Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly packaging material based on modified corn starch.
Background
The packaging material is used for manufacturing packaging containers, packaging decoration, packaging printing, packaging transportation and the like, and meets the requirements of product packaging, and the packaging materials which are commonly used at present comprise metal, paper, expanded polystyrene plastics, polyurethane plastics and the like. The metal package has high cost, heavy weight and poor buffering performance, and if the instrument and the equipment collide with each other, the metal package also can damage the instrument and the equipment due to the lack of buffering toughness. The strength of paper packaging materials is not enough, in addition, a large amount of paper is wasted by paper packaging, and the paper is mainly made of wood, so that a large amount of wood is cut down naturally due to excessive use of the paper packaging, and the environment protection and water and soil conservation are not facilitated. The cost of the mould is high by adopting the moulded or assembled polystyrene; the mechanical property of the spliced polystyrene is poor, the polystyrene is easy to break under impact, and in addition, the polystyrene is often separated out by monomer styrene in the using process, which is not good for human health and is easy to produce white pollution after being discarded. Therefore, the packaging performance is met, the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the green production concept is met.
The corn starch has the advantages of low price, wide source, complete biodegradation and the like, is an important raw material for preparing a completely biodegradable material, is suitable for preparing a packaging material, and has higher hardness and brittleness due to the semi-rigid characteristic of glucose residues on macromolecular chains in the corn starch and the hydrogen bond action among starch molecules, and is easy to pulverize under the action of external force, so the application effect of the corn starch as the packaging material is influenced.
