It should be noted that if the pinch roller 210 is worn, the friction force provided to the steel wire rope is relatively reduced, and the pulley assembly 310 of the pre-tightening mechanism 300 still can stably provide a certain pre-tightening force, so that the steel wire rope can be relatively tightly wound and arranged on the drum 120. After the steel wire ropes are tightly and orderly arranged on the roller 120, the steel wire ropes can not sink into the loose steel wire ropes at the lower layer of the roller 120 even if the steel wire ropes are suddenly stressed, so that the rope releasing of the steel wire ropes is smooth.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pre-tightening mechanism 300 further includes a supporting frame 321 and a driving assembly 322 disposed on the supporting frame 321, the pulley assembly 310 includes a fixed pulley 311 and a movable pulley 312, the rotating shaft of the fixed pulley 311, the rotating shaft of the movable pulley 312 and the rotating shaft of the drum 120 are disposed parallel to each other, and the fixed pulley 311 is rotatably connected to the supporting frame 321; the driving component 322 is in transmission connection with the movable pulley 312 and is used for driving the movable pulley 312 to approach or depart from the supporting frame 321. When the wire rope pre-tightening device 010 is used for winding and accommodating the wire rope, the wire rope can be wound on the fixed pulley 311 and the movable pulley 312 to be pre-tightened, and the pre-tightened wire rope is pressed between the pressing wheel 210 and the roller 120, so that the wire rope can be tightly wound on the roller 120, and the phenomena of loosening, irregular arrangement, rope disorder and the like of the wire rope are reduced.
It should be noted that, the driving assembly 322 is used to drive the movable pulley 312 to approach or depart from the supporting frame 321, that is, the pre-tightening strength of the pulley assembly 310 to the steel wire rope can be adjusted through the position change of the movable pulley 312, so that the pre-tightening mechanism 300 can provide the pre-tightening force for the steel wire rope to be stored under various working conditions. Further, along the radial direction of the drum 120, the supporting frame 321 is located at the outer side of the drum 120, and the driving assembly 322 can drive the movable pulley 312 to move along the radial direction thereof to approach or separate from the supporting frame 321.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the driving assembly 322 includes a driving member 323 and a third connecting plate 324, the driving member 323 is disposed on the supporting frame 321, the movable pulley 312 is in transmission connection with the driving member 323 through the third connecting plate 324, and the driving member 323 drives the third connecting plate 324 to drive the movable pulley 312 to move along the radial direction of the roller 120; the movable pulley 312 is rotatably connected to the third connecting plate 324 via a pulley shaft 325, the pulley shaft 325 being disposed parallel to the axis of the drum 120, and the movable pulley 312 being rotatable about the pulley shaft 325. In order to make the rotation of the movable pulley 312 more flexible, and in order to avoid excessive friction between the movable pulley 312 and the wire rope, a bearing is interposed between the movable pulley 312 and the sliding shaft. Further, the pulley shaft 325 is fixedly connected with the third connecting plate 324, and the movable pulley 312 is further rotatably connected with the pulley shaft 325 through a bearing.
The connection mode of the driving piece 323 and the supporting frame 321 can be selected according to the requirement; in this embodiment, the driving member 323 is connected with the supporting frame 321 through a fastener; it should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the driver 323 may also be snapped, welded, etc. with the support frame 321. The type of driver 323 can be selected as desired; in this embodiment, the driving member 323 is an electric push rod; in other embodiments, the driving member 323 may be a hydraulic cylinder or the like.
Referring to fig. 4, the connection manner between the third connecting plate 324 and the driving member 323 can be selected according to the requirement; in this embodiment, the third connecting plate 324 is provided with a plugging hole 326, and the driving member 323 is plugged with the plugging hole 326. In other embodiments, the third connecting plate 324 and the driving member 323 may be connected by welding, bonding, or the like.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to facilitate the fixed pulley 311 to be disposed on the supporting frame 321, the supporting frame 321 is fixedly connected with a supporting rod 327, and the fixed pulley 311 is rotatably connected with one end of the supporting rod 327 away from the supporting frame 321 through a rotating shaft. In the embodiment, the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the supporting rod 327, and the fixed pulley 311 is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft through a bearing; it should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the fixed pulley 311 is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft, which is rotatably connected to the support bar 327; in other embodiments, the fixed pulley 311 is rotatably coupled to a shaft, which is rotatably coupled to a support bar 327. The connection mode of the support rod 327 and the support frame 321 can be selected according to the requirement; in the present embodiment, the support bar 327 is welded to the support frame 321; in other embodiments, the support rod 327 and the support frame 321 may be integrally formed, screwed, or fastened by a fastener, where the fastener includes a bolt or a screw. In order to make the rotation of the fixed pulley 311 more flexible and avoid excessive friction between the steel wire rope and the fixed pulley 311, a bearing is clamped between the fixed pulley 311 and the rotating shaft.
It should be noted that, the number of the driving assemblies 322 is the same as the number of the movable pulleys 312, and the driving assemblies are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the number of fixed pulleys 311 and the number of movable pulleys 312 in the pulley assembly 310 can be selected as required; in this embodiment, the pulley assembly 310 includes two fixed pulleys 311 and three movable pulleys 312, and one fixed pulley 311, three movable pulleys 312 and the other fixed pulley 311 are sequentially and alternately distributed along the direction from the roller 120 to the roller 120; the wire rope to be stored is wound around the fixed pulley 311, three movable pulleys 312, and the fixed pulley 311, which are far from the drum 120, and then pressed between the pinch roller 210 and the drum 120, and then stored in the drum 120.
It should be noted that each movable pulley 312 has a first position close to the supporting frame 321 and a second position far from the supporting frame 321; in using the pretensioning mechanism 300, the positions of the three movable pulleys 312 are sequentially arranged to be located at the second position, at the first position, at the second position, or the positions of the three movable pulleys 312 are sequentially arranged to be located at the first position, at the second position, at the first position, in the direction from approaching the drum 120 to separating from the drum 120; in this way, the wire rope is easily preloaded with the traveling block 312 alternately disposed in the first and second positions. It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, when the pretensioning mechanism 300 is used, the plurality of movable pulleys 312 need not be alternately arranged at the first position and the second position, and all of the movable pulleys 312 may be arranged at the first position or the second position, which is not particularly limited herein.
In order to make the pre-tightening effect of the pre-tightening mechanism 300 on the wire rope better, in the present embodiment, the first position and the second position of the movable pulley 312 are located at two sides of the fixed pulley 311, respectively, along the radial direction of the drum 120.
The wire rope pre-tightening device 010 of the embodiment further comprises a controller, the roller 120 is provided with an encoder and a pressure sensor which are in communication connection with the controller, the wire rope is connected with a lifting hook, the encoder is used for detecting the steering direction of the roller 120, and the pressure sensor is used for detecting the load of the lifting hook; when the drum 120 receives the rope, the encoder sends a first detection signal to the controller; when the pressure sensor detects that the lifting hook is empty, a second detection signal is sent to the controller; the controller is configured to control the driving assembly to drive the movable pulley to be close to or far away from the supporting frame according to the first detection signal and the second detection signal. The encoder and the pressure sensor are both fixedly connected coaxially with the drum 120, for example, the encoder and the pressure sensor may be fixedly connected with the first rotation shaft 121.
Further, the driving members 323 corresponding to the three movable pulleys 312 are all in communication connection with the controller; when the wire rope is unreeled, the encoder detects that the drum 120 is rotated clockwise; when the steel wire rope is reeled, the encoder can detect that the roller 120 rotates anticlockwise, and the encoder sends a first detection signal to the controller, at the moment, the lifting hook is empty, the pressure value detected by the lifting hook empty pressure sensor is smaller than the pressure value when the lifting hook lifts a heavy object, and the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor can also be considered to be very small, and the pressure sensor sends a second detection signal to the controller; the controller controls all driving pieces 323 to drive the corresponding movable pulleys 312 to move according to the first detection signal and the second detection signal, and positions of the three movable pulleys 312 are sequentially configured to be positioned at the second position, the first position and the second position along the direction from approaching the drum 120 to separating from the drum 120, or positions of the three movable pulleys 312 are sequentially configured to be positioned at the first position, the second position and the first position, so that the steel wire rope can shuttle between the fixed pulley 311 and the movable pulleys 312 of the pulley assembly 310, and the steel wire rope is pre-tensioned through friction force. If the encoder detects that the drum 120 rotates counterclockwise and the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value is very small, the two conditions cannot be satisfied at the same time, that is, the controller cannot receive the first detection signal and the second detection signal at the same time, the controller does not control the driving part 323 to operate.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the respective drives 323 of the three movable pulleys 312 are independently controlled by different control switches or controllers; that is, the form in which the controller controls the driving piece 323 to drive the movable pulley 312 to move is not limited to the above form, as long as the movable pulley 312 can be driven to move to a state in which the wire rope can be automatically pre-tensioned. The controller may select a particular type as desired, for example: PLC single chip, etc.
The communication connection includes an electrical connection using an electrical wire or a wireless communication connection using a wireless network or the like.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the pulley assembly 310 may include only the fixed pulley 311 and not the movable pulley 312, and the number of fixed pulleys 311 may be one, two, etc., and is not specifically limited herein; in other embodiments, the pulley assembly 310 may include only the movable pulley 312 and not include the fixed pulley 311, and the number of the movable pulleys 312 may be one, two, etc., which is not particularly limited herein; in other embodiments, the pulley assembly 310 includes both fixed pulleys 311 and movable pulleys 312, and the number of fixed pulleys 311 may be one, three, etc., and the number of movable pulleys 312 may be one, two, etc., which are not particularly limited herein.
It should be noted that, the wire rope pre-tightening device 010 of this embodiment can pre-tighten the wire rope through the pulley assembly 310, and the pre-tightening winch is not required to be configured to pre-tighten the wire rope, so that the space occupied by the wire rope pre-tightening device 010 can be greatly saved. Moreover, the pre-tightening winch can be configured to be used only in an assembled state, and the steel wire rope pre-tightening device 010 in the embodiment can be used in a working state, so that automatic pre-tightening and non-pre-tightening of the steel wire rope can be realized according to the needs of users.
Referring to fig. 1, the pretensioning mechanism 300 of the present embodiment further includes a sliding assembly 330, a supporting frame 321 slidably connected to the sliding assembly 330, and the supporting frame 321 is configured to move along the axial direction of the roller 120 relative to the sliding assembly 330; when the supporting frame 321 can move along the axial direction of the roller 120 relative to the sliding assembly 330, the pulley assembly 310 disposed on the supporting frame 321 can move synchronously with the supporting frame 321; in this way, when the steel wire rope is sequentially wound around each fixed pulley 311 and the movable pulley 312 of the pulley assembly 310 and then pressed between the pinch roller 210 and the roller 120, and finally wound around and stored in the roller 120, the fixed pulleys 311 and the movable pulleys 312 of the pulley assembly 310 not only rotate around the respective axes under the friction action of the steel wire rope, but also are driven to move axially along the roller 120, that is, under the friction action of the fixed pulleys 311 and the movable pulleys 312, the pulley assembly 310 and the supporting frame 321 have a trend of moving axially along the roller 120 relative to the sliding assembly 330, so as to ensure that the steel wire rope to be stored always maintains a pre-tightening state wound around the pulley assembly 310, and further ensure that the steel wire rope can be tightly and orderly wound and stored in the roller 120.
The slide assembly 330 may be selected as desired; in this embodiment, the sliding component 330 includes a sliding rail component, for example: the ball slide rail, etc., the slide rail subassembly includes fixed slide rail and moves the slide rail with fixed slide rail sliding fit, and fixed slide rail and the length of moving the slide rail all extend along the axial of cylinder 120, and support frame 321 and moving slide rail fixed connection to make support frame 321 and moving the slide rail synchronous along the axial extension of cylinder 120 for fixed slide rail. It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the sliding assembly 330 may further include a rail having a chute with a length extending along an axial direction of the drum 120, the support frame 321 slidably inserted within the chute; the sliding assembly 330 is not particularly limited herein, and may be replaced according to the related art by those skilled in the art.
It should be noted that the sliding assembly 330 can be fixedly connected to the body of the crane, so that the support frame 321 and the pulley assembly 310 can stably slide relative to the sliding assembly 330.
Referring to fig. 1, the wire rope pre-tightening apparatus 010 of the present embodiment further includes a rope guiding mechanism 400, the pinch roller 210 and the pre-tightening mechanism 300 are located between the rope guiding mechanism 400 and the winch 100, the rope guiding mechanism 400 includes a second shaft 410 and a rope guiding assembly 420 disposed on the second shaft 410, an axis of the second shaft 410 is parallel to a central axis of the drum 120, and the rope guiding assembly 420 is configured to guide a wire rope to be accommodated and capable of moving along an axial direction of the second shaft 410. In this way, when the drum 120 is required to store the wire rope, the wire rope sequentially shuttles the wire rope guide mechanism 400, the pulley assembly 310 and the pinch roller 210, and finally winds around the drum 120, so that the movement direction of the wire rope can be guided by the wire rope guide assembly 420, and the wire rope can be more stably engaged with the pulley assembly 310 and the pinch roller 210.
The second shaft 410 is a threaded shaft, the rope guide assembly 420 is in threaded engagement with the threaded shaft, and the rope guide assembly 420 can move relative to the threaded shaft in the axial direction of the drum 120 when the threaded shaft rotates around its own axis. Further, the threaded shaft is a bidirectional threaded shaft.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the rope guiding mechanism 400 of the present embodiment further includes a second sprocket 113 in driving connection with the threaded shaft; the wire rope pre-tightening device 010 further includes a chain 114, and the first sprocket 112 and the second sprocket 113 are used for supporting the chain 114; thus, when the driving mechanism drives the drum 120 to rotate, the first sprocket 112 and the second sprocket 113 synchronously rotate, so that when the wire rope is wound around the drum 120, the wire rope guide assembly 420 on the threaded shaft can synchronously move along the axial direction of the drum 120 along with the pinch roller 210, that is, when the wire rope is wound around the drum 120 along the axial direction of the drum 120, the pinch roller 210 moves along the winding direction of the wire rope around the drum 120, and the wire rope guide assembly 420 also moves along the winding direction of the wire rope around the drum 120.
In order to simplify the structure of the wire rope pre-tightening device 010, in this embodiment, the first sprocket 112 is fixedly connected coaxially with the drum 120, and the second sprocket 113 is fixedly connected coaxially with the screw shaft. It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first sprocket 112 may also be in driving connection with the drum 120 via a gear assembly or the like; similarly, the second sprocket 113 may also be drivingly connected to the threaded shaft by a gear assembly or the like.
In order to fix the second shaft 410 more stably, referring to fig. 1, the rope guiding mechanism 400 of the present embodiment further includes two mounting plates 411 spaced apart, and two axial ends of the second shaft 410 are rotatably connected to the two mounting plates 411, respectively; further, each mounting plate 411 is provided with a bearing, and the second shaft 410 is rotatably connected with the mounting plate 411 through the bearing. The mounting plate 411 can be fixedly connected to the crane body, so that the second shaft 410 and the rope guide assembly 420 provided on the second shaft 410 are more stable in position with respect to the hoist 100 and the pretensioning mechanism 300, and the wire rope can be stably guided and pretensioned.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the rope guiding mechanism 400 of the present embodiment further includes a connecting component 430 disposed on the second shaft 410, and the connecting component 430 is configured to be capable of moving along the axial direction of the second shaft 410; the rope guiding assembly 420 comprises two rope guiding wheels 421, the two rope guiding wheels 421 are rotatably arranged on the connecting assembly 430, and a rope guiding gap 422 is formed between the outer peripheral surfaces of the two rope guiding wheels 421. In this way, the wire rope can be stably clamped by the outer circumferential surfaces of the two rope guide wheels 421 to ensure a good guiding effect.
The two rope guide wheels 421 are spaced apart so that the wire rope can pass through a gap between the two rope guide wheels 421, so that the wire rope can be guided by the outer circumferential surfaces of the two rope guide wheels 421.
In order to enable the wire rope pre-tightening device 010 to be suitable for the crawler crane with the boom angle being changed continuously, or in other words, in order to adapt to different hoisting heights, the angle of the wire rope in the vertical direction is different when the wire rope enters between the two rope guiding wheels 421. In this embodiment, the connection assembly 430 includes a rotating block 431 and a shaft sleeve 432, the rotating block 431 is rotatably sleeved on the shaft sleeve 432, and the rope guiding wheel 421 is rotatably connected to the rotating block 431; the shaft sleeve 432 is sleeved on the second shaft 410, and the shaft sleeve 432 is configured to move along the axial direction of the second shaft 410 and drive the rotating block 431 and the rope guiding wheel 421 to move along the axial direction of the second shaft 410; in this way, not only can the shaft sleeve 432 synchronously drive the rope guide wheel 421 to move in the axial direction of the drum 120 when moving in the axial direction of the drum 120 relative to the second shaft 410, but also the rope guide wheel 421 and the rotating block 431 can synchronously rotate around the axial direction of the second shaft 410, so that the wire rope can be clamped between the outer peripheral surfaces of the two rope guide wheels 421 from different angles.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the sheave 421 is rotatably connected to the rotating block 431 via an axle 423; still further, the rope guide wheel 421 is rotatably connected with the wheel shaft 423 through a bearing, and the wheel shaft 423 is fixedly connected with the rotating block 431. The connection mode of the wheel axle 423 and the rotating block 431 can be selected according to the requirement; in this embodiment, one end of the wheel shaft 423 away from the guide sheave 421 is in threaded connection with the rotating block 431; in other embodiments, the end of the axle 423 away from the sheave 421 may be connected to the rotating block 431 by welding or integrally formed. It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the end of the axle 423 remote from the sheave 421 may also be rotatably connected with the rotating block 431.
Referring to fig. 5, the connection assembly 430 of the present embodiment includes two rotating blocks 431 and two shaft sleeves 432, the two rotating blocks 431 and the two shaft sleeves 432 are correspondingly matched one by one, and the two rotating blocks 431 and the two rope guiding wheels 421 are correspondingly arranged one by one; the connection assembly 430 further includes a tab 433 connected between two rotating blocks 431; thus, the adjusting piece can be used for adjusting the gap between the two rotating blocks 431 and further adjusting the gap between the two rope guiding wheels 421, so that the rope guiding assembly 420 can guide steel ropes with different diameters.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, each rope guiding mechanism 400 may be configured with a plurality of adjusting pieces 433 with different lengths, and two ends of each adjusting piece 433 may be detachably connected to the rotating block 431, for example: and is connected by a fastener such as a bolt, so that the adjusting piece 433 with a corresponding length is selected according to the diameter of the steel wire rope. It should be understood that in some embodiments, the adjusting plate 433 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, and the plurality of fixing holes are sequentially and alternately distributed along the length of the adjusting plate 433, and the adjusting plate 433 is detachably connected with the two rotating blocks 431 through two fasteners respectively, so that the purpose of adjusting the space between the rotating blocks 431 can be achieved by selecting different fixing holes to be matched with the fasteners.
In order to more stably move the guide rope assembly 420, the pulley assembly 310 and the support frame 321 in the axial direction of the drum 120 when the wire rope pre-tightening apparatus 010 receives the wire rope. Referring to fig. 1, the rope guiding mechanism 400 further includes a guiding plate 440, one end of the guiding plate 440 is screwed with the threaded shaft, and the other end is fixedly connected with the supporting frame 321; thus, when the driving mechanism drives the roller 120 to rotate and the rope guide assembly 420 is driven to move along the axial direction of the roller 120 at the screw axis, the supporting frame 321 and the pulley assembly 310 are driven to move along the axial direction of the roller 120. Further, the guide plate 440 can be fixedly connected to any one of the two rotating blocks 431 to further improve the stability of the synchronous movement of the guide rope assembly 420, the pulley assembly 310 and the supporting frame 321 in the axial direction of the drum 120.
The workflow of the wire rope pretensioning device 010 provided in this embodiment includes: the movable pulleys 312 are driven to move to the first position or the second position by the driving piece 323 corresponding to each movable pulley 312; the wire rope is passed through the space between the two rope guiding wheels 421, and is clamped and guided by the outer peripheral surfaces of the two rope guiding wheels 421; then, the steel wire rope passing through the rope guiding assembly 420 sequentially shuttles from one end far away from the roller 120 to one end close to the roller 120 and winds on the corresponding fixed pulley 311 and the corresponding movable pulley 312; finally, the wire rope is pressed between the pinch roller 210 and the drum 120, and finally, the wire rope is received and wound around the drum 120.
In summary, when the wire rope is stored in the wire rope pre-tightening device 010, the engineering machine provided by the embodiment of the invention can pre-tighten the wire rope by using the pre-tightening mechanism 300 on one hand, and can press the wire rope between the pressing wheel 210 and the roller 120 by using the pressing wheel 210 on the other hand, so as to ensure that the wire rope pre-tightening device 010 has a good pre-tightening effect.

1. A steel wire rope pre-tightening device is characterized by comprising a winch, a rope pressing device and a pre-tightening mechanism,
the winch comprises a winch frame and a roller rotatably arranged on the winch frame, and the roller is used for accommodating a steel wire rope;
the rope pressing device comprises a pressing wheel, a first shaft and an adjusting assembly, wherein the adjusting assembly is arranged on the winding frame, the first shaft is connected with the adjusting assembly, and the first shaft and the axis of the roller are distributed at intervals; the compression wheel is rotatably sleeved on the first shaft; the adjusting assembly is configured to enable the first shaft to always have a trend of approaching the roller along the radial direction of the roller, and enable the pressing wheel to always have a trend of pressing the roller so as to press the steel wire rope to be accommodated between the pressing wheel and the roller; when the steel wire rope pressed between the pressing wheel and the roller is contained in the roller, the pressing wheel can move along the axial direction of the first shaft;
The pre-tightening mechanism comprises a pulley assembly, wherein the pulley assembly is used for pre-tightening the steel wire rope to be received in the roller;
when the roller accommodates the steel wire rope, the pulley assembly, the compression wheel and the roller are distributed along the moving path of the steel wire rope in sequence,
the pre-tightening mechanism further comprises a supporting frame and a driving assembly arranged on the supporting frame, the pulley assembly comprises a fixed pulley and a movable pulley, a rotating shaft of the fixed pulley, a rotating shaft of the movable pulley and a rotating shaft of the roller are arranged in parallel, and the fixed pulley is rotatably connected with the supporting frame; the driving assembly is in transmission connection with the movable pulley and is used for driving the movable pulley to be close to or far away from the supporting frame.

The wire rope pre-tightening device according to claim 1, wherein the winding frame comprises two side plates which are distributed oppositely, and two axial ends of the roller are respectively connected with the two side plates in a rotating manner; each side plate is provided with a guide groove, and the length of each guide groove extends along the radial direction of the roller; the two axial ends of the first shaft are respectively in sliding plug-in fit with the guide grooves of the two side plates;
The adjustment assembly includes an elastic member connected between the side plate and the first shaft, the elastic member being configured such that the first shaft always has a tendency to approach the drum and such that the pinch roller always has a tendency to press against the drum.

The wire rope pretensioning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pretensioning mechanism further comprises a slide assembly, the support bracket is slidably connected to the slide assembly, and the support bracket is configured to be movable relative to the slide assembly in an axial direction of the drum; and/or the steel wire rope pre-tightening device further comprises a controller, the roller is provided with an encoder and a pressure sensor which are in communication connection with the controller, the steel wire rope is connected with a lifting hook, the encoder is used for detecting the steering of the roller, and the pressure sensor is used for detecting the load of the lifting hook; when the drum receives the rope, the encoder sends a first detection signal to the controller; when the pressure sensor detects that the lifting hook is empty, a second detection signal is sent to the controller; the controller is configured to control the driving assembly to drive the movable pulley to be close to or far away from the supporting frame according to the first detection signal and the second detection signal.

A wire rope pretensioning apparatus according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising a rope guiding mechanism, the pinch roller and the pretensioning mechanism being located between the rope guiding mechanism and the winch, the rope guiding mechanism comprising a second shaft and a rope guiding assembly arranged to the second shaft, the axis of the second shaft being parallel to the central axis of the drum, the rope guiding assembly being for guiding a wire rope to be received and being configured to be movable in the axial direction of the second shaft.
5. The wire rope pretensioning apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the winch further comprises a first sprocket drivingly connected to the drum; the second shaft is a threaded shaft, the rope guide assembly is in threaded fit with the threaded shaft, and the rope guide mechanism further comprises a second sprocket in transmission connection with the threaded shaft; the wire rope pretensioning device further comprises a chain, and the first sprocket and the second sprocket are used for supporting the chain.

The wire rope pretensioning apparatus of claim 4, wherein the rope guide mechanism further comprises a connection assembly disposed on the second shaft, and the connection assembly is configured to be movable along an axial direction of the second shaft; the rope guiding assembly comprises two rope guiding wheels, the two rope guiding wheels are rotatably arranged on the connecting assembly, and a rope guiding gap is formed between the outer peripheral surfaces of the two rope guiding wheels.

The wire rope pretensioning apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the connection assembly includes a rotating block and a sleeve, the rotating block is rotatably sleeved on the sleeve, and the rope guide wheel is rotatably connected to the rotating block; the shaft sleeve is sleeved on the second shaft, and the shaft sleeve is configured to move along the axial direction of the second shaft and drive the rotating block and the rope guiding wheel to move along the axial direction of the second shaft.

The wire rope pretensioning apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the connection assembly includes two rotation blocks and two bushings, the two rotation blocks and the two bushings are fitted in one-to-one correspondence, and the two rotation blocks and the two rope guide wheels are provided in one-to-one correspondence; the connecting assembly further comprises an adjusting piece connected between the two rotating blocks, and the adjusting piece is used for adjusting a gap between the two rope guiding wheels.
