Description

Bendable and suspendable flashlight
Technical Field
The invention relates to a flashlight, in particular to a bendable and suspensible flashlight.
Background
A flashlight is a hand-held lighting tool. The flashlight in the prior art comprises a lamp holder and a handle, wherein the lamp holder is connected with the handle. When in use, the handle is held by hand to illuminate. The flashlight handle in the prior art is generally short in length, and is inconvenient for a user to place the flashlight in use or to spare hands in use in some occasions. The corners are inconvenient to use and need to hold on the hands when in use.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the bendable and suspendable flashlight which has the characteristics of simple structure and convenience in use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the bendable and suspensible flashlight comprises a lamp cap and a flexible handle; the lamp holder is connected with the hinge; the flexible handle is wrapped outside the hinge.
The hinge is formed by mutually meshing a plurality of chain links.
The lamp holder is provided with electronic elements such as a bulb and the like, a battery and a switch. The lamp holder is connected with the tail part of the flashlight with a bending effect through a hinge. The flexible handle is wrapped outside the tail hinge of the flashlight.
The flexible handle is made of elastic materials, the elastic materials are rubber, elastic deformation can be generated under the action of external force, and the flexible handle restores to the original state after the external force is cancelled.
The chain ring is formed by connecting I-shaped movable joints and connecting blocks at intervals; the I-shaped movable joint is connected with the connecting block through a screw, a nut and a gasket.
Four protruding round lugs are arranged at the front and the back of the I-shaped movable joint, and a through hole I is formed in each round lug and the positions of the through holes I are completely the same; the front and the back of the connecting block are semi-cylindrical surfaces, and two through holes II with the same size and position exist; the first through hole and the second through hole are identical in size. The circle radius of the round lug is completely the same as that of the semi-cylindrical surface.
The I-shaped movable joint and the connecting block provide certain friction force through tight combination, so that the flashlight has certain strength in a bending state, can bear the gravity of the flashlight, and can be hung everywhere.
The invention has the following advantages:
the invention discloses a bendable and suspensible flashlight, which is characterized in that a hinge structure is arranged and consists of a plurality of small chain rings which are mutually meshed, and the small chain rings have small clamping force. The I-shaped movable joint and the connecting block provide certain friction force through tight combination, so that the flashlight has certain strength in a bending state, can bear the gravity of the flashlight, and can be hung anywhere when being used under the condition that the whole hinge structure is bent by hands. Thereby enhancing the usability and realizing the diversification of the functions of the flashlight. The flashlight solves the problem that a user needs to place the flashlight or vacate hands when using the flashlight.

Detailed Description
The structural and operational principles of the present invention are explained in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a bendable and suspendable flashlight comprises a lamp cap 1 and a flexible handle 2; the lamp holder 1 is connected with the hinge 3; the flexible handle 2 is wrapped outside the hinge 3. The tail hinge 3 of the flashlight has a bending effect.
The hinge 3 is composed of a plurality of chain links which are mutually meshed. The links have a low snap-fit force with respect to each other. The whole hinge structure can be bent by hand, and the strength is high, so that the flashlight can bear the gravity of the flashlight and can be hung everywhere when in use. Thereby enhancing the usability and realizing the diversification of the functions of the flashlight. The flashlight solves the problem that a user needs to place the flashlight or vacate hands when using the flashlight.
The electric torch tail hinge 3 is formed by connecting a plurality of chain ring monomers together through a screw 9, a nut 11 and a gasket 10.
The lamp holder 1 is provided with electronic elements such as a bulb, a battery, a switch and the like. The lamp holder 1 is connected with a tail hinge 3 of the flashlight with a bending effect. The outer part of the tail hinge 3 of the flashlight is wrapped with the flexible handle 2, as shown in figure 2 (the hinge structure of the flexible handle is removed).
Referring to fig. 3-4, fig. 5(a) - (b), the chain ring is formed by connecting an i-shaped movable joint 5 and a connecting block 8 at intervals; the I-shaped movable joint 5 is connected with the connecting block 8 through a screw 9, a nut 11 and a gasket 10.
Four protruding round lugs 6 are arranged at the front and the rear of the I-shaped movable joint, and a through hole I4 is formed in each round lug 6 and has the same position size; the front and the back of the connecting block 8 are semi-cylindrical surfaces (fillets), and two through holes 7 with the same size and position exist; the first through hole and the second through hole are identical in size. The circle radius of the round lug 6 is completely the same as that of the semi-cylindrical surface.
The I-shaped movable joint 5 and the connecting block 8 provide certain friction force through tight combination, so that the flashlight has certain strength in a bending state, and can bear the gravity of the flashlight, and the flashlight can be hung everywhere.
The appearance and hinge structure of the flashlight in the initial state and the bent state are shown in fig. 6(a) - (d). The flashlight is a straight flexible handle 2 in an initial state, and the tail hinge 3 of the flashlight inside the flexible handle 2 is bent to generate a bending effect, so that the flashlight can be hung everywhere.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when in use, the I-shaped movable joint 5 and the connecting block 8 are in a straight line shape under the action of pulling force; when the I-shaped movable joint 5 and the connecting block 8 are bent, the I-shaped movable joint and the connecting block rotate around the screw, and the hinge is bent into a corresponding bent shape.
