And if the real-time distance between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window is not less than a preset distance threshold value, no treatment is carried out. For example, if the user further opens the inward opening window in the process of automatically lifting the clothes-drying rod by the intelligent clothes-drying rack and the inward opening window are maintained at a distance of more than 3cm, the inward opening window and the inward opening window will not collide with each other, and no prompt operation is performed at this time.
The invention provides an intelligent clothes hanger and a control method thereof, wherein the method detects the opening and closing position of an inward opening window through a position sensor, and further judges whether the inward opening window and a clothes drying rod of the intelligent clothes hanger are likely to collide or not according to the relative distance between the inward opening window and the clothes drying rod when a user opens or closes the inward opening window, so that the clothes drying rod is timely lifted to a proper position when the inward opening window and the clothes drying rod are likely to collide, the damage of the clothes drying rod or the inward opening window caused by the collision of the inward opening window and the clothes drying rod is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.

The opening and closing position can be a certain opening angle and a position thereof of the inward opening window, for example, closing, opening 45 degrees, opening 90 degrees, opening 135 degrees and opening 180 degrees, and different angles correspond to different window sashes; preferably, the position sensor is an angular displacement sensor or a distance sensor. If the position sensor is a distance sensor, the distance sensor detects the distance between the angle of the window sash far away from the rotating shaft and the plane of the window body of the window. In addition, the position sensor is provided with a data sending device and used for sending the opening and closing position of the window sash detected by the data sending device to a controller of the intelligent clothes hanger, so that the controller can further analyze and judge.
The user setting module is used for receiving the maximum height of the inward opening window, the distance between a clothes drying rod of the intelligent clothes hanger and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed and the width of the inward opening window, which are set by a user, by a controller of the intelligent clothes hanger; it should be noted that the maximum height of the inward opening window is the height between the highest point of the sash of the inward opening window and the balcony floor of the user, the distance between the clothes drying rod of the intelligent clothes hanger and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed is the spatial distance between the straight line where the clothes drying rod is located and the plane where the inward opening window is located when the inward opening window is closed, and the width of the inward opening window is the width of the sash of the inward opening window. The setting operation of the user on the data can be set by an installer of the intelligent clothes hanger through field measurement when the installer installs the intelligent clothes hanger and in the initialization process of a processor of the intelligent clothes hanger; the intelligent clothes hanger can also be installed in a user terminal and set by a user in a control client of the intelligent clothes hanger, and the control client is not limited herein. For example, the maximum height of the inward opening window is 2m, the distance between the clothes drying rod of the intelligent clothes hanger and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed is 1.3m, and the width of the inward opening window is 1.5 m.
The height judgment module is used for detecting the height of a clothes drying rod by a controller of the intelligent clothes hanger when the user opens the inward opening window, and if the height of the clothes drying rod is larger than the maximum height, no treatment is carried out; if the height is not larger than the maximum height, executing a distance judgment module; it should be noted that, at this time, the relationship between the height of the clothes-horse and the height of the inwardly opened window is judged, and the relationship is also the position relationship of the clothes-horse and the inwardly opened window in the vertical direction; for example, the controller detects the distance between the clothes-horse and the balcony ground, which can be monitored in real time by a distance sensor mounted on the clothes-horse, and sends the distance to the controller, and the controller takes the distance as the height of the clothes-horse; or the intelligent clothes hanger calculates the height of the clothes drying rod according to the line releasing length of the clothes drying rod. At this time, if the height of the clothes-horse is 2.1m greater than the maximum height 2m, no collision is sent when the user opens or closes the inwardly opened window, so no treatment is performed under this condition; if the height is 1.7m and is not larger than the maximum height 2m, collision may occur when the user opens or closes the inwardly opened window, and therefore the distance determination module is executed under such a condition.
The distance judgment module is used for judging whether the distance between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed is larger than the width of the inward opening window or not by the controller of the intelligent clothes hanger, and if so, no treatment is performed; if not, the intelligent clothes hanger automatically lifts the height of the clothes airing rod to the maximum height of the inward opening window. It should be noted that, at this time, the relationship between the distances between the clothes-horse and the inwardly opened window is judged, and the relationship is also the position relationship of the clothes-horse and the inwardly opened window in the horizontal direction; only if the vertical direction and the horizontal direction both meet the corresponding distance requirements, the two can ensure that no collision occurs. The distance between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed is the space distance between the plane where the inward opening window sash is located and the straight line where the clothes airing rod is located when the inward opening window sash is closed, and the distance and the straight line are generally parallel or close to parallel. Preferably, the distance between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed is set by measuring the distance between a plane where the inward opening window sash is located and a straight line where the clothes airing rod is located when the inward opening window sash is closed. The controller of the intelligent clothes hanger judges whether the distance (for example, 1.3 m) between the clothes-horse and the inward opening window when the clothes-horse and the inward opening window are closed is larger than the width (for example, 1.5 m) of the inward opening window, if so, the distance between the clothes-horse and the inward opening window in the horizontal direction meets the requirement of no collision, and no processing is performed at this moment; if not, the distance between the clothes airing rod and the horizontal direction of the inward opening window cannot meet the requirement of no collision, and at the moment, the intelligent clothes hanger automatically lifts the height of the clothes airing rod to the maximum height of the inward opening window so as to avoid collision between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window.
As a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
the position sensor is an angular displacement sensor which is arranged at the position of a rotating shaft of the inward opening window; it should be noted that the angular displacement sensor converts the angle measurement into the measurement of other physical quantities, and it adopts non-contact patent design, and compared with other traditional angular displacement measuring instruments such as synchronous analyzer and potentiometer, it effectively improves the long-term reliability. Other sensors for measuring angular changes are also possible, and are not limited herein. Preferably, the angular displacement sensor is installed at the rotating shaft position of the inward opening window, so as to measure the rotating amount of the rotating shaft of the inward opening window, and further realize the measurement of the opening and closing position of the inward opening window.
The angular displacement sensor detects the angular displacement of the inward opening window when the user opens the inward opening window, and the opening and closing position of the inward opening window is calculated according to the angular displacement and the width of the inward opening window, wherein the angular displacement is relative to the position of the inward opening window when a sash of the inward opening window is closed, for example, when the angular displacement of the inward opening window is α degrees, and the width of the inward opening window is l, the opening and closing position of the inward opening window is d = l sin α.
As a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
receiving the maximum opening and closing angle of the inward opening window set by the user, and if the maximum opening and closing angle is larger than 90 degrees, detecting the angle of the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed by the user by the angular displacement sensor; it should be noted that, because the position of the inwardly opened window when being in the open state may collide with the clothes pole when being closed, two different types of inwardly opened windows are considered in this embodiment, that is, the inwardly opened window with the maximum opening and closing angle greater than 90 degrees and the inwardly opened window with the maximum opening and closing angle not greater than 90 degrees; if the inward opening window with the maximum opening and closing angle larger than 90 degrees is used, the inward opening window has the maximum possibility of colliding with a clothes drying rod when the inward opening window is closed and the inward opening window is opened, so that the method for detecting the position and avoiding the collision as shown in the embodiment needs to be performed on the inward opening window of the type when the inward opening window is closed; if the opening window is the inward opening window with the maximum opening and closing angle not larger than 90 degrees, the opening and closing angle can be reduced and is far away from 90 degrees when the inward opening window is closed, and the inward opening window cannot collide with a clothes airing rod, so that further control can be omitted.
If the angle of the user when closing the inward opening window is larger than 90 degrees, the controller of the intelligent clothes hanger detects the height of a clothes airing rod; if the height of the clothes airing rod is larger than the maximum height, no treatment is carried out; if the height is not greater than the maximum height, performing step S4; it should be noted that, at this time, the inward-opening window with the maximum opening and closing angle larger than 90 degrees may collide with the clothes drying rod to the maximum extent when the inward-opening window is closed, and therefore, if the angle when the user performs the closing operation on the inward-opening window is larger than 90 degrees, the method of detecting the position and avoiding the collision as shown in the above embodiment when the inward-opening window is opened needs to be performed when the inward-opening window of this type is closed; namely, when the user closes the inward opening window, the controller of the intelligent clothes hanger detects the height of a clothes drying rod, and if the height of the clothes drying rod is greater than the maximum height, no treatment is performed; if the height is not larger than the maximum height, the controller of the intelligent clothes hanger judges whether the distance between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed is larger than the width of the inward opening window, and if so, no treatment is performed; if not, the intelligent clothes hanger automatically lifts the height of the clothes airing rod to the maximum height of the inward opening window. Thereby avoiding the collision between the inward opening window and the clothes-horse.
And if the angle of the user for closing the inward opening window is not more than 90 degrees, no processing is performed. It should be noted that, at this time, the inward opening window with the maximum opening and closing angle not greater than 90 degrees is provided, and when the inward opening window is closed, because the opening and closing angle is reduced and is away from 90 degrees, no collision occurs with the clothes-horse at this time, so that no further control is needed.

And if the real-time distance between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window is not less than a preset distance threshold value, no treatment is carried out. For example, if the user further opens the inward opening window in the process of automatically lifting the clothes-drying rod by the intelligent clothes-drying rack and the inward opening window are maintained at a distance of more than 3cm, the inward opening window and the inward opening window will not collide with each other, and no prompt operation is performed at this time.
The invention provides an intelligent clothes hanger and a control method thereof, wherein the method detects the opening and closing position of an inward opening window through a position sensor, and further judges whether the inward opening window and a clothes drying rod of the intelligent clothes hanger are likely to collide or not according to the relative distance between the inward opening window and the clothes drying rod when a user opens or closes the inward opening window, so that the clothes drying rod is timely lifted to a proper position when the inward opening window and the clothes drying rod are likely to collide, the damage of the clothes drying rod or the inward opening window caused by the collision of the inward opening window and the clothes drying rod is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.

s3, detecting the height of a clothes drying rod by the controller of the intelligent clothes hanger when the user opens the inward opening window, and if the height of the clothes drying rod is larger than the maximum height, not performing any treatment; if the height is not greater than the maximum height, performing step S4;
s4, judging whether the distance between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed is larger than the width of the inward opening window by the controller of the intelligent clothes hanger, and if so, performing no treatment; if not, the intelligent clothes hanger automatically lifts the height of the clothes airing rod to the maximum height of the inward opening window.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the position sensor is an angular displacement sensor which is arranged at the position of a rotating shaft of the inward opening window;
and when the user opens the inward opening window, the angular displacement sensor detects the angular displacement of the inward opening window, and the opening and closing position of the inward opening window is calculated according to the angular displacement and the width of the inward opening window.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:

s34, the intelligent clothes hanger judges whether the distance between the clothes airing rod b and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed is larger than the width of the inward opening window, and if so, the operation is ended; if not, the intelligent clothes hanger automatically lifts the height of the clothes-horse b to the maximum height of the inward opening window.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the intelligent laundry rack automatically raises the height of the clothes-horse to the maximum height of the inwardly opened window, and further comprising:
after the position sensor detects that the inward opening window is closed, the intelligent clothes hanger automatically reduces the height of the clothes airing rod to the original height.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the intelligent laundry rack automatically raises the height of the clothes pole to the maximum height of the inwardly opened window, further comprising:
in the process that the intelligent clothes hanger automatically lifts the clothes drying rod, a processor of the intelligent clothes hanger receives the opening and closing position sent by the position sensor in real time, and the real-time distance between the clothes drying rod and the inward opening window is calculated according to the distance between the clothes drying rod and the inward opening window when the inward opening window is closed and the opening and closing position;
if the real-time distance between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window is smaller than a preset distance threshold, sending alarm information to the user;
and if the real-time distance between the clothes airing rod and the inward opening window is not less than a preset distance threshold value, no treatment is carried out.
