms a communication position between the first oil path 113 and the second oil path 114, and at this time, the first center line L1 may be set to coincide with the transition oil path 115.
In a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the main body 11 has a second center line L2, and all the first oil passages 113 and all the second oil passages 114 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the second center line L2, thereby ensuring uniformity of heat transfer.
The first oil passage 113 includes a plurality of parallel and spaced-apart oil passages, and the second oil passage 114 includes a plurality of oil passages. The first oil path 113 includes two parallel oil paths arranged at intervals, the second oil path 114 also includes two oil paths, and the two second oil paths 114 are arranged in a crossing manner.
In this embodiment, the first oil path 113 includes three parallel and spaced oil paths, and the second oil path 114 includes three oil paths. It is contemplated that, in some other embodiments, the number of the first oil passages 113 and the second oil passages 114 is not limited. If the first oil path 113 includes two parallel oil paths arranged at intervals, and the second oil path 114 includes two oil paths, or the first oil path 113 includes four parallel oil paths arranged at intervals, and the second oil path 114 includes four oil paths.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a heat sink 10 included in the heater 100.
