Referring to fig. 1 to 10 and fig. 16, the edge sealing seat 7 is a profile, the embodiment adopts an aluminum profile, the main material of the aluminum profile is 6063-T6, the state of T6 improves the surface hardness of the profile, the surface of the aluminum profile is subjected to decorative anodic oxidation treatment, the aluminum profile oxidation meets the requirements of UNI 4522-1966 on classification characteristics and tests of anodic oxidation protection coating of aluminum and aluminum alloy, the surface is more attractive and wear-resistant, and the thickness of the oxide film is 10-15um. The lower part of the edge sealing seat 7 is provided with a horizontal floor block slot 7-1 with an inward opening. The left and right ends of the floor block 1 are respectively inserted into the horizontal floor block slots 7-1 of the corresponding edge sealing seat 7 and are fixedly connected with the edge sealing seat 7. The upper part of the edge sealing seat 7 is provided with an inner decorative plate slot 7-2 with an upward opening, and the inner decorative plate slot 7-2 is used for installing an inner wall decorative plate in a high-speed railway carriage. The upper side of the horizontal floor block slot 7-1 of the edge sealing seat 7 is provided with a dust accumulation preventing surface 7-3, and the dust accumulation preventing surface 7-3 is an arc surface. The upper end of the dust accumulation preventing surface 7-3 is provided with a decorative layer clamping groove 7-4 with a downward opening. The parts of the inner plaque slot 7-2 and the dust accumulation preventing surface 7-3 are provided with a seat mounting T-shaped groove 7-5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10 and 19, the decorative layer 3 may be made of a wear-resistant decorative material such as PVC floor cloth or flocked floor cloth, etc. laid on the upper surface of the floor block 1, and corresponding parts on the left and right sides of the decorative layer 3 are laid on the dust-proof surfaces 7-3 of the edge sealing seats 7, and the left and right ends of the decorative layer 3 are inserted into the decorative layer clamping grooves 7-4 of the corresponding edge sealing seats 7.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10 and 17 to 19, the supporting layer 5 is welded and fixed into a supporting frame by criss-cross welding of aluminum profiles with rectangular cross sections. The edge sealing seats 7 at the left and right ends of the floor block 1 are fixedly arranged on the supporting layer 5.
Referring to fig. 7 and 17 to 19, the insulation layer 4 is formed of a cold-proof material fixedly provided on the underside of the lower plate 1-3 of the floor block 1, and the cold-proof material of the present embodiment is fixedly provided on the underside of the floor block 1 by cold-proof nails 41. The cold-proof nails 41 are adhered and fixed on the lower side surfaces of the lower base plates 1-3, the aluminum profiles of the supporting layers 5 are avoided, the cold-proof materials are fixed on the lower side surfaces 1-3 of the lower base plates 1-3 through the cold-proof nails 41, and the lower surfaces of the lower base plates 1-3 between the aluminum profiles of the supporting layers 5 are filled.
Referring to fig. 7 and 17 to 19, the buffer layer 6 is made of an elastic support material, and the present embodiment is made of a rubber material. The buffer layer 6 is adhesively secured to the underside of the respective aluminum profile of the support layer 5 by means of rubber strips having a rectangular cross section.
When the modular floor disclosed by the invention is used, two adjacent modular floors are fixedly connected in a plugging manner through the module connecting male head 21 and the module connecting female head 22, the modular floors at two ends are designed into corresponding shapes according to the shape of the ground to be paved of a high-speed railway carriage, the middle modular floor can be universal, all working procedures are completed in a factory, and the on-site paving efficiency is greatly improved.

Claims (6)

1. A modular floor, characterized by: comprises floor blocks, floor block locks, a decorative layer, a heat preservation layer, a supporting layer and an edge sealing seat; the floor block lock catch comprises a module connecting male head and a module connecting female head; the front side and the rear side of the floor block are provided with module connecting male heads or module connecting female heads, and two adjacent modularized floors are fixedly connected with corresponding module connecting female heads or module connecting male heads of the other side through respective module connecting male heads or module connecting female heads; the support layer is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the floor block; the floor block comprises an upper panel, a honeycomb core and a lower bottom plate; the upper panel is made of an aluminum plate; the honeycomb core is an aluminum honeycomb core made of aluminum; the lower bottom plate adopts an aluminum plate; the honeycomb core is arranged between the upper panel and the lower floor; the heat preservation layer is formed by fixing a cold-proof material on the lower side surface of the lower bottom plate of the floor block;
the module connecting male head is a section bar and comprises a fixed connecting part, a lower supporting plate and an upper plug board;
the fixed connecting part is rectangular and is fixedly arranged between the upper panel and the lower bottom plate at one side of the floor block; the lower supporting plate is arranged on the lower part of one side of the fixed connecting part far away from the center of the floor block, and the outer end of the lower supporting plate is tilted upwards to form an inserting guide part; the upper plug board is arranged on the upper part of one side of the fixed connection part far away from the center of the floor block, and the upper side of the outer end of the upper plug board is provided with a clamping notch with an inward opening;
the module connecting female head is a section bar, the section of the module connecting female head is U-shaped, the module connecting female head is fixedly arranged between an upper panel and a lower bottom plate on one side of a floor block, and an opening is outwards; the lower side of the U-shaped upper end head of the module connecting female head is provided with a clamping bulge corresponding to the clamping notch of the upper plug board of the module connecting male head;
The edge sealing seat is a section bar; the lower part of the edge sealing seat is provided with a horizontal floor block slot with an inward opening; the left and right ends of the floor block are respectively inserted into the horizontal floor block slots of the corresponding edge sealing seat and are fixedly connected with the edge sealing seat; an inner decorative board slot with an upward opening is arranged at the upper part of the edge sealing seat, and the inner decorative board slot is used for installing an inner wall decorative board in a high-speed railway carriage; the upper side of the horizontal floor block slot of the edge sealing seat is provided with an anti-dust accumulation surface which is an arc surface; the upper end of the dust accumulation preventing surface is provided with a decorative layer clamping groove with a downward opening; the parts of the inner plaque slot and the dust accumulation preventing surface are provided with seat mounting T-shaped grooves; the decorative layer can be paved on the upper surface of the floor block by adopting wear-resistant decorative materials such as PVC floor cloth or flocking floor cloth; corresponding parts on the left side and the right side of the decorative layer are paved on dust accumulation preventing surfaces of the edge sealing seat, and the left end and the right end of the decorative layer are inserted into corresponding clamping grooves of the decorative layer of the edge sealing seat.

The modular floor of claim 1, wherein: the floor block also comprises an embedded beam; the embedded beam is made of aluminum, the embedded beam is fixedly arranged at a corresponding position between the upper panel and the lower bottom plate according to the requirement of a carriage, and an embedded part is arranged on the embedded beam.
3. The modular floor of claim 1, wherein: the module connecting male head is axially provided with a group of elastic adaptation grooves which penetrate through the upper plug board and the opening of the lower supporting plate outwards.

The modular floor of claim 1, wherein: the module connecting male head further comprises an upper limit part and a lower limit part; the upper limiting part is upwards arranged on one side of the fixed connecting part, which is far away from the center of the floor block, and the upper surface of the upper limiting part is leveled with the upper surface of the upper panel of the floor block; the lower limiting part is downwards arranged on one side of the fixed connecting part, which is far away from the center of the floor block;
The U-shaped upper end head of the module connecting female head is provided with a female head upper limit part protruding upwards, and the upper surface of the female head upper limit part is level with the upper surface of the upper panel of the floor block; the U-shaped lower end head of the module connecting female head is provided with a female head lower limit part protruding downwards.
5. The modular floor of claim 1, wherein: the inner surfaces of the two U-shaped ends of the module connecting female head are provided with wear-resistant layers.
