Abstract
The application discloses a large-diameter polyolefin pipe fitting and a production method thereof. The plastic layer is injected on the spliced pipe body of the pipe fitting, so that the injection molding amount is reduced, the production is convenient, and the production requirement is reduced; thereby reach the effect of evenly moulding plastics through the mode of porous moulding plastics, reduce the risk that the weld seam produced the crack, avoid the emergence of potential safety hazard.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of pipe fittings, in particular to a large-caliber polyolefin pipe fitting and a production method thereof.
Background
At present, plastic pipe fittings become the leading force in the field of building drainage pipelines, and particularly the popularization and application of PVC-U materials. Its advantages are light weight, high anticorrosion nature and convenient construction. The traditional cast iron pipe fittings are basically eliminated. The pipeline can not be installed away from the pipe fittings, and the most common pipe fittings comprise elbows, tee joints and the like.
In the prior art, a pipe fitting is generally integrally formed by injection molding, and in the production process of a large-caliber pipe fitting, the required injection molding capacity requirement is high due to the large mass of the pipe fitting, so that the production requirement cannot be met; and the large-caliber pipe fitting is easy to crack in the using process, so that potential safety hazards exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a large-caliber polyolefin pipe fitting to overcome the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the embodiment of the application discloses heavy-calibre polyolefin pipe fitting which characterized in that: the fusion welding device comprises two straight pipes and an elbow, wherein the straight pipes are spliced at two ends of the elbow, and fusion walls are jointly molded on the outer walls of the straight pipes and the elbow.
Preferably, in the above-mentioned one large-caliber polyolefin pipe, the thickness of the fused wall is the same as that of the straight pipe.
Preferably, in the above-mentioned polyolefin pipe with a large diameter, the wall thickness of the bent pipe is the same as that of the straight pipe.
Preferably, in one of the above-mentioned polyolefin pipes with large caliber, the fusion wall is PE.
The application also discloses a production method of the large-caliber polyolefin pipe fitting, which comprises the following steps:
s 1: splicing and arranging the two straight pipes and the bent pipe in a mould;
s 2: two symmetrical side walls of the mold are provided with injection molding holes for injection molding fusion;
s 3: and taking out the pipe fitting after cooling.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the plastic layer is injected on the spliced pipe body of the pipe fitting, so that the injection molding amount is reduced, the production is convenient, and the production requirement is reduced; thereby reach the effect of evenly moulding plastics through the mode of porous moulding plastics, reduce the risk that the weld seam produced the crack, avoid the emergence of potential safety hazard.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present application or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be briefly described below, and it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments described in the present application, and it is obvious for those skilled in the art to obtain other drawings based on the drawings without creative efforts.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a large-caliber polyolefin pipe in an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the large-caliber polyolefin pipe fitting in this embodiment includes two straight pipes 1 and an elbow pipe 2, the two straight pipes 1 are spliced at two ends of the elbow pipe 2, and the outer walls of the two straight pipes 1 and the elbow pipe 2 are jointly molded with a fusion wall 3.
Further, the thickness of the fusion wall 3 is the same as that of the straight pipe 1.
Further, the wall thickness of the bent pipe 2 is the same as that of the straight pipe 1.
Further, the fusion wall 3 is PE.
In this technical scheme, the plastic layer of moulding plastics again on the body of this pipe fitting after the concatenation to reduce the volume of moulding plastics, the production of being convenient for reduces the production requirement.
The application also discloses a production method of the large-caliber polyolefin pipe fitting, which comprises the following steps:
s 1: splicing and arranging the two straight pipes and the bent pipe in a mould;
s 2: two symmetrical side walls of the mold are provided with injection molding holes for injection molding fusion;
s 3: and taking out the pipe fitting after cooling.
In the technical scheme, the effect of uniform injection molding is achieved through a porous injection molding mode, the risk that a weld joint cracks is reduced, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
