Claims (10)

1. A cloth conveying flanging mechanism, which is characterized in that,
the method comprises the following steps: the conveying limiting assembly, the flanging assembly (6) and the pressing assembly (8);
the transmission limiting assembly is used for conveying cloth;
the turn-up assembly (6) comprises: the cloth conveying device comprises a turning part and a turning part, wherein the turning part is used for being matched with a conveying limiting assembly to turn the cloth to form a first conveying surface (101) and a second conveying surface (102), the included angle between the first conveying surface (101) and the second conveying surface (102) is 50-130 degrees, and the turning part is used for turning the cloth from the edge of the cloth to the middle of the connecting part of the first conveying surface (101) and the second conveying surface (102);
and the pressing component (8) is arranged at the rear end of the flanging component (6) and is used for applying pressure to the flanged cloth.

The cloth conveying and flanging mechanism according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a flanging baffle (61), wherein the flanging baffle (61) comprises a horizontal part (611) and a vertical part (612) which are perpendicular to each other, and a turning part is formed at the joint of the horizontal part (611) and the vertical part (612);
one side or two sides of the horizontal part (611) are provided with a flap extending towards the middle of the horizontal part (611) to form a turnover part, a gap for cloth to pass through is arranged between the flap and the horizontal part (611), and the front end of the flap is provided with an action edge for applying pressure to the cloth to turn over the edge of the cloth.
3. Cloth transfer flanging mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the flaps are arc-shaped plates, and the angle formed by the tangent line of any point on an arc-shaped plate and the horizontal part (611) decreases with the distance from the point to the horizontal part (611).
4. The cloth conveying and flanging mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the included angle formed by the tangent line of any point on the arc-shaped plate and the horizontal part (611) is not more than 45 degrees.
5. The cloth conveying and flanging mechanism of claim 3, wherein the action edge of the folded plate for folding the cloth is an arc-shaped edge.
6. A mask machine, comprising:
the cloth storage mechanism (1) is used for storing cloth;
a nose bridge strip storage mechanism (2) for storing a nose bridge strip;
the cloth stacking mechanism (4) is used for extracting cloth from the cloth storage mechanism (1) and stacking the cloth together;
the cloth folding mechanism (5) is used for folding the stacked cloth into a wrinkle part;
the cloth flanging mechanism is the cloth conveying flanging mechanism in any one of claims 1-5;
and the nose bridge strip feeding mechanism (7) is used for extracting the nose bridge strips from the nose bridge strip storage mechanism (2) and transmitting the nose bridge strips to the cloth flanging mechanism.

Mask machine according to claim 6, characterized in that the nose bridge strip feeding mechanism (7) comprises a power roller (71) for conveying the nose bridge strip, a cutter roller (72) for cutting the nose bridge strip and a nose bridge strip guide (73) for guiding the cut nose bridge strip onto the folded cloth.
8. Mask machine according to claim 7, characterized in that said nose bridge bar guide (73) is a hollow cylinder, the end of which protrudes into the gap between said flap and said horizontal portion (611).
9. Mask machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the nose bridge bar guide (73) is adapted to receive the end of the nose bridge bar with a larger opening than the one end of the output nose bridge bar.
10. Mask machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the nose bridge line delivery plane of the nose bridge strip feeding mechanism (7) is parallel to the horizontal plane.
